The same as any other market, the price is based on what the free market deems it is worth. This is based on almost countless factors, and can change fluidly based on external forces. Basically though, the price is what someone is willing to pay you for it. The same as anything else.

I also hope that bitcoin will be a currency of one country in the future though there still is a lot of disadvantages of holes in this cryptocurrency and other companies nowadays are not taking bitcoin as a currency but as a stock or thing to be traded in money. i think every one has their own option but to me i think it is better to invest because by saving we cannot increase the number of our bitcoin , but i think by investment we can increase its price very easily. If I'm desperate in need for money, first I'm going to find some legit ways where I can earn fast money. Maybe I'll for some fast jobs like working on a restaurant or fast food for only a couple of hours. Also if there's no other choice I'll sell some of my gadgets, like computer,laptop and smart phones. That's surely a desperate move.

I don't have any reasons not to trust banks because as far as I know, banking storage of money is reliable and many business owners deposited their assets on a savings accounts they have for fiat cash money. Well if we ignore trusting banks its not worth earning btc because we can use fiat cash money, to exchange it from digital currency to fiat currency by using online wallet which has an option for bank cash-out.

Last year, my friend tell me he buy 3 btc when the price is worth $700. He said he just want to save his money in another place, not bank. So bitcoin is one of any choice to save money. But what happen now with the price? Now, bitcoin worth to $1200+ and his money is grow. It is same like investing money in the stock.
This is a very nice and colorful example of what is worth buying bitcoin, thereby investing in their future well-being. Only one question oppresses me all the time, how long bitcoin will rise in price? I would not like to lose. I think let us just let the children be. Let them focus in their study, teenagers on the other hand should be thought of Bitcoin but let their interest guide them on what to do.
