1821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 06, 2023, 07:03:19 PM
Biden should have retired a long time ago.

The recent story with the indictment of Trump really surprised me. As far as I know, these charges are not preventing Trump from running for office. Personally, I see only two real contenders to win the 2024 election so far - Biden and Trump. It's hard to say exactly who will win.

They really screw Trump making sure he will not run. This is going to be an uphill battle for Trump. Desantis is not the president type also and even if he is popular he wouldn't win. They will also find faults against him.

So much power is given to the old man who can't even finish a sentence and then mumbles something SOTU.
If we are not to consider our bets but just consider the welfare of US as a country, IMO none of them fit to seat but Biden might still win.
1822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion on Cardano on: April 06, 2023, 06:37:18 PM

No more update to this token. Seem like there is no development for this project. So much disappointment while Charles is just scamming people telling that ADA is used in many project in Ethiopia and the neighboring countries. Its not.

The community promotes the token religiously though. Yep the crowds shouts hora every time Charles do the AMA while he brags the projects using ADA. But there were no real projects where real people are using. They may have the list of projects but its still ETH that is used widely.
1823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 06, 2023, 05:57:28 AM
I don't want to bet in any elections because of the surveys being handled by survey agencies, these survey agencies are good at predicting the right winner and even the percentages of the leads.
I can cite one example and it's my country where it accurately predicted the result for the past 30 years, and even in America, survey companies are good at predicting the outcome so it's no use making bet on predictions.
We can do our betting right after the announcement of the party's representative but it's useless during the campaign, especially now that everything is automated.

It would be quite risky to bet on the 2024 US election because we know that Trump and Biden both have forces and supporters who can change US political conditions and make this election more difficult to predict. Moreover, the US is known for its often manipulative campaigns and bribery which makes it not worth it to bet on this election.
it is as what we have been hearing from news around the world that there is manipulation happening in campaigning and yes also there are chance that Donald  Trump will take part again and change the momentum of Biden.
but about interest in betting? of course I am because this is a worldwide event that gamblers need to take part  Grin
have missed the recent election so maybe this time I will take the right bet.

Well, they've already conspired to indict Trump with charges about his businesses in the past. It might be hard for him to really win unless he can fight back and win. Or this will strike a revolution which could make his situation a lot worse. There is just too much that could happen.

If Trump will not be able to participate in the election, you can be sure that it's Biden who will win. A sure win for the gamblers but very uncertain where the economy goes.
1824  Economy / Economics / Re: Ditch the Dollar on: April 06, 2023, 05:13:49 AM
I feel like its literally US against the world right now. I think most countries are sick and tired of the FED creating money out of thin air. The problem is that every country is so intertwined with the USD that it would take years to fully decouple, but its clear that this process has been jump started and that eventually the fall of the USD is inevitable, at least to be replaced as the world reserve without question. Although we always knew that this day was coming, just not quite so soon...... Good thing we are all acquainted wth BTC Cheesy

It's interesting to see though that the media had not suppressed the news about this de-dollarization. It's like they wanted the world to know which is quite not normal. In the news just recently France bought LNG using the Chinese Yuan. It's like they literally want this to happen or everyone even the media is ganging up.

BTC I think will be much better to be the global currency since everyone is going to be suspicious also when could it happen that CCP uses the Yuan for political purposes.
1825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - June 17 on: April 06, 2023, 04:33:38 AM

Once there is much demand for this fight the two might just talk to keep the deal going. They need to make sure a dome and tickets will be sold out to make it worthwhile for them to fight so that even the loser will profit.

If they see results not worth it where they can't make millions like the Garcia vs Davis fight, they will not pursue this fight anymore and will just fight Mexican boxers instead. Inoue will get both of them later.
1826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do women engage in crypto trading on: April 06, 2023, 04:08:06 AM
Women may not necessarily get too much involvements in cryptocurrencies because of the associated risk in so many of them, but in bitcoin which i know well about, i believe women have been into it for a while now and why it seems not too visible for many to know this is because they aren't interested in gender base when it comes to bitcoin since it's a p2p network, but i can tell you I've been on a several encounters with women buying from me on p2p just from their names being displayed i know they are women.

I also noticed their names in doing p2p some are women's names. We couldn't possibly know for sure if they are really women or if their names are just used by the men trying to hide thier identity.

Seeing though that there are several women as crypto influencers, it wouldn't be surprising thier friends are also in crypto. Everyone has a girl in thier life so most probably the girlfriends or wives of Bitcoiners are also investing and trading.
1827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 05, 2023, 02:50:58 PM
That is not important at all, Mike Tyson was not a likeable character, he didn't smile much and he dominated boxing for years.
My prediction is that Pereira probably winning on points, unless Adesanya make huge surprise with his fighting style and dominates more with wrestling.
I think both of them are good in stand up, Adesanya is faster, Pereira is stronger, but all other skills outside kickboxing is advantage for Adesanya.

