181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: November 01, 2019, 08:51:30 AM
What you think more profit, participate in IEO or wait after IEO and buy the token from exchanges?

It will also depend on the success of the ICO. Naturally, it is better to buy coins in the early stages of it. When tokens are offered on exchanges, their price is higher. Additionally, if the project is really cool, tokens can Moonrise in no time, and the early investors will be those guys, who take all the profit.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis and Manipulation Analysis on: November 01, 2019, 07:57:55 AM
The first two are the known and the used ones. What about the third one? I have seen many manipulations and since we are a 7/24 unregulated market, we are more open to manipulations. Which has the more effect on the price? Time to time, I have witnessed that some manipulative moves are occuring right before the technical analysis is pointing some directions. It seems like some people are trying to move the market according to their thougts. There are counter manipulative moves surely but we should take this into account as well.

I am not sure that it is called exactly with this name, but the sense of it is the analysis of manipulations that are revealed in the crypto market. Suppose, the whales' activity takes the number one place in it as they are those, ones, who can really manipulate cryptocurrency prices. They own the largest part of crypto simply.
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do me a favor, tell me really clearly and slowly what exactly a blockchain is? on: October 31, 2019, 08:52:13 PM
I cheated my way thru in a job interview, for the role of the content writer of exchange, now my boss asks me to write about blockchain but I know nothing about it. Could you guys just give me a basic rundown of.... *Things?*. Anything and everything you feel would be nice to know here

Simplified, it can be represented as a large distributed database, which reflects the movement of funds or information from one account to another. This database is stored on millions of computers that belong to different owners around the world. Its main advantage is that it has a decentralized nature.

That is, the "death" of one or more computers on the network does not lead to a fatal result since the data remains on other computers.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt coins bleeding on: October 31, 2019, 08:47:34 PM
when altcoin prices fall and flush like that it should be a very good point to buy altcoin as much as you can and take advantage of lots of panicked traders to buy altcoin at cheap prices.

This discussion thread is the mirror of the market volatility. Reading it from the very beginning to the end (although it is short enough), we will see that altcoins can fall and go up several times a month. In reality, 2019 is a positive and good year for all cryptocurrencies (in comparison with 2018, for sure).
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why will you invest in something you know nothing about? on: October 31, 2019, 08:44:21 PM
Please stop your whining here if your friend dont know nothing about blockchain and crypto then teach him so he can be independent

Don't let them invest in what they don't know about

how can you invest into somthing if you have no clue about what are you investing in at first place or is just about 21st century beg??

It will be always the problem of people, who believe simply beautiful promises and words. This is the system of deceiving that works not only in the world of crypto but with economics and political aspects of life. We say that we avoid investing in projects that we do not know, but every day we do it paying taxes: this money is used later for fraud stuff.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin May Extinct on: October 30, 2019, 01:01:02 PM
Bitcoin does not run because Satoshi is alive. Satoshi Nakamoto is the creator of Bitcoin and he might oversee its evolution from the shadow. Remember that we don't know if Satoshi is one man or a group of people. Secondly, the wise men usually find apprentices whom they teach all their knowledge so he can pass it on to the next generations. I'm sure that a lot of countries in the world will adopt Bitcoin because there if it gets banned will create an outrageous effect on anarchists and bitcoin maximalists that will probably make protests and maybe even move to countries that haven't banned it and empower the economy there.

You've got to understand that there are people working FOR the benefit of Bitcoin in the background as well. We have "allies", not just enemies.

