Btw, did you get cashback in your account today? I was under the impression that I have received cashback today but I couldn't see the transaction or sth in my account and the support girl in the chat room didn't understand me correctly.
If you are talking about the cash prize from the Crypto crunch tournament, yes I received it today at around 11:00 UTC. You can check it on the reward page normally : https://livecasino.io/profile/rewards
It's written "Livecasino Tournaments - cash prizes (mBTC)" with the value of the prize you got.
The reward is given in the currency of your last deposit.
1764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's FIFA World Cup 22 Prediction Pool Discussion thread on: December 26, 2022, 03:56:12 PM
Where is the list of winners ?
You can check the leader-board on superbru.
There are 54 people in this leaderboard, so I doubt everyone is a winner lol https://www.superbru.com/worldcup_predictor/pool.php?p=12518021#tab=leaderboard
So finally the prizes have been awarded according to what it has been said in the post of 18th november or changes have been made since then? I'm sorry to ask that but there are two long threads dealing with this contest and I could have missed some announcements.

We've got over 0.3 in the pot now. Here are what the prizes will likely be:

1st 0.1
2nd 0.05
3rd 0.04
4th 0.03
5th 0.02
6th 0.01
7th 0.01
8th 0.01
9th 0.01
10th 0.01

FIFA Bracket 0.01 (or whatever is left in the pot after the main prizes).

You didn't think the New Year would go by without any fanfare from Sportsbet, did you guys? Heh.

Not quite a Black Friday drop (thank World Cup madness for that) but I might look into this a bit if you're into casino games (150mbtc is fairly easy to reach for most of you am sure).

Don't forget to opt in!

https://sportsbet.io/promotions/2022-clubhouse-prize-drops
@buwaytress (or someone else) have you already been able to claim one prize since the launch of this promotion? What reward did you get please? Because the prizes we can win are not mentioned in the Terms & Conditions neither anywhere else and I have no clue of what they could be. 150mbtc in one day is not an amount I regularly wager there, so I'm curious if this promotion could be interesting for me or not.
1767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: December 25, 2022, 09:21:53 PM

Hypothetical scenario:

You can bet on a single dye roll (choosing a number between 1-6), but if you win you get paid x12 of your stake (instead of x6).
So the Expected Value is positive (see example below), but you'd still have 83% chance of losing.

1 - will you take that bet?
2 - if so, what % of your available funds would you put at stake (i.e. funds you're willing to gamble and afford to lose)?

Again, this is a single, non-repetitive bet.

-----------------------

Simulation for BTC1 bet:

EV = (83% x -BTC1) + (17% x BTC12) = +BTC1.21
For me your calculations are wrong, because it's not the EV of a x12 payout, but the EV of a x13 one. When you play at a normal dice, hi-lo or coin toss game you say you're paid out x2 if you win, you don't say you are paid "x1", and EV is the sum of your excepted winnings minus the sum of your expected losses, then for me the EV of a x12 payout game is :

EV = (83% x -BTC1) + (17% x +BTC11) = +BTC1.04 because if you win you get +11BTC not +12.

Or if you consider that your stake is lost each you place a bet because you give it to the dealer and it belongs to your winnings when you win.
EV = (100% x -BTC1) + (17% x +BTC12) = +BTC1.04

Usually casinos show payouts with this notation Winnings:Stake. And it's less confusing for calculating the EV IMO, here it would be 11:1 for your game (or 12:1 for your EV).
1768  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Margin trading of crypto currency on: December 25, 2022, 07:18:30 PM
I have always viewed trading not as a place where you need to be smarter than the rest, but as an activity where you just need to have time to grab that little piece of the pie that the market allows traders to grab. All this activity lies in the right balance of greed and ambition. Very often, traders set goals that are too big to make a profit; as a result, the market may not reach such levels a little and turn around sharply. It turns out that the trader correctly guessed the direction of the market, but did not correctly calculate the exit point, he did not have time to take his piece of the pie, although the market allowed him to do so.
This contradicts a little bit what you said above, no? If you think the market allows traders to grab a small piece of pie and usually turns back before most of them bother to take their profits, then it could be a good strategy to use leverages, don't you think? With leverages, you don't need to wait for large movements to get significant profits if you bet on the right direction. It's the main advantage of margin trading IMO, it allows you to make profits on smaller movements without needing to use a big bankroll for that.

I think that will depend on our operator. Maybe some of them won't allow gambling messages but for us to be sure that we won't miss any notification from the gambling site that we are playing, we can also opt to receive the notification via email.
I have my notification via email activated its that I think it is enough to get a notification from any gambling platform reason why I do not activate the sms one.
Actually, I think Coin_trader is talking about the new promotion that has been launched recently and that offers to send every friday SMS with special bonuses and promotions to the subcribers : Friday SMS surprise
@Coin_trader you have receive something finally?

