In reality, there are some countries that banned bitcoin but they cannot stop people to use it even though they announced that is banned. One of the reasons is because they have no control over it and the next one is because it can be use without any qualifications and requirements.

Totally agree because fiat is being existed for decades and accepted worldwide if your currency is strong. On other hand bitcoin is on nascent stage and not accepted worldwide as of now.
And also because the state must be and has full authority to control bitcoin, the price and total coins in circulation.