How do you know it? We are not aware if he existed as a real person ever, and you say he is alive. He can be an organization, a company, or even the person that the whole world knows about, but does not guess that he is exactly this Satoshi, who gave us Bitcoin. BTC is always under pressure: even China did not call it in the list of the most promising cryptocurrencies. However, we simply do support it, and it lives.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin in 2019 on: October 30, 2019, 11:52:06 AM
Personally I really like Litecoin because the transaction costs are cheap and fast, very effective for transferring our assets use LTC.
So from that I also become interested in investing in LTC in addition to its large volume, LTC is also very popular in almost all
exchanges there is LTC. With so many investors eager to invest in LTC, because of the prospects and potential will develop rapidly
in the future. So many experts believe LTC in 2019 will experience a price increase especially at the end of the year. And the peak
increase will occur before the BTC halving in 2020. I only think according to my ability, if something goes wrong please forgive me.

Litecoin is a good cryptocurrency, and it is one of the most reliable altcoins. However, the price for one alt might not grow greatly until Bitcoin reaches 15 thousand at least. I guess the maximum possible price for one LTC will be 80 dollars. On the other hand, its market capitalization is growing, and it can take the 45th or even the 4th place among the best-rated cryptocurrencies on CMC.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has alt season started? on: October 29, 2019, 05:35:42 PM
Do you believe that it has started? I have a good feeling that I should buy them before winter. Prove me wrong.

No, I will not start proving that you are wrong. The last week of October pleasantly surprised all of us. I start to suspect that this situation resembles the market of 2017. It was almost the same picture as with the cryptocurrencies on the market at that time. Probably, I will invest more in Bitcoin, when I get a monthly salary, but alts must be  also bought, especially Eidoo and Ethereum.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What have you done to promote the Blockchain technology & cryptocurrencies? on: October 29, 2019, 05:31:21 PM
In my last post, I was asking why the Blockchain technology isn't adopted as fast as we suppose. I got a lot of replies which did not only enlighten me, but also enlightened others. It's cool to have lively people here. In this post, I'm asking a simple question. Since we've come to understand that some people consider the Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies to be scam and some other stories, what have you done to help promote the Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies? How many people have you introduced them to? How active are the people you introduced?

I introduce Block chain through my social media, I also introduce it to my relatives. It has been a great help to me and my family especially in financial need. So I wouldn't hesitate to introduce it to others especially my friends who want to know the crypto currency!

I guess, all, who invest in cryptocurrencies and tell other people about it, promote crypto and blockchain. Bounty hunters are the best crypto promoters. Personally, I found a funny way to do it and ordered a T-shirt with a BTC symbol on the Internet store. The T-shirt has not come yet, but I guess, in a couple of days, it will do it. Suppose, some people will ask me about the meaning of the image and I'll get an additional chance to tell them about Bitcoin.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1000x potential token on: October 29, 2019, 05:28:10 PM
I think it is impossible to ride 1000x. If it is true ordinary developers who do trading themselves or indeed manipulation.
But maybe it could be because in crypto all can happen.

Open the CoinMarketCap and look (just for a pure interest) to some tokens statistics. Several of them managed to make this X1000. Yes, it was years ago; now, this turn seems to be impossible, but look for instance, at NEO. Too many people started to forget this so-called Chinese Ethereum, and it decided to Moonrise suddenly. Everything is possible with cryptocurrencies, and the hige growth also.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run / wishful think ? on: October 28, 2019, 07:20:04 PM
did they will think about consequence from their action ?

just because end of the year will come and u think bull will comes too ?
or someone can explain me about bull run signal or whatever u call that, because i totaly think that just no more than wishfull think.

I don't think about altcoins so much anymore. I believe they just follow the trend of bitcoin dominance. If bitcoin is up, they will follow, but they will be behind.

For bitcoin bull run signals, I'd suggest going to TradingView and reading technical analysis from experts. The bull run is more than wishful thinking, it's due time the true value of crypto is realised. Just hold and be patient.

