LOL why give up an account when I can easily scam for way more than you're paying for my account (even though I'm not high ranking) I've scammed a few BTC with this account, reconsider you standards For REAL.... ! he just said it.. wow... is this forum damned ? mods and admins ? Thats what excatly what i thought. Cant the mods or admins ban them from the forum or atleast ip ban? If you say on a other forum that you scam people you will get your account suspended and also ip ban for life. Its clear these scammers are up to no good so why dont they get banned? Thats why these scammers are here on the first place cause they dont get banned when they scam and get away with their scams. I can only imagine how many notifications the mods and admins receive a day though, so we have to give them some time. I reported @HardcoreSuperstar thread earlier today though, so hopefully he gets the boot soon enough. We'll see what happens. But yeah if I was a mod I would be abusing my power right now on guys like @HardcoreSuperstar, so that's why I'm NOT a mod or an admin ...lol The BAN Hammer would be flying throughout the marketplace...lol I give these mods and admins credit for not getting BAN Happy though too. There needs to be a balance of some kind.

What could be the cause of that? Change of IP adress, maybe? Twitter has some strange security patterns. I'm interested, please PM your price and audit score for fakes and bots! thanks I don't think it was a change of IP, but probably had to do with something BOT related. Twitter has been cracking down on the auto followers and things I think. So it's probably something like that or could be something with what the user was posting, not sure really. Strange though.

AVG FREE Antivirus: http://goo.gl/l3gXUn (I don't use this anymore because I have Avast complete protection, but before Avast this is what I used.) That antivirus is so resource-hungry, not the most appropriate suggestion for a person with a low-end computer. I would add the recommendation of setting a VM to click random links and/or using a Linux distro. Any ideas to protect smartphones?, I do not browse this forum from my phone but certainly there is a handful of people that actually do. I would also suggest using Firefox, its tracking protection helps a lot (it also messes with some legit pages, though, like some Facebook log-ins). NoScript is good too, but you have to customize its filters (sites like Twitter won't work with the default configuration). But see the reply here. That reply confuses you, yeah, but bots have behaved like that since a long time ago (a bot answered that to me back in the messenger days). Very true, wasn't really thinking about those on lower end computers. I have used AVG on my smartphone to but again now running avast. Avast is actually free for smartphones also, I'll go check that out right now and update the thread. Edited: Avast MOBILE Security link: https://goo.gl/UF2yeDI updated in main thread as well. Thanks man, how the hell did I forget mobile? :-)

Wow, a lot of stuff to wrap our minds around, nice! :-)
We'll have to figure out how to continue with Roger and Rassah.
One thought right away: I'd suggest to use a different name than "pyramid". Like, any other name would be better than that. It took me a moment to realize this indeed has nothing to do with "all donations go to the pot, and the top X charities receive part Y of it" ;-)
Great to see so much is in the works there, I am sure we will integrate parts of BTC100 in there, one way or another!
Ente
Yeah sorry, "pyramid" is a bad word. The initial idea was called KNOCKOUT like a KING OF THE HILL type thing where the top donor was there and if someone want to be the top donor they clicked the block and donated $1 more then the top donor to take the current block and then it would show the KO'ed donor in the list below after the original BLOCK EXPLODED...lol Once you guys get back up and running let me know and I'll promote the crap out of you guys as well. I'll have free open source tools on bitcoincharity.org for you guys to use hopefully soon. It's just hard to find TRUSTED developers who aren't trying to screw you...lol As soon as I have the KNOCKOUT script finished I'll make sure it's coded open source too and posted to github. Thanks!

How about a newbie welcome topic and awareness program for them.. to help them from falling prey to scammers. We could sumurize the different ways how people have been scammed .. all the tricks so far.. and potential tricks... the smart one who read and be alert will be saved..
I definitely think it's needed, but it would be a HUGE THREAD :-) might have to create an entire website honestly for it or an entire section of the forum at the very least. lol true that.. but atleast a small brief thing.. better something than nothing.. many are still adopting bitcoins.. and if they get scammed.. they wont even come back Yeah maybe I'll work on something tonight to get it started and then others can add to it...lol or if you would like to start just post the link here when it's up, totally up to you. I have a lot going on at the moment anyway :-)

No you should not raise the price anyways. Free would be more better to offer. Why will you give money to scammers? You are basically giving them fuel to start scamming again. Nice and unique service anyways. thanks yeah, it's tough, I don't want to reward them but would love to keep them in newbie'ville at the same time :-) Those higher ranked accounts are dangerous even with the RED TRUST because there are certain boards here that do NOT show trust ratings until you click on the accounts.
