Do you have a screenshot for this wager?

Also, which sportsbook were you using to bet on this?
It might help with clarification.

Yes I would agree, post a screenshot of the bet showing a loss and what sportsbook it came from.  Have you heard from support at all?
1103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reputable site to buy bitcoin with Credit card? on: June 14, 2016, 02:48:56 PM
You should try Circle out.  They are very trustworthy and take credit/debit cards.

Half right. They accept credit/debit cards, but are not trustworthy at all, and are known bad actors in the overall cryptocurrency industry. Be careful.

Can you explain/give sources?  I have been using them for over a year now and have never had a single complaint or bitcoin that wasn't immediately sent when requested.

1106  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are just under 700 dollar mark, do you think we will break the ceiling? on: June 14, 2016, 02:14:46 PM
In my opinion, I don't see us testing 600 again, but I do see us around 650 in the next couple of days due to a slow pull back.  Then in a couple of weeks we will start to see some upwards movement again.
1107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a long-term strategy to deal with "lost" bitcoins? on: June 14, 2016, 03:00:39 AM
Remember though, if your worried about a diminishing money supply, you can always go out to more than 8 decimal places with bitcoin, which in theory, could create unlimited amounts of coins.

I placed a bet during the first half of a soccer match for:

Half time Win the Rest of the Match

Now that sportsbook gave a result of loss when the half ended. Why is that? That was before the second half even started to complete and close the match.

My selection was the team that won the match in the end.

What do you say is the reason behind the wrong result given if I picked the correct team to win and they won both first and second half?

Are you sure you weren't betting strictly on the 2nd half of the game?  Like even though the team lost, they scored more points in the 2nd half, which won the bet?  If you are absolutely sure this isn't the case (which it probably is), then reach out to the sites support and see if they can help you.
1109  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price is your exit point? 800/1200/10k/100k or 1M USD??? on: June 13, 2016, 09:06:50 PM
I have 2 sets of coins, the first are the ones that I have had forever and are mine to play with/invest with as I please.  The second is a group that I have been saving from selling bitcoins on LBC that I am going to use to put towards my wife's student loan debt (about 90K worth left).  Have about 15 coins sitting in my account and it is growing everyday in value and amount.  I was hoping to have accumulated 20 coins by the time the price starting surging but fell a little short, but still, I would love to be able to cash out about 20k from this little hoard.

EDIT:  Side note, anything over 20k gets put towards the 80 inch TV I have been dreaming about.

So when are those delicious s9 hashes coming into the market? Maybe after the halving so Bitmain knows the business model and customers don't get mad if something wild happens?

I doubt it, Bitmain probably stands to make much more by selling them pre halving.
1111  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: June 12, 2016, 11:13:36 PM
Let's see some s9 hashes to be bought. I know people would go crazy for those and I would too. PLEASE start hosting s9. Any ETA on that?

Pretty soon I guess. The first batch was scheduled to be send out after the 12th, after the weekend. So the 13th, would be a nice time for them to open up the markets  Smiley

If my memory didn't fail me, I remember S7 hashes were around 0.002 per GH/S when it first launched and the price movement was wild!

Every new hash they offer is like that, the price starts out super high and unreasonable, but people pay for it, then it drops off very sharply.

If you want to start off small and work on trust between the two of us, we can go through Western union and Walmart to walmart at 6% over spot and work up the amount after each successful transfer. Let me know if you interested.

Moneypot is down again for me. Two unexpected outages in 2 days ... not that I'm counting. Just want my action guys. I'm an addict, so sue me!

MP is working fine for me at the moment. Also, the numbers on https://www.moneypot.com/investment keeps changing as I refresh the page, so MP is probably working fine for many others as well.

Yea looks good for me as well, have you tried deleting your cookies?
1115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'd like to get some bitcoins. Is now a good time to do so? on: June 09, 2016, 02:59:14 PM
Do not invest more than you are willing to lose...that being said...it couldn't hurt
1116  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: June 09, 2016, 02:47:08 PM
Is it worth it to still purchase the hashing ant s7?

Go to bitcoinwisdom.com and use their profitability calculator to do a determination if you think it is worth it.  Everyone who tells you anything is just giving their best guess, so you are better off coming to your own conclusion about whether it is worth it.

That bag of 100 coins is really neat looking.  Will they be the actual bitcoin penny coins or will they be made out of something cheaper so that a bag of 100 costs less?
1118  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: i need 5$ paypal i will give you 5$ btc on: June 09, 2016, 03:27:12 AM
I would be able to do this for $8 in bitcoin with you sending first.
1119  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: June 09, 2016, 03:25:20 AM
Looking at the difficulty graph something really bumped up the diff in February. I wouldn't be surprised if that is when the S9s were starting to be put to work, I mean "tested" for users. Stranger things have happened.

Probably also Hashnest moving out old S7's and replacing them with S9's to save on power costs.

Looking forward to a PACMiC V5, wondering if that will happen?

Congrats to the winner, I got working and preoccupied so my bidding forgot about unfortunately.  Anyway, good auction.  Need to get my hands on an orange one here soon.