Yes, they do, but sooner or later, altcoins will have more weight on the cryptocurrency market again. I believe that Ethereum can become a new leader. It will not happen in the nearest 5 years, but ETH is so strong that it has this potential for its best future. Bitcoin will be popular for a long time, but due to the fact that it will be no more a hype currency, its volatility can decline.
192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: questions about technical analysis on: October 28, 2019, 07:16:12 PM
I personally don't use technical analysis. We all know that the market's volatility is unpredictable so we can't rely all our trading decisions in it. There's no guarantee that the technical analysis could provide an accurate price. It could serve as a guide but it isn't reliable most of the time. It's better if we'll know how to deal with the market and apply the basic trading strategy that we know.

TA is needed, even for beginners. It makes your brain working all the time, and you concentrate on crypto, becoming more serious about it. Yes, I understand that it might not work through the highest crypto volatility, but if the question on to use it or not to use appears, I vote for technical analysis. Besides, cryptocurrency traders but have a wide outlook and know a lot, and with TA, it is additional knowledge.
193  Economy / Economics / Re: What makes a Fiat worthless? on: October 28, 2019, 07:12:03 PM
IMHO, Hyper inflation.

That's the cause of why fiat money becomes worthless in some countries like Venezuela. And those what you have mentioned triggers the economic status of that country which results to HI. A war will totally wipe out a lot of resources on that involved area and printing of more cash will also contribute to it.

I have never been to Venezuela, but the other day, I saw a documentary film about life there. It was a real shock: people carry money on trays! They do not even count it when they buy something in stores: they use scales! How can it be - a kilo of paper money for a kilo of apples? Naturally, it is almost worthless there now, and people start turning to cryptocurrency simply to survive.
194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now Bitcoin today on: October 27, 2019, 05:27:37 PM
Do you mean you are going to wait when BTC price falls? It might not happen. We are getting closer to Bitcoin halving, and investors will show now their activity. It will affect the price of the main cryptocurrency and a few altcoins, those ones that depend on BTC (Litecoin, in my opinion, will gain soon also). Try to invest in Bitcoin each time you are simply ready to spend money on something "extra". Crypto will be the better variant.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: China’s Digital Fiat is Not a Crypto ?? on: October 27, 2019, 05:23:32 PM
No, not a cryptocurrency of course. It is a digital currency but never a cryptocurrency. China's digital fiat is a fiat currency. It is still the old renminbi in new clothes. Nothing has changed except that instead of being represented and spent by way of paper bills and metal coins, it is already in digital codes. But the value, the system that rules it, and all the rest of the features are still fiat.

They say, it will be like Facebook Libra, so, it will be a stable coin. However, most people take FB coin as cryptocurrency, so the new Chinese digital money can be also defined as crypto. China supposes that their virtual money will be the best answer to Libra and they take it as a part of the USA/Chinese struggle. They are sure, if Libra is finally, prohibited, they will certainly win this round.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: October 27, 2019, 05:01:17 PM
There were worst days for crypto. BTC dominate the market and alt coins cannot do anything alone at current market conditions.

After long bear market we saw some green days after Q1 to end of Q2..

And last 2-3 months we are living in a bloody market. By the way red market give good opportunities for traders. And also good opportunities for investors who focus on top ranked coins.

We do not have the so-called bad days for cryptocurrency. Until you decide to sell your altcoins and BTC, everything is good. Crypto is new, and it will be used in the future for sure. Thus, simply hold it in your wallet when its price is down. Take it as a reserve long-time investment and wait for the moment, when we all will see the flourishment of the market and the Moonrise of your altcoins and Bitcoin.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Any ideas of what we lack in crypto world? on: October 26, 2019, 09:26:30 PM
In addition to that, due to lack of education too, most people don't believe in crypto as they don't believe that this can be change the currency , they think that this is a big scam. Unless we introduce this to people and letting them know the benefit , I think that would help their perception.

For now people outside crypto world don't want to believe it because government didn't support crypto. and in addition too, that people don't want to believe it because of other country banning crypto and bitcoin. negativity is still spreading because of governments desires. but its still amaze me that there are projects who really spread crypto's uses and how they benefit it. but there are still lack of products and services that support crypto to use by people.

