I think you mention similarities but they have no connection at all. Bitcoin is not connected to web3 since it has an independent blockchain that doesn’t have 3rd party involved or dapps. Web3 is more focused on Ethereum based blockchains which dapps is building there project for there respective ecosystem.

I think that you forgot the situation during 2020-2021 to current situation which global market is plummeting due to economic crisis and wars globally. It's absurd to compared different cycles with different market conditions as if the same will happened o the price. The price pump before because the pandemic starts to get under control while institutional investors starts to enter in crypto while there is no good mews like that on current market so I doubt that same bullish thing will happened on this current market condition.
