While on the other hand, about the Lillard-Lakers talk. It's actually still far from happening. I guess Lillard is just showing an interest when he was ask his primary choice of team "IF" he will be traded (which I don't think the Blazers will be doing so atm.) And, IF by any chances, these trade will happen. For sure, all of the Lakers role players will be involved in this blockbuster trade. That includes Kuzma, Green, Bradley, KCP, and Dwight. I don't know, but that's the closest I could think of.
I think that trade will be less likely to happen. Lakers line up is being influenced by Lebron just like green his former teammates that has been transfer to their team. The lakers also has good line up now and this is one of the difficult team beat for now. Definitely the lakers will going to go for a championsh game or if not pretty sure higher chances that the team will be in a semi finals match. Lakers lineup is already full house and there's no need for another Superstar to be added, Bron and Davis plus all the supporting cast are competitive enough to bank the semis to finals slot. If there's still chance of trade I guess the receiving team will benefits from those cast that will possibly part of this trade.

I guess these will be added to the burden that the players would face, and it will greatly affect their game.
These athletes supposed to have a good and comfortable rest, but I guess they won't be in their best shape if these concerns won't get fixed.
Bettors would definitely look at this factor, with that said, I think at the beginning of the game when season resumes, I would put my money on the under, on all the scheduled games. And they are done rebuilding already, if they acquire Lillard thru trades that will involved their role players, then it will affect the chemistry of the team again and it might take some time to have a good chemistry. And by that time, age will caught up on Lebron and Davis will have left the Lakers. Not a good idea.

Its just too much if Lillard will be with them too. I think it will not be an entertaining season if it happens. It can also be true that they will trade a lot of their players for lillard, but it is still a strong team, whoever they will take. Its obvious it aint be davis or lebron.

When you are giving away someone like Dame, there is no player that you can get (unless a superstar) that you would be happy about getting; which means if Lakers is not offering AD on that trade (which we all know they won't) that means no other player really matters at all. You could give all the role players you talked about and Lakers would still be force with Dame-Caruso-Lebron-AD- Mcgee because that would just be a superstar filled team on that three spot.
However if you are Portland, you are not looking to get players, you would be looking to get picks, and I mean picks as much as you can; which means if you do a three way trade with 2 teams giving picks to Portland and few role players to cover the salary requirement, then other two team can handle the rest amongst themselves. Portland can't get the talent back but at least they could start rebuilding which they have needed for a while now since Lamarcus left but at least they had one good post-season out of it.

I am pretty sure that nothing will happen to Wojnarowski, ESPN is not crazy enough to sack him or something like that. On the contrary, they maybe even secretly liked that, as it will bring them more attention. You know how they say, there is no such thing as bad publicity. What's more interesting about those approved social justice messages on jerseys is that LeBron won't use them at all. And everyone thought that he was behind all those approved messages, but seems like he is not a big fan of those. Lakers' LeBron James Will Wear Last Name on Jersey, Not Social Justice Message

NBA Sports Medicine Director: Players Who Test Positive out Minimum of 2 WeeksWe have an idea now, players who are tested positive with covid-19 will be out for at least two weeks, so those who are tested positive previously still has a chance to at least play in the playoffs. THIS IS A GOOD NEWS FOR THE FANS. NBA players who test positive for COVID-19 during the league's restart in Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, will be out for at least two weeks, per Dr. John DiFiori, the NBA's director of sports medicine.
"Everyone needs to understand that if someone were to test positive, it's quite likely that they won't return to the court for a minimum of two weeks—minimum," Dr. DiFiori told ESPN's Baxter Holmes.
"It may be even a little longer than that, depending on the individual circumstances, and then you need some time to get reconditioned."

Two weeks but it also emphasize in the article that they need more time to get back in shape because two weeks of resting only is not good for a player to just come back after that period, training back is the first step and then they can play and compete well. I hope so. Woj had been one of the great sources of information when it comes to sports. (NBA especially for me) I think he just forgot he has a reputation to maintain since he is l like a star in the field of sports analysts and reporters. Best wishes that all of this will be cleared. I think it is not intended for a bad reason. He is playing basketball on a basketball floor using the same rules and methods. While on the other hand, he could still support the Black movement in a different way.

I didn't know that there are social issues that the jerseys of NBA players are currently facing.
Not an active reader, but after visiting that article it seems that it's really an issues that the league needs to take care of. This should be tackled and be answered as precise as how the commissioners will handle this issues, players freedom to express will surely influenced the fans.

Damn, Woj's definitely a real one . He got balls. I wish I had his courage to speak up straight to some stupidity LOL, government here in our country sucks . Anyway, I think he's safe. ESPN would might just conduct a so-called investigation for formality, I guess? But I don't think ESPN would dare to fire him out. He's good, either way, if he did get fired he still would get countless offers from other news outlet there. One more thing, I don't get where Hawley get the audacity on questioning the league on supporting the police meanwhile they've been blind on police brutality issues back then. If the video didn't came out and the community didn't voice their dissents towards the issue I bet the whole incident would be another covered up story, smh .

