181  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What or how does it feels to grow in rank?! on: July 18, 2020, 10:13:27 AM
Sure, it feels great now that ranking up requires significant post, hardwork, effort, and whatnot. Unlike before, you just need to make bunch of post that you didn't even think whether if it really makes sense on the entirety of a certain discussion. And just wait for your activity to count up, yeah time is the only hindrance you have, and you just have to stand by for you to step next up  Cheesy.

So, as much as you can, try to be significant. But bear in mind that you might not get merits as frequently as you think so  Tongue. Well, eventually, someone would notice you and your efforts, either way.

Doble ingat when it comes to posting something against the government. There was a college student na pinatawag ata ng NBI 'cause of criticizing Sen. Bong Go. Though may possible violation ata siya but what I'm pointing out is ganiyan sila ka sensitive. Be wary!

Here's my piece  Smiley.

Mine was inspired from the clip of the anime Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. It was also a popular template for some memes. And so I tried to make a concept art out of it. As you can see it was sort of a poker match up between Mr.Roo and a certain user.

The meaning of the Japanese text you see there is "Roobet" and "Casino". Disclaimer, I am not a japanese though I just used GT to translate the text itself  Grin

I did this on autodesksketchbook mobile.

184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: July 17, 2020, 08:20:34 AM
Agree with Barkley here if the Blazers would get back Nurkic and Zach Collins. Blazers is on a different level if Nurkic is on their line-up. They may have beaten the Warriors last year and played in the Finals if Nurkic was not injured.
Disagree with you and Barkley here Cheesy

While I agree that Blazers will be stronger with Nurkic and Collins, keep in mind that those two players were away for a long time. Collins got injured last November, and situation with Nurkic was even worse, so I don't expect them back at their previous level immediately. Nurkic could even be on minutes restriction considering his injury and time being away.

I agree to this one. Injuries and time lost of not playing is a proven thing in NBA that somehow depreciates player's capability. Enough said  Grin. But don't get me wrong those two guys were a great addition if they weren't not suffering anything. And I believe they still would soon with a proper workout or whatever is that just like any other.

But regardless of the current numbers, it seems NBA retart will still push through.

The set-up is almost finish, I think so? And those who won't be able to participate in bubble have their replacement prepared already. And as long as the majority remains uninfected and healthy inside the stadium, I don't think they need to bother themselves cancelling the game. Few more days of waiting, and we will be able to see 'em back in action again... I'm so excited, damn  Grin.
185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BetBit Casino Gone? on: July 16, 2020, 03:25:48 PM
I don’t want to sound harsh but once a casino shutdown itself chances are highly unlikely it will ever come back.If they do they make sure use another name and maybe after sometime shutdown again.I recommend to choose carefully the new casino now in the gambling section here and make sure to real a lot of comments in their official threads before deciding which to join.

That's so unfair for him, 0.3 btc is a huge amount of coin and it is not that easy to earn that.
But being an optimistic person, you should wait for them because maybe they go back to operating their casino again.

It is his responsibility leaving it there, either way. Skimming upon the comments here, and checking their ANN thread, it is really obvious that they are definitely gone. Not tryin' to drag OP down though, however there's nothing he could give his hope for - they don't even a bit of report 'bout the current occurences with their site   Undecided.

Anyway, always know when and which site to put such big sum amount of money 'cause nobody is reponsible when circumstances went wrong except you. Might be unfair to him but that's what it is.

186  Local / Pilipinas / Re: More online stores, less tax generated on: July 16, 2020, 01:45:12 PM

Malaki na 'yon kung ididivide mo pa for monthly basis, and above the minimum wage na 'yong kinikita nila, I have my computation sa first page nito...

Naging aware na rin siguro sila sa kaya kitain with those platforms haha. Ang dami na rin kasi nag-resort into online stuff; vlogging, streaming and they seem earning really good with those activity  Cheesy.
187  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [MEGATHREAD] Pilipinas Coronavirus/COVID-19 Thread on: July 16, 2020, 10:25:22 AM
I just happen to cross with this one. And it seems a good news somehow. Although many claim na 'yong creation ng vaccine normally takes a year or more. However, Russia seem to have one na.

Quote
...it had developed a "safe" coronavirus vaccine following clinical trials on a group of volunteers.

The ministry said 18 people had participated in the research and were discharged without "serious adverse events, health complaints, complications or side effects."
Sources: https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/world/747076/russia-military-says-virus-vaccine-is-tested-and-safe/story/
                 https://www.facebook.com/116724526976/posts/10159040117451977/

It is still a test pa naman. Long term effects isn't yet clear. Pero good thing kasi at least may product na kaysa wala, right?

On the other hand, sadly, we have surpassed 60k covid-19 confirmed cases.

Quote
The number of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases in the Philippines topped 61,000 on Thursday after the Department of Health (DOH) reported 2,498 more infections--1,246 “fresh” or newly validated and 1,252 reported late--bringing the total to 61,266.
Source: https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/747180/philippines-covid-19-tally-tops-61-000-with-2-498-new-cases/story/

And yet Sec. Duque announced na we have flattened the curve Huh. Not to mention na 'yong Philippines is on top of most active cases in S.E.A. Ewan ko ba how he came up with such conclusion. I just hope na 'yong so-called na vaccine nung Russia is ma-confirm na, and maging available na for global scale production.