Did you opt-in to this promotion?  Have you received something too? Is anyone opt-in to this promotion last week can share their surprise/special bonus. I did not opt-in to this promotion yet, I might opt in for next week to check what would be the surprise on Friday.

Happy Holiday guys!  May we get high multiplier wins this holiday!
No I didn't opt-in till now to this promotion because you need to give your phone number and I'm not very keen in doing that, especially when I don't know if the surprise is worth it or not. Coin_trader says he still hasn't received anything so I think I will wait a little bit more before deciding to join the promotion or to keep off.
Merry christmas to all Livecasino users btw 🎅🎄🎁

Hello Becassine.

What do you mean precisely? Because what you wrote doesn't make sense. What do you call a "promotion memo" and "specifications you include during the time of documenting your files or yourself on the platform"? Why do you assume he is not using a valid email if he is receiving the promotional emails? Please clarify your reply because I don't understand what you mean. Besides that, I'm not sure he has given his GSM number because he hasn't talked about that till now afaik.
How will i put it, so that you will understand me, i mean the process having documentation, the informations you put such as having being notified with emails and digital number. The one that will be fast approaching should be a digit number precisely, because sometimes some people do not access their email at appropriate time, so if a platform or a site gives provisions for reachable column, try using number so that it will fast get to you. What else do you want an explanation for. Their is no vocabulary in my comment.
I just don't understand what you are talking about. In which way it is related to my post and to the case of BitcoinHunt3r who is receiving emails but unable to access some promotion pages on Livecasino? Do you play at Livecasino by the way? You are registered there since longtime? Because you don't seem to know that no KYC is required there to gamble and to access promotions. I wonder if you are not confusing this casino with another one actually.
1777  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io - 🔥 up to 20% cashback🔥up to 20% rakeback 🚨 instant withdrawals on: December 23, 2022, 07:15:36 AM
Unfortunately he seems to receive promotional emails but not being able to reach some promotion pages from those emails, it should be very frustrating but it can come from his location or because his account had some restrictions. @BitcoinHunt3r do you have those kind of restrictions on Bitcasino or Sportsbet too?
I think receiving a notification or promotion memo will determine on the specifications you include during the time of documenting your files or yourself on the platform, some people not use a valid email during the process of making a provision of our details in their platforms, but i will support the other hands of using GMS number to attach to the place or provisions of emails, because they have known that sms information will be faster received before any other one.

1778  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to play poker with crypto ? on: December 23, 2022, 12:58:28 AM
I'll recommend that Op goes with the option as to what Bitcoingirl.club has dropped above.. I don't think it's really rare to have a crypto casino with the poker options anyways, it's just a matter of navigating some wonderful sites that are promoted in here( I won't even advise that you go else where), every options you need must be in one of these promoted casinos.....infact, we aren't actually promoting the varieties of stuffs they've got in them, but just as blackjack.fun remains a cool option to you, -- that way, it definitely means that most genuine Casinos in here have got those options -- only that majority of the promoters don't even navigate the sites for themselves.
EDIT: that could be as a result of not having any passion for gaming or, otherwise..

Sandra 🧑‍🦰
That's not what OP is looking for obviously. He is looking for poker rooms, he's not looking for video or casino poker games that have nothing to do with real poker. Those games are just classic casino card games with few rules related to poker such as card combinations ranking but if you want to play poker you will get quickly bored. Nonetheless, they are available whenever you want because you don't need to wait for other players and tables are open 24h a day, moreover rounds are usually very short.

I need to withdraw to bank so I actually need online bank with IBAN, I used Verse before but bet365 does not allow to withdraw to verse anymore
What are the withdrawal options that you have? It would be shown on the gambling site withdrawal page. There should always be wire transfer if you have no other option. Using wire transfer, the withdrawal may take 2 weeks, if you have no other option, just go for it.

Better to make use of one of gambling sites on this forum instead of the stress international fiat gambling site will make you go through while depositng or withdrawing, that is one of the reasons I am no longer actively using fiat gambling site ago. My deposit on crypto gambling sites are almost instantly.

For Casino, you can visit https://livecasino.io

You can visit sites like Trustdice, Rollbit, Roobet, Stake, Duelbit and some other ones. You can see their official thread on the gambling board. Do not go for 1xbit, it has negative trust from forum members.

On the gambling board, read the official thread of each gambling site to know the services they are offering.
There is a reason why you didn't mention Sportsbet? If he is using Bet365, it means he's mostly interesting in sports betting and sportsbooks, and not by casino games obviously. Moreover those casinos (except Livecasino which also belongs to Yolo) aren't as reliable, safe and professional as Sportsbet IMO