Exactly that's why ESPN won't dare to fire him, as he is guy with best connections in NBA. After all, I don't even think that what he did was such a big thing anyway. He simply did what many probably wanted to say. He is playing basketball on a basketball floor using the same rules and methods. While on the other hand, he could still support the Black movement in a different way.
Yeah I have no doubts whether he still supports the cause or not. He was vocal in the past, he is now and will be in the future. It is a good thing for others, so they see that they are not obliged to wear those messages if they really don't want to.
In the other news, seems like Jusuf Nurkic is back to the full training. I must say that he looks good, and it will be big boost for Blazers, getting him back after almost one whole year being away due that horrible injury while he was at his peak. Those kind of injuries can be very tricky for big guys like Nurkic, let's hope all that bad luck is behind him now. https://twitter.com/trailblazers/status/1282148194449842176Bosnian Beast is back!

If I am at the position of ESPN, I won't. That guy had been working his ass to update everyone using his social media account while carrying the name of the company. Suddenly, this senator will just take it all out? I doubt ESPN will let it. This could just be the work of ESPN media to make him think they are really punishing the Woj, also to make him feel better. In the other news, seems like Jusuf Nurkic is back to the full training. They will need to work harder to secure that spot.

Yeah! they will need some days to get back in shape and that would be good before they restart the season they will have some kind of practice game like they used to do on pre-season games. This will be enough for them to get back on track and play like they used to. I really miss seeing some unexpected dunks again. I'm counting the days for their next come back and will gonna watch it with my friends.

ESPN hired Woj for a ton of money, sure he made a mistake but let's be honest the Fuck you email was justified in my book, dude was expecting a league full of Black people who will probably wear stuff like "black live matters" and "I can't breath" messages on their shirts for each game to actually be supportive of "military" (because that is the secret word in USA, when you kneel you disrespect soldiers who lost their lives somehow instead of protesting police brutality, that is an easy way out for republican whites) and cops.
I am sorry but if as a senator you are expecting NBA players and ESPN to actually support police in this matter and not the black people who are suffering from it, you have to be insane, not just figuratively, but you have to be certifiably insane to expect something like that.

Fans will love to see those players who are going to compete to reserve their slots from the second rounds, it's exciting to see who are going to advance and which teams will lose the slot unexpectedly.

They have been preparing it very well, so I think when the season's re-open, it's expected that they have already adjusted or if not they can easily adjust. This is the new normal that everyone should adopt, but it's better to see this than not seeing the NBA at all. Fans will love to see those players who are going to compete to reserve their slots from the second rounds, it's exciting to see who are going to advance and which teams will lose the slot unexpectedly.
This is also interesting but the playoffs is more interesting. Here, when season, resume, we will know who are going to qualify for the playoffs but the tight competition will be in the West, so, it's where the we will see more excitement, while in the East, Wizards might already fail as they have a bad standing and Beal will also not play. Bradley Beal will not participate in Orlando restart

Thinking of what team to bet on? I think we have the Clippers here that might beat the other LA team. I was already thinking of Beverly's possible impressive performance in the coming playoffs, he is very healthy now and can be a good defender to star of any team, he can even defend Lebron James very well by just causing distraction of the King's focus. https://twitter.com/BleacherReport/status/1282387448576843779/photo/4BETTING ON THIS.

Image broken. I just use the link provided. Edit: Oh! its fixed, thanks. Yeah, that is how Beverley think and some players don't understand that. He guards everyone at his highest level. They should be proud if someone is still doing that. That means the NBA is still not soft. Do you think Doc will let him defend Lebron? It will be a difficult task but I bet it will also be so much joy for Beverley. Can't wait to see that. Speaking of Doc. He has something to say to the Senator regarding the Black issues. https://sports.yahoo.com/doc-rivers-challenges-sen-josh-140045508.html“I mean, we have a senator that Tweets at Woj yesterday just because he was talking about what we were going to put on the back of our jersey,” Rivers said from the NBA Orlando restart on a conference call with reporters. “And they always try to turn it into the military or the police. There’s no league that does more for the military than the NBA.
“But how that about that Senator? I’ll make a challenge: We will do things for the troops as long as he acknowledges Black Lives Matter. I think that would be really cool for him to do.
“You know, it’s funny, whenever we talk about justice, people try to change the message. Colin Kaepernick kneels, it had nothing to do with the troops. It had to do with social injustice, and everyone tried to change the narrative. How about staying on what we are talking about and dealing with that, instead of trying to trick us or change or trick your constituents? How about being real?
“I guarantee you, we’ve done more for the military than probably that Senator. And I guarantee you this: We also are going to do things for Black Lives Matter. How about him? Maybe he should join into that.” It's longer but proper unlike what Woj did with a short curse. I agree with Doc here.