Here's the proof doon sa most active cases na sinabi ko: https://www.facebook.com/1977102099010584/posts/3141291835924932/
188  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Twitter Hack Alert - Don't trust it now! on: July 16, 2020, 07:46:45 AM
That's true, it is a trending topic as of now, these twitter accounts are so big, and is owned by familiar person and groups, hoping that it wouldn't cause bad to the crypto community. Those accounts are important and I followed those accounts because it finds so useful and helpful for me especially with the news that they posted. Yhis should be fixed, I think the hackers will ask for money for the return of the accounts, that is the common things that the hackers do whenever they hacked the account of a popular person. Those accounts are important so hey will give what hackers want.

It is a one sided game if they would give in. I mean, if that's the case then they don't need to give money, they could take those accounts down from their server either way.

It is still unclear if this is an inside job or if somebody did his way in without employee's aid or whatever. Anyway, what must be fixed is getting rid of someone's unauthorize access from their server.

I feel bad for those users who deposit believing they would get something back  Undecided.

189  Local / Pamilihan / Re: BABALA: Twitter Hacked Incident! Don`t Click on: July 16, 2020, 04:36:38 AM

Up until now wala pa rin update kung na-resolve na or not. Good thing, na take down na nila 'yong mga tweets. And base rin sa mga nakikita kong comments sa reddit 'yong mga verified account yata sa twitter is temporarily prohibited mag-twit kase 'yon lang naman target nung hacker.

Here's the link doon sa comment: https://www.reddit.com/r/CatastrophicFailure/comments/

Triny ko tingnan 'yong binigay nila na address sa blockchain, and damn it has 373 transactions already, they even accumulate 12 btc, mga around $118k and kung iko-convert sa peso na sa 5.9m PHP na. Pero not sure if galing lahat 'yon sa scam, and if it is a legit transaction or a scheme lang rin nung mga scammers para mas magmukhang appealing 'yong activity nila.

190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: July 15, 2020, 04:16:59 PM
I just can't remove that mindset because even if they're just going their job, a fan will always be fan even if you're not facing your idol but if you're facing one of them, you'll admire and feel the need to do him a favor.

Tough choice, yeah. But as far as the job's obligation goes I don't think that the security invovle with the incident is worthy of his position now. Might be harsh, however, you just can't compromise health matters over a pleasure of allowing your idol go over the boundaries. It is okay, if it won't put anyone at risk but it is a life-threatening virus they are dealing with, smh, not to mention that everyone in the area doesn't have a healthy body as them  Undecided.

Do we have news about what his colleagues says about his selfish actions?

I haven't seen anything yet. If you happen to see one please drop it here, I'd like to hear their side too  Wink.
191  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: i am new here in this forum on: July 15, 2020, 01:51:06 PM
Much has been said here. I guess, there's nothing more I could offer for a read. Anyway, here's a little advice I did also get from some reputable members here, "just enjoy your stay here", always remember that while strictly abiding with forum's rules Cheesy. Anyway, you seem to be different than some newbie who post more drama here about not getting any merit rather than putting an actual effort, and so as much as possible avoid it. Don't ever let the bad feeling of not getting one ruined your dedication to grow up here. Just keep on reading, ask what you don't know, and keep on participating in several discussions in which you could give the best of you.

Nevertheless, a warmest welcome to you here, man. I'll be waiting for your crafts soon  Smiley.

193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which website do you usually go to get your news and casino reviews? on: July 14, 2020, 05:30:44 PM
I didn't do much effort to look for any new gambling site news aside from this forum because I already have fun playing on the active casinos right now, and if there's a new campaign then that is the time for me to test the water. When you already loving the games on your current gambling site then its quiet hard to look for other alternatives, not unless you really have to but on my case, this forum is my main source of news about gambling site.
it doesnt make sense to look for others when your already enjoying one site  . it also doesnt make sense to check for a gambling news site for other sites  . i dont check news for gambling sites my self but like you sig campaigns is only my indication to try a site.

It may not for you however, it is not a bad thing to check other things out. You never know what lies ahead not unless you pay for a quick visit, at least. It might even have different game that would give you a new level of satisfaction, and opportunity.

One more thing, bud. Opening up a signature campaign here doesn't give you an assurance that the site isn't a messed up one. Still checking news, reviews and whatnot is a good habit to avoid further trouble. Outsourcing would do, forums like this, or I'd say... reddit, perhaps, the comment section would say a lot, and yeah some other social media platform are good too just be wary of what you read because some others are paid up to say the most convincing thing. Always consider a bad or fair enough review  Wink.

ill try to visit them regularly if i see that its a good gambling site and they offer good stuffs compare to others   .  id rather look for crypto news site than compare to crypto gambling news site because im not gambling real hard

Well, as you say so.
194  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would you buy/use Bitcoin if you knew its price would not reach a new ATH? on: July 14, 2020, 11:23:12 AM
Yes, I still would but with a different perspective. ATH is just another thing but the btc usage is what it made significant for me. You know... the transactions I have to make without compromising the identity of one another, the same time the ease of just hitting the send button compared on going to several places just to make the payment successful.

