Are you participating often times on Duelbits promotion boosted odds and win frequently? He received that same email after winning the boosted promotion but on his case he is always participating on it and en up winning frequently. Sadly the decision is irreversible since Duelbits have the rights to restrict any users for participating there promotion without giving a further explanation.

Contacting the live support is the best way to negotiate with this restriction but even a high rank forum member here can’t convince them to overturn the decision.

You shouldn't think that way if you are using the crypto cycle for your price prediction. Don't be easily fooled by a price relief since this is just a result of the recent announcement about the decrease of the interest rate for inflation. The crypto cycle usually takes 4 years to complete a cycle while we just finish the recent cycle. Best example dito ay si Xian Gaza. Well known scammer ito at ngayon ay aktibo pa dn sa ganitong gawain pero madami pa dn ang nabibiktima dahil sa promised nya na huge return sa investment at hindi na sya mangsscam dahil galing na sya dun yet ganun pa dn ang gngawa nya. 

Ok lang din na umiwas sa mga investment plan ng mga pinoy na wala namang license galing sa SEC lalo na sa mga crypto startup.

You probably fair being discussed here is about the seed used on the probably fair games and not the literal game fairness that you are describing. The OP pointing out that a casino is using a not probably fair method on determining results which makes him harder to win base on the probability.

In the end most of the bets is verifiable and it’s up to the user if they will believe on it or not. Having a multiple report of PM is already sufficient to have a temporary ban as per the mods statement above. Mods Hilarious is just being nice for giving a warning message on some case like this but what was done is really sufficient for ban or else it will be lifted immediately if the decision is not right.

The OP and even the majority here doesn’t know about this rule. This is a lesson learned for the existing rules towards it which is a 2 PM report is sufficient for the temp ban.

It’s a case to case basis. Bitcointalk is the best place to discuss about the issue transparently with an audience to decide who’s right base on the statement of both party but sometimes there are some issues that requires an evidence that can’t be shared on the public and this is the part where the Askgambler is very handy to handle this case. They can verify all the documents provided by both party privately and check the authenticity of it to decide who’s telling the truth which the forum can’t do unless someone here step-up and has a technical knowledge on handling the case for free.

I believe only few or no user here will want to get involved on someone else case and decides who’s right since surely the losing party will not gonna accept someone opinion here.
