Thank you so much for that link. It pretty much define the market value. There is a good chance that I will accept an offer in that range, 2-4K usd.

Nice set. Are you selling them as a complete set or will you take offers for individual ones?
It would be a shame to split them up. So they will be sold as a set.

Have made a lot of considerations about this. For now I am holding - one thing that makes me feel good is that they have all the piggyback coins loaded on forever. Which means that you have a ticket in all these chains no matter what you do with your digital BTC. Cas is also a great ofline storage.
From a financial point of view - then would I have better off selling everything in 2014-2015 when the premiums was sometimes x3-4 face in terms of BTC - I dont think we will ever see this level again. Nevertheless in terms of USD then is HODL most likely the best choice at this point.
One thing is physical security - almost impossible to have a cas collection nowadays without a box in the bank, which is ironic - since the mistrust for banks was one of my personal drivers for getting into bitcoin ... with digital BTC it is so easy to secure your coins from theft disaster.

It will not be long until all the Cas 25 BTC will enter the list too ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

26btc for both 10's, get it now while you can, before Bitcoin rockets! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) No thanks. I find it crazy that offers of a $100k in btc plus are now just going to get a meh, no thanks. Anduck dont take it as a dig im just surprised where we are at in such a short amount of time that offers of this magnitude get easily turned down. I would want more for a 10 too if i had one. Good luck with your sale Interesting perspective. I also forget sometimes how much a BTC is actually worth these days. Nerveless the 10's did always carry a very high premium - too high or too low? I am not the one to say. Bottom line; its sellers market when it comes to tens - if you want one, you have to pay big dollar.

I am afraid of printing my own, I don't want to make a mistake or print it on the wrong paper or use the wrong ink and have ot fade or something. Everyone is ok even all the stray cats. Lots of tree damage and some roof damage but could have been worse. The key here is redundancy, creating your own offline storage gives you the ability to make multiple copies. You can e.g. have 1 printed version and one (or more) stored on a digital medium such as USB stick, HD etc. (sealed in a box so it would not accidental go online). The chances of total failure is the multiple of the chance for failure for each medium. Another issue which I am currently considering myself, due to the increase in BTC value this year is physical security, theft, natural disaster, fire etc. These risk can definitely be mitigated with strong encryption and multiple copies of private key located at different locations. I remember long time ago a bitcoin uploaded his wallet.dat to a online server for everyone to freely download, protected only by the core encryption. I am not that brave my self, but keeping your bitcoins in the sky with strong encryption is definitely an approach worth considering, of cause no need to be as "open" as the individual mentioned. Nevertheless if going down the encryption path of securing your bitcoins, password management suddenly become a real issue, since encryption strength is correlated with password complexity, and the more complex a password is the higher is the chance that you forget it.

Hey all, Pics will be coming - my father is away until the weekend and this beauty is in his loft... Also have this wooden coin for sale https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=900692.0Feel free to bid on either, although the UNITY piece is my favorite! Next week will be auctioning off a load of COINOGRAPHIC coins (10 in total, many number 1/2/500/10 etc) - unfunded as Mark Hamilton, the owner of Coinographic stole all the funds! But yes, keep your eyes open next few weeks, lots of auctions coming up:) You have bought both a woodcollector item AND coingraphics - you have been slightly unlucky i think ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

WOW, this is awesome. People got a great deal huh? haha
If I would have been around this forum then I would have bought some.
Awesome work!! Looks exquisite!!
Actually, in todays terms it wouldn't have been such a great deal looking back on it... you would've paid a lot more XMR for the set because it was priced in a fixed BTC price, and then you would have to fund the set. I haven't seen Smoothie post any recently though... so maybe the mintage numbers just got that much smaller due to it not being sold out. I got into XMR because of Smoothie and DJJacket... I don't have any physicals, but the XMR stash I bought, turned out to be an extremely good investment. If it was not for these two individuals then would I have missed the Monero train. Thanks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I also remember back then, giving someone a small tip for something... it was around 10 XMR... in todays money would this have been an extremely good tip ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

The only forms of payment I currently accept are btc, eth, ltc, gold, silver.
This is a glimpse of the future - you go to market and try to buy a bag of potatoes and the seller respond like that...

Roll the dice 99 times, for each roll note down outcome (a six should translate into 0), then will you have a 99 digit base6 number. This translate perfectly into a bitcoin private key, Ninjas html page can do it offline. Assuming the dice is fair, then will you have a bitcoin addy with very high entropy.
