As far as I know the IPO is only sucessful if all 4 rounds are sold.

Let's bump this up.
Any information on when the stock will be available on Havelock?
|
|
|
I already asked this a couple days ago and was ignored. Based on Havelocks response all their projected income is based on 50 funds which are "in the pipeline" for FY2014.
So I ask again, can you show us any evidence that these 50 funds exist and are not made up? You are basing your whole projection and thus your whole IPO on that. You should be able to provide some information.

Waiting for my PT shares to be transfered to my account. Sent account details 4 days ago.

Its arbitrage if you do two separate trades simultaneously like buying a car from one guy and immediately selling it to another one. If you want to do arbitrage with currencies, you will need funds in both currencies to do simultaneous trades. What you did was risky and failed.

Could you please go ahead and elaborate on the concerns raised in this thread?
|
|

Did this go through instantly or was it in processing status some days until it was solved?
Just take a look at the BTC transaction...

can ANYONE confirm their withdraw has been processed? If so what date was the withdrawal entered and processed? thx
I did have a withdraw completed in November. I don't know if this helps or not, if I understand correctly there are still October withdraws that are not yet done and this was from early November. Date 2013-11-03 15:55:49 Transaction ID Ug3rfwbCV0dBAxeQHVKclVMyTglDjPs6 Type Withdraw Debit 7.03271000 BTC Credit Fee 0.00000000 BTC BTC Transaction 0d0dc03db421619ebcfa85292c0478a8fcd5fc65424b2af786730ef30542fb6b Status Completed I have a few more withdraws that are still processing. I know everyone here is stressed out, I can say with confidence that Ukyo is under great stress as well, regardless of his machinations. We are looking for transactions that were processed by Ukyo. Your transaction was completed when the automatic system was still working. (Or only had minor hick-ups)

pascal257: remember that there is velocity to bitcoins, so the total trade volume can exceed the monetary base without any troubles. For example, if there is 1 coin in existence, I use it to buy your car and then you use it to buy my house, we have transacted 2 coins using a monetary base of just 1 coin.
I was just putting things into perspective.

As it states in our Prospectus, there are currently 50 Funds in the Pipeline for FY2014
Thank you,
Havelock Investments
BitFunder also had 39 funds listed. Most of them traded at sub BTC1 daily volume. So you're basing all your numbers on these potential 50 funds. Is there any evidence that you can show us that these funds aren't made up?

The values seem highly over evaluated and unreasonable.
Let's take a look at your mine source of income: trading fess.
You're currently facing around BTC250/day in volume. In your prospectus you're projecting BTC2,000/day in volume for Q1 (that's in less than 2 months). That's more than 8-times of today's volume. What did you smoke to come to this evaluation?
Going further: Your projection for the whole year is BTC1,260,000. You actually think that 10% of all bitcoin currently in circulation will flow through your site?
But even granting that your projection is fair with net profits of BTC5,870 for the first year, an evaluation of nearly BTC100,000 is absolutely insane.

Try depositing or withdrawing from Mt.Gox...
This isn't an accurate comparison either. On Gox you can buy bTC whenever you want and transfer it out immediately. I was talking about fiat (You were talking about money in general). And depositing or withdrawing fiat (in my case euro) takes over 6 weeks at this moment.
|
|
|
It is the ticket date, not the withdrawal date.
You must have raised a ticket.
Complete nonsense right here.. I would be careful saying that. I think neither has been confirmed by Ukyo and there are also conflicting posts made by him: All withdraws are being processed in order. I am working as fast as the software will go. Almost all verification requests have been processed except for about 200. Support tickets for withdraws have taken priority over all others.

I also had the "second stage server" problem - but for fucks sake this community is full of little children. Ukyo is a decent guy and shit happens. How he handles shit that happens is what distinguishes him from the likes of Josh Zerlan.
Ukyo, keep your chin up, this community panics and throws tantrums. I don't need my 0.7 btc immediately since I don't have a drug habit like many others here, so anytime in the next month is ok with me.
You are wrong. People have the right to complain when they transfer money to a service, and it takes weeks or more than a month to deposit. Whether they plan to buy hats, drugs, kittens or books with their money is their concern and not yours. Try depositing or withdrawing from Mt.Gox...

I'm still looking to sell my 3537 shares. They are still on BitFunder and have not received the dividend yet. If required, I can transfer them into direct shares first. Please message me your offer with subject "Addiction". I will only respond to serious offers.

Still a centralized exchange......
Yes, still centralized but at least we do not have to worry about the SEC (US) coming in and shutting down this exchange. Bitfunder and btct.co was US based which was the reason they had to shut down. This platform might be the next step before we move into colored coins or another decentralized exchange system. Not completely sure about this, but as far as I know Ukyo is from the UK. He just crapped his pants, which could also happen with Ethera.

My suggestion is go get a lawyer if
1. You are an American, 2. Contract was broken or any tort there.
This would be a easy case.
Or I don't know what you can do as I have 10 coins stuck in Ukyo's Weexchange.
As BTC goes higher and higher, we will see more and more people lose their dignity.
But I see this as a good thing. BTC worth nothing if it cannot figure out a way to build trust on selfish rather on dignity.
If DiabloD3 does not respond or react I will start a thread in scam accusations.
