Btw it means if your game result wins/lose of more than 31% the bet will not be counted for the wager. for example, if you make a 1$ bet and you win a 1.3x / 0.70x multiplier it will not be counted, But if the result is a 1.34x / 0.66x multiplier it will be counted for the wager.

My suggestion for how to make the wagering requirements more "equitable" for whales and plebs, plus the casino, is to release the bonus/cashback at some amount, for example $0.01 per some amount of wagers, in this example let's say $5.00. That's only 0.2% of the $5.00, which is the total wagered in the example.
It will encourage the users to play more, and more consistently to clear the bonus, than discourage the player from clearing the bonus, making him/her either play somewhere else, or stop entirely.

Match fixing is an issue mainly in developing countries. Most of it is organised by mafia that also involves in drug trade, illegal weapon trade etc. This type of things never get old. Its very hard to avoid match fixing if your country permits completely legal sports betting options. I don't call for them making it illegal but sometimes its impossible to detect. The key is, as you said. self-control is the most important part for us gamblers, to limit excessive activity. and you are able to control yourself not to insist on chasing losses, be it for the smallest amount of money, which in the end will most likely only make the situation worse.
I have many experience on chasing losses that result to a terrible loss especially on blackjack.