Besides it was always been uncertain if bitcoin price would be able to hit ATH again but it doesn't exclude much people away with bitcoin. Apparently, there are some who left but those who knew the utility it has, somehow, still keeps them in this rare industry. And yeah, making a profit out of trading is an additional thing though.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: July 13, 2020, 05:00:28 PM
I'm not that excited with their matchup for the playoffs or Finals but I'm more excited to the face-off match on the resume of the game this 31st of July.
Western Conference Finals is too early to tell but I think these two teams has the momentum to get there.

They were the heavy favorites, obviously. So people like to talk a lot about between the two. Either way, it is very early to tell now as you say so  Grin, even teams who seemed to have a decent roster gets upset by a very least expected team you thought would be able to pull it off. Anyway, I am excited too - can't wait to see those players on court who have changed shape drastically. I mean, I'm very curious though.

And one more thing, these incoming remaining games would tell a lot about their fate in the playoffs. If they can still perform well just like the regular season they had after their long break, then they're going to be fine in a very tense round.

Edit: Recent news I stumble across with.

Good catch. I haven't seen this one on my feed yet so 'di pa nakararating sa mga friends ko 'to. Triny ko gamitin search query ng facebook and may mga nakita akong post 2 weeks ago, and some several related fb groups.

I am pretty sure that nothing will happen to Wojnarowski, ESPN is not crazy enough to sack him or something like that. On the contrary, they maybe even secretly liked that, as it will bring them more attention. You know how they say, there is no such thing as  bad publicity.
I hope so.
Woj had been one of the great sources of information when it comes to sports. (NBA especially for me)
I think he just forgot he has a reputation to maintain since he is l like a star in the field of sports analysts and reporters.  Grin
Best wishes that all of this will be cleared.

Damn, Woj's definitely a real one  Grin. He got balls. I wish I had his courage to speak up straight to some stupidity LOL, government here in our country sucks  Undecided.

Anyway, I think he's safe. ESPN would might just conduct a so-called investigation for formality, I guess? But I don't think ESPN would dare to fire him out. He's good, either way, if he did get fired he still would get countless offers from other news outlet there. One more thing, I don't get where Hawley get the audacity on questioning the league on supporting the police meanwhile they've been blind on police brutality issues back then. If the video didn't came out and the community didn't voice their dissents towards the issue I bet the whole incident would be another covered up story, smh   Sad.

And make myself busy learning about stock for a while. You know... we have to get life into another level na haha  Cheesy.

Yeah, or the worst case scenario is ma-subject ka pa for tax evasion  Undecided. Reminds me of my neighbor kaya na forced sila mag-close pero I am not totally sure sa pangyayari behind it was sort of chismis lang naman. Pero ang bizarre kasi ang active ng business nila they even promote it online then suddenly maglalaho.

as of now, sa nakikita ko sa Online Selling hindi pa sya ganun ka trusted kaya hindi magawan ng gobyerno na magkaroon ng fix basis para sa tax.

Yeah, pero required ata sila mag-register. Not for tax pero for verification lang ata under their name? Either way, online businesses who earns 250k php or more annually ang mga subject to pay a tax. For sure, mga biggie businesses na 'yon, 'yong may mga sarili ng domain siguro sa internet and such.

You shouldn't encourage newbies to earn merit via creating educational topic posts, because they are newbies, they will often fail to do so properly and will only introduce misconceptions.

Agree with this, they should be a reader of this topic first, not as a topic creator, cause they aren't really getting those educational post from themselves, maybe they will get it from an article, some tend to plagiarize just to create a certain post because in the first place they aren't really fully understand the topic they are creating. It may be true that they may learn from reading it but what if not. Its best to read first and acquire knowledge, when you have it then you can easily contribute to topics with quality post. And everything will follow. Forum members will see it through your post if you really know what you are talking about or you are just creating it because you are expecting something.

No he didn't. And I don't see any encouragement. Either way, it is still up for newbies if they'll forced themselves but I knew they would not assuming that they are the good members as mentioned  Smiley.
No. I don't encourage anyone. If you check my threads, some of them are simply questions when I needed help for my needs. Some questions are truly come from newbies. Anyhow, you nailed a point that newbies don't need to replicate anyone else. Just choose the things they like, have interests in and keep up their good works on such.

But stepping again in 2018 until now, the bounty campaign seems to be no longer in demand anymore because many scammers are trying to deceive bounty hunters and members here. False ICOs and IEOs are increasingly numerous and cannot be controlled. This makes the scammers in this forum more and more beginners who end up inactive, because there is no definite source of income in this forum.
Those who are not active cannot compete and develop into members who is more productive and unable to rank.
Then they really are not into learning, after all. Obviously, if they cannot get or earn something worthy of their time and effort they will vanish. Probably, those people behind are roaming around the internet searching for something that they can juice out again. Such a waste, if they just instead used their effort and excessive time on a meaningful manner, they could achieve much amazing feats better than they usually do  Undecided.
