1762  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Ok guys, lets say you have $200,000 in BTC... on: September 17, 2015, 07:48:03 PM
If the bitcoin were made legally, then legally you need to pay taxes on them then presto...No problem with the IRS. Not to mention it is pretty easy to show how you made bitcoins and where they came from.  Everything you do is documented in the blockchain and all trading sites let you download your trading history.  Should be extremely easy to show how your bitcoins grew.  Either way, simply pay tax and you have nothing to worry about.

No, I'm not going to edit any of my posts to cover the tracks of my fanatic german racism. Roll Eyes

I meant to say it would be useful for the members of the non-english sub-forums of bitcointalk if they were represented in DefaultTrust.
That might help in spotting scammers that only do their scammy magic in languages other than English.

If someone seriously misunderstands that as racism, so be it. I beg to differ Cool

He wants a better Forum...A German Forum!

In about 21 hours the S3 will be underwater, yet they are trading at 0.00018.  I wouldn't pay 0.000001 (which is less than 1% of the current price).

I know people might not understand how things work, but this is an EOL (end of life) miner.  It will be worth nothing in 21 hours (the next difficulty change).

People need to sell their S3s now.  Get something for them now or nothing for them later.

Alight, I have done my good deed for the day Smiley
yea its pretty fukin crazy , u would think people would  care about there own money more.  they will probably talk themselves into thinking were just trolling and fudding to  get them to dump.

I am all for buying shares of the right thing at the right time.  From about Feb through about a month ago, if you owned any just about anything at HashNest you did great.  The thing is those prices *should* have been ticking down over that time and since they didn't, they have a lot of value to loose very quickly in the end.

I am just trying to bring all of this up for discussion.  However, you are right, people sometimes don't want to listen.  It is just really shocking to me how mispriced those EOL guys are...  I really can't wrap my head around it...

Its actually very simple, look at the Hashnest forums after the S2 and UMISOO entered redemption period.  It was chalk full of people who were mad at the assets closing down because they bought without fully understanding how the asset works.  Same thing is going on again.  You get a bunch of people who either can't or won't do math, and they lose money because of it, only to come on once the asset goes away and complain and blame Bitmain instead of accepting responsibility for not researching enough and buying blindly.

EDIT:  Combine that with the fact that probably the majority of the asset holders on Hashnest are more than likely inexperienced traders (no idea how stock markets work and under the age of 21), and it is a recipe for disaster.  But that's the way things work at this point in time in the Bitcoin world.

where is my current earnings balance ?

i will wait 24 h if no change in profil , I'll leave this site

Dude relax, did you check your transactions page?  It should show your earnings from each block go in and fees taken out.  You might not have had enough hashes in that block to warrant a payout either.  Please do some more research on how hashnest works and what buying GH/s actually means, otherwise I fear you will be here just complaining because you didn't fully understand what you bought and lost money because of it.

what is the next step ?

What are you trying to do?  If you want to buy hash you need to send funds to your wallet.
1767  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: mining with my laptop on: September 15, 2015, 04:42:29 PM
Do the work for me? I couldn't find some of the parameters like hardware power + cost of maintain and delivery ( which I don't know if exist )

Quote
Specifications:
* Max Hash Rate: 63 GH/s ±5%
* Power Efficiency: 1Watt/GH/s on wall at 0.83V
* Voltage: DC 12V input, 6A
* Chip Quantity per unit: 4
* One 80mm fan
* Noise: ~25 DB at 25 °C ambient temperature
* Hashrate and VDD core voltage can be adjusted via cgminer command line
* USB connection
* 12V AC/DC power brick of 6A, but power line not included
* Certificate Compliance: FCC/CE

This is from Bitmains website.  It says 1 watt/GH.  The unit does 63 GH/s, so 63 *1 = 63 watts of power.  No maintenance costs, and you need to add it to your cart and go to the checkout to figure out your delivery costs.
1768  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: mining with my laptop on: September 15, 2015, 03:46:14 PM
I can;t calculate cuz I don;t know all of the parameters can u pls last thing check for me how much profir per day / week I can make from :

ANTMINER U3 BATCH 2
and also : APW3-12-1600-B2
before bills and payments for power and stuff?
Ty very much..

What parameters don't you know?  Everything you need is listed on Bitmains website.  Just type it into the calculator.  I was more than willing to help when you had questions but I won't do the work for you.  Thats why I said play around with it, you won't learn anything if I do it all for you.
1769  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: mining with my laptop on: September 15, 2015, 03:30:02 PM
ye I looked for some of these things.
I want to know how much will be my profit incase I buy this one ''ANTMINER U3 BATCH 2''
just wanna know the profit if it works 24/7 .. ( per day or something )..

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/calculator

Go to that website and play with the calculator, it will tell you everything you need to know about profit and loss on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
1770  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways of buying bitcoin without letting the government notice on: September 15, 2015, 03:29:05 PM
I flat out refuse to help you.  You want to cheat on your taxes then you deserve no help whatsoever. Anyone who gives this person any advice should consider they are helping him embezzle.  I hope you get caught and sent to jail and have to pay huge amounts of fines and penalties.

