181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XCP] Counterparty - Pioneering Peer-to-Peer Finance - Official Thread on: November 13, 2014, 04:16:37 PM
Given the high volume we are witnessing on bter at the moment (800+ BTC in the last 24 hours) I hope bigger exchanges now have a greater incentive to add XCP. This will in turn  expose XCP to a much larger audience.

It's possible, XCP is already gaining traction. Once we see a rally on Bitcoin we might see more mainstream interest in cryptos again.

Great looking coin, I think I need some
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [FIBRE] | BLOCKNET | 625k | FibreDark | FibreLock | FibreMixer | FibreGateway | on: November 13, 2014, 04:11:55 PM
Fibre is dying or what? I have a pause in a trading about a month and bam price went so much down? What happened?

All alt markets are slow now, btc needs to stabilize, stay tuned Wink

Good time to buy cheap alts in meantime

You only lose when you sell below what you paid.
Since this is not a shit coin and is therefore not a product of pump and dump, just continue to hold for eventual ROI.
+1 So true, we could see a rally on Bitcoin soon.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DRK] Darkcoin | First Anonymous Coin | Inventor of X11, DGW and Darksend | Instant TX on: November 13, 2014, 04:07:03 PM
BTW, can someone clarify this once and for all:
is it called Instant TX or InstantX?

Threadtitle and I says Instant TX...
but most people (even evan) often says InstantX.

What gives?  Tongue

a bird told me today that the 2 T's (instantTx) are fused to a single one.

i'am also ok with instant TX.
my logo series so far:

Nice! I like them all.
I think we are still looking for a symbol of a masternode.
Any ideas?
logo symbol. my first try was that:

but didn't find a way to make a series out of that.
I like that, just shorten it, Stack Master on top of node!
185  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Domain for Sale] EncryptaBit.com | Extremely Memorable | Huge Potential on: November 12, 2014, 09:28:54 PM
Flippa listing is now at $199 USD which is less than .5 BTC
Listing has over 8000 views. Thanks for the interest.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XCP] Counterparty - Pioneering Peer-to-Peer Finance - Official Thread on: November 12, 2014, 08:14:54 PM
And here comes the dump  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Either the last time to sell or a good time to buy. But in reality counterparty has a lot going for it. Investors shouldn't worry about FUD. Counterparty has a long future.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DRK] Darkcoin | First Anonymous Coin | Inventor of X11, DGW and Darksend | Instant TX on: November 12, 2014, 08:13:10 PM
So I was thinking about starting a cartoon to celebrate evan's achievements:

A proposal:
Is the community/foundation willing to pay me a monthly amount of DRK (I don't know, 150 DRK or something) so I can allocate some time every day and create a daily cartoon?
I could create hilarious confrontations between darkcoin and other coins, etc...  Grin
Let me know your thoughts.

Donations: XtAdMy5nSxArut6rKKLQXxm84rpJNipXib

I like the idea. The cartoons are great and would be in favor to contribute to that idea - particularly if all the cartoons are concentrated on a single website and some of them on even on darkcoin.io
If BTC has a rally like I expect it will soon. Some funds will be handed your way.

this is still profitable to mine, even at these low prices!
The makings of a great coins!
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Moolah Scam on Mintpal - MintpalJustice.com - Report Missing Funds on: November 12, 2014, 08:10:42 PM
It's safe to assume no one got any BTC back
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DRK] Darkcoin | First Anonymous Coin | Inventor of X11, DGW and Darksend | Instant TX on: November 12, 2014, 07:05:15 PM
Bounce coming.... I think..
Last time there was a massive rally on Bitcoin, other Altcoins followed. The rally is around the corner if you ask me.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [VRC] | VeriCoin | POS-NSDI | VeriBit | VeriSend | VeriSMS | SuperNET Core on: November 12, 2014, 07:03:49 PM
Big dumps in all markets.

In the meantime Pnosker is doing work for an exchange, this time to evaluate IE's coin. It seems this work out for the devs, they are getting more and more work, first ARCH and now IE's coin. In the meantime the bag holders left with a stagnating coin and no development whatsoever.

Brian Kelly, of NAUT, also wants to use their dynamic interest feature, so they will surely be "helping" him as we speak...

And don't forget the (regular) job and quarterly evaluations. Ah, you are so demanding... the kids also need to have their fun, you know?

At this point (fresh multi-months low at 4200 this past 24 hours), only pants-boy, Scott, silver-coin boy and the eyes-transformed-in-$$$, Kevondo (radio:asset...hum), still believe in this shit. Oh and that lootz idiot, of course. Cheerleaders are dwindling fast and the rats are about to start jumping ship nen masses, I believe.
All the dumps in the Alt-markets could mean there is a rally on bitcoin coming.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPO of MaidSafe:  Entering the Future of the Decentralized Internet on: November 12, 2014, 07:02:03 PM
How could I run a database-driven website via MaidSafe?  I can't imagine how a running database could be encrypted, chunked, and distributed.

I would post that question in this forum - https://www.maidsafe.org/category/development

Not sure anyone from their team checks this thread...
Maidsafe is in good standing, good developers and all.
193  Other / Off-topic / Re: Jail or Hell? Confess of my life. on: November 12, 2014, 03:09:08 PM
What happened to him? Any news about his escapades?
He is gone my friend, gone far away
194  Economy / Securities / Re: TH1BTC Speculation Thread - Bitfinex Cloud Mining Contract on: November 12, 2014, 03:05:34 PM
I wrote up my story of how I lost money trying to expose the manipulation of the TH1 contract.
Exposing Manipulation
Manipulation is just big players making moves.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Moolah Scam on Mintpal - MintpalJustice.com - Report Missing Funds on: November 12, 2014, 02:55:29 PM
The pirate btcst was "bigger"  if you count amounts of money defrauded from everyone but coins were not worth a lot back then so it didn't create as much attention as it should have

I think mintpal will be in the top 10 btc scams but not ranked at #2

Bfl or sr2 probably also stolen more

Fair enough. Moolah/Mintpal Top 5 of all time? Let's count it as "amount in USD at time of theft".

Someone should make a Top 10 list. Seriously. Then crypto users can have an idea of risks involved based on actual thefts/ scams/ etc.

Ironically all the time I was worried about MCXNow but it looks like Mintpal blew up first. Oh wait... https://mcxnow.com/ Not catastrophic but quite a major event to consider.

Wow. Crypto should be a TV series already.
Yea and lets call it Crypto&Friends.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [FIBRE] | BLOCKNET | 625k | FibreDark | FibreLock | FibreMixer | FibreGateway | on: November 12, 2014, 02:54:16 PM
The ride on this coin is a fun one, never know what to expect. Cheers! Still holding strong.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: November 12, 2014, 02:53:03 PM
devs, consider removing SYS from bittrex and other bots supporting exchanges. Price will go to the moon

It is not the bots, there is profit taking going on and confidence in the coin is a little short at the moment.  Nothing time and dedication proven by the dev's will not heal.  If anything the coin needs to be exposed to more exchanges, this will yield more growth.
+1 that's exactly whats happening imo
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Moolah/Mintpal V2.0 Scam Thread on: November 12, 2014, 02:51:29 PM
This is a drag. Why is this so convoluted.