In my country, we have a lack of knowledge about cryptocurrencies. There are unfortunately 3 groups of people I know. The first one has never heard anything about Bitcoin and crypto. The second one consists of skeptics, who take BTC as at least a bubble. The third group includes people, who make money on crypto. Unfortunately, the 3rd one is less than 5% as I know. We need more information.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Legality effect on: October 26, 2019, 09:23:37 PM
If Bitcoin becomes a legal , can make effect the price of bitcoin will be very expensive because of limited stock and lots of demand. Online Marketplace will open payments via bitcoin, like amazon, ebay, alibaba, etc. Make it easy to send money internationally, open many job vacancies, and will have many ICO projects that sprung up.

But it will not erase fiat. Because fiat is the main currency of every country, bitcoin is only an alternative payment. Because there are conditions where payments can only be made by Fiat, for example areas that have not been covered by the internet network,  for shopping at traditional places that do not allow transactions with bitcoin, payment of employee salaries, etc. Because bitcoin prices are not stable.

Bitcoin legalization will affect the price of the cryptocurrency. It can grow first, but further, its volatility will be decreased. So, it can be assumed that BTC will start to interest people more not as an investment but as the virtual money for fast transactions. Sooner or later, but most governments will have to make crypto legal as we have come into the new era of blockchain and virtual currencies.
199  Economy / Economics / Re: The U.S. Government Tried To Shut Down Bitcoin on: October 26, 2019, 09:19:18 PM
Bitcoin is not subject to control, at least in the usual understanding of control.

It is foolish to think that the governments of other countries will be able to somehow block Bitcoin, for example, by making it outside the sign, imagine how the price rises.
In one of the African countries, there was already a precedent, the price of bitcoin there rose to $ 50,000.

However, the government can form a frightening negative image of cryptocurrency in society.
It is likely that governments around the world are thinking about all the ways in which they can take control of bitcoin, and I'm sure that they have realized that the only way to do that is to try to do the same to bitcoin that they did to gold, they are going to do their best to begin hoarding it, this is a very slow method and it will likely rise the price of bitcoin but eventually they will end up with most of the bitcoin of the world just as is the case right now with gold.

America is the most Bitcoin-friendly country. Despite all these attempts to legalize crypto and take taxes for it, the USA lets people do with BTC and alts whatever they want. Officially, over 14% (now, probably more) hold cryptocurrencies. In reality, this is about 25%. In a couple of years, 40% of Americans will deal with virtual money. By the way, Trump joked that in a couple of years (being not a president), he will buy BTC for almost all the money he has.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Betting : A big problem to crypto? on: October 26, 2019, 09:16:05 PM
I don't think that stats are correct. 60% of transactions are betting related? Please...

There are a lot of use cases for crypto. Investing, trading, spending on the sites that accept them, and sometimes betting. To think that betting single handedly takes 60% of the transactions? I don't think so...

I know that in 2013, 50%-60% of all Bitcoin transactions happened to and from gambling sites, and since then, apparently, over 3.7 million BTC which is currently valued at $30,249,868,000 has been used on betting platforms.... I didn't do this research myself. I only searched around until I found it written enough times to find it somewhat believable.
I couldn't find the exact percentage and I don't think anyone will ever be able to do more than guess considering that many sites practice safe crypto transactions by changing their user's public address after every deposit. Another thing to keep in mind, if BTC gambling transactions were at 50%+ in 2013.... Since the release of Tron, ETH, EOS and other's dapps, crypto gambling has increased exponentially. Hope that helps bring things into perspective.

Gambling is one of the spheres, where cryptocurrencies are used almost all the time. I might be mistaken, but I guess, the first official Bitcoin casinos appeared in 2015. Now, people do understand that in a game of chance, anonymity is extremely important. Moreover, the withdrawal operations take several minutes only (compare it with Bank transfers lasting up to 3 or even 5 days).