Also, I can sell you bitcoins, if you give me your name and address we can set something up, go ahead and PM it to me and we can get going.
Fine, I'll give you all your information, but first let me just clear it up:
If you have never run a business you won't understand it. Many companies pay very little taxes and  the biggest ones pay the least. Like Apple,Google and amazon, they pay less tax than bigger businesses in my country, because their company is located in Ireland or Luxemburg and have a contract for paying very, very little tax.

This forum probably doesn't pay any taxes too, however it still has a stable income. Sue them too if you want.

Any dice site would have to pay taxes too, probably the most because they are gambling sites.

Maybe you should research a little.  This forum doesn't pay taxes for a reason, and it is legal.

I have never ran a business, but I am a CPA and fully understand how tax law works for both entities and individuals.  (I complete the tax return for a multi billion dollar corporation and multiple individuals yearly).  Also I do my parents S corp taxes.  So it is safe to say I understand tax law very well and what you are doing is illegal and anyone who gives you any information on how to avoid taxes is aiding in you doing something illegal.

Not sure why you brought up the forum or dice sites in particular, as they were not the topic of this discussion.  Perhaps your just trying to move the point away from you being illegal (Well if other people do it it must be OK), you are a thief and are cheating other people by making them pay higher taxes to compensate for you paying less.
1771  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: mining with my laptop on: September 15, 2015, 03:23:54 PM
you said I have to connect it to my computer. but last time you said PC isn't good enough for that. so the connection just make the ASIC work, but doesn't take anything from my pc's power/?
+ can you recommend me for any ASiC. telling me less or more it's profit?

An ASIC is a completely separate device from your computer.  It is basically a computer itself, but only does 1 function.  Sometimes, you need to use your computer to relay the data to the pool you are mining at, most of the time, you plug it straight into the router.

Go look up Bitmain and maybe you will get a better idea of what it is.
1772  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: mining with my laptop on: September 15, 2015, 03:08:34 PM
what do u mean by ASIC? I need to buy these things and do what? connect them with my PC? or just doing it with them and not doing anything with my pc.?

ASIC stands for Application-Specific Integrated Circuit.  Its basically a specialized computer that only does 1 thing, mine for bitcoins, and does it extremely efficiently.  You buy one, some connect through a USB to your computer, most just connect through an ethernet cable to your router.  Then they just run.
1773  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: mining with my laptop on: September 15, 2015, 02:57:47 PM
Laptops, or desktops actually, will not earn any bitcoins anymore.  You need an ASIC to earn any amount of bitcoins.  Try looking up Bitmain...they are the only company shipping new units at the moment.

I wouldn't even recommend trying it out on your laptop.  The pool will probably not recognize such a low hashrate and you will just burn your computer out pretty fast.

dance ,  the insanity is base on hope. at the casino most lose but the hope of wining will keep them coming back. its similar with btc mining, majority of miners lose money, many are not true investors they do very little research and calculations. they just want a chance to win without the hard labor. also there are traders, as a trading u will not only factor in the math ,u will have to factor in the feelings of the market, if the market is bull , ur gonna buy reguardless of its a good deal or not  cause ur leaning towards an sinerio  where u can flip it for profit.  if u buy n hold , yes i agree this is not a good price, as there is no indication that btc price will jump and there is an clear indication that diff will ramp up, this is a recipe for holding diaster.

Which is then why you have the complainers on this forum and Bitmain's forum whining to Bitmain to change the rules once everything goes busto.

Dance, it sounds like you have a pretty good understanding of the market and when would be a good time to buy.  Listen to the math and don't invest if you don't believe you will profit.  Way to go doing all the math and everything before posting here asking if its a good investment, your already a good way there.
1776  Other / Meta / Re: Current Default Trust Network on: September 14, 2015, 08:48:39 PM
I think the default list is pretty good at the moment.  There may be 1 or 2 that aren't on the forums as often as they used to be, but on the whole it is a very trusted list.  There are also some backup guys who would do well taking any one of their positions if the need arises.

I would probably be against expanding the list any right now.  It seems to work pretty well as is, and anyone who generally says otherwise is crying about something or other.  I like having a select group as backups, that way if anything ever happens to the main guys there are others to take their place and keep the trust going.

Yea, not going to lie, haven't read most of the comments here nor watched your video, but in your original post you said you will win in the long term and that was enough for me to call bullshit on whatever this is.  Not sure if your selling a system or a program or what, but I would have to guess that anyone who downloads any of your files will probably find their bitcoins stolen.

I would just avoid this scam guys.
1779  Economy / Economics / Re: This is how 0.037 Bitcoins looks like in Venezuela on: September 14, 2015, 08:03:07 PM
With a such rate (even the higer is still cheap), starting a company there is really a good idea.

Why?  They don't really have anything of value to give you in exchange for your goods or services.  And it would be crazy to keep any assets in their currency.