I think Adesanya Fans really wanted to see him perform well and surprise the audiences about how he gonna handle this fight. But his problem is Pereira will already know exactly what he gonna do and can predict his movement easily. If Adesanya won't change his fighting style, this upcoming fight will be in favor of Pereira and it might be that the result of this fight is the same as the last one. Pereira can easily dodge and take Adesanya's punches as if it's nothing and that's just how he is always caught by surprise because there wasn't any opponent who can do that against him before. He really needs to win this fight in order to regain back his honor.

But if once again Izzy fails to win, it will be different for him. Some are saying he will have to move to 206 lbs but there are more tough fighters in this weight class.

True that he is fast and stronger. He dominated the fight for at least 4 rounds, he could have won the fight if he just didn't roll back and still have his balance but Periera chased him while his back against the cage. Same Izzy style I think he can win against Pereira, he just has to avoid getting caught by a clean shot because, with just one, he will get more clean shots after it.
1828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 05, 2023, 03:42:00 AM
The US elections is still far away. Although the political preparations are definitely underway already, bettors should still wait before betting. The elections will be held more than one year and six months from now. That's still a long way. There will still be many things that could happen within that time span. We don't even know if those people who are assumed to be the candidates in the 2024 elections are the ones who will actually be running. Trump for instance may not be there in the 2024 race.
There is enough logic in your statement. Massive changes can happen over a long period of time. Moreover, those willing to bet on following Joe Biden or Donald Trump have considerable uncertainty as to whether they will be elected at that time. Betting odds among gamblers may also change around this election when that moment approaches. I think we should wait more before considering such matters. Because any change can happen. Moreover, since there is a long time for the election, gamblers should wait patiently.

In politics, the wind can change easily and quickly. One false statement may turn the entire public sentiment around. One confidential file from a candidate leading in surveys leaked and it could upend everything. A dark horse candidate could end up winning the race. So if I am betting on US elections, I will have to place my bets as soon as the election day is near. It is when a surprise factor that could possibly change the potential results is no longer expected.

The odds will be very different by then when you place a bet just a day before the election. You will be missing potential profits when you could just learn what people are saying. Candidates are judged by the sentiments and what they did in the past and who they would believe whether the mainstream media or the youtube influencers who are constantly updated with what is going on not just in the DC.

There is a year and a half still and things could change after a year when Biden will start distributing stimi checks again and canceling loans. That will make him win the race. But of course, the consequences will follow. We'll just see what happens. The news halfway around the world can change the course though.
1829  Economy / Economics / Re: Ditch the Dollar on: April 05, 2023, 03:28:37 AM
Its probably the Dollar itself which will end the dollar, these agreements I wonder why are they new why wasnt it always like that.   Brazil and China arent some perfect stability in their own currency standards so the idea they can perfectly align is probably not the case.   There has been previous attempts to align countries in trade and other ways, many times its been attempted and things drift and the alliance unfortunately tends not to hold because the two or more countries are different and not gaining enough in their agreement.
Its harder then it looks but in theory its a good idea to have a trade route to best promote comparative advantage, it just cant be false in any way or it doesn't last.  Most of the time adjustments and flexibility are required to stop one party being disadvantaged
When it comes to agreements it is just like they are publicly shaking their hands while secretly stomping each other's foot. Although dollar has been weakening every year, it is unlikely that it will be replaced by another currency in the next few years but still nothing is certain. China has always put its best foot forward in order to be the next reserved currency, but I don't think the situation goes into their favor since there are also countries who are waiting for the downfall of dollar.

They are using their own currency to trade according to the articles. If China buys oil from Russia, means China will need to use rubles to make transactions. Same with Brazil as any country trades with Brazil they will need to use Brazil Real, that's how I understood it as they wanna bypass using the US Dollar.

There are a few countries that might just use Yuan though especially since their currency is not good to hold. More and more countries will seem to be joining even Japan buys oil from Russia.
1830  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: April 05, 2023, 03:18:22 AM
looking at this thread again, I was reminded that every two or three years they always invent something, for example years ago we had the appearance of ICOs, NFTs, there were other things that I can't remember now, and certain casinos took advantage of that , always people deluding themselves, when it was the time of ICOs, some casinos created ICO and raised a lot of money with the promise that the value of your token would be a very high value, but this is all nothing beyond the things that the creators of the casino said for people to believe, deep down the casino owners knew they weren't being very realistic, as a result the casino after some time went bankrupt, I already forgot the names of the casinos that did this

then I saw some casinos with NFT, and again people started to be fooled by the NFT of casinos, some I saw even saw the price going to the moon,, I just think: these guys didn't learn from the past. as if this were not bad enough, then I see casino creating altcoin with promises that people who buy the altcoin from the casino will have many benefits, this is another unrealistic idea, even though it is an unrealistic idea people do not worry about losing money , they buy these altcoins from the casino, now I see web 3.0 another illusion, honestly something illusory always appears, I've even seen things like decentralized casino. I'm wondering what comes next

The casinos that presented themselves to be web3 are the case but I think web3 is possible if there is just a decentralized server and storage like the FIlecoin project. But the ones we have now are more pretentious like those who created NFTs.

Altcoins from casinos will have time in the bull run. That's when it's time to leave those casinos where the investors are also waiting.
1831  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before You Go All In on: April 05, 2023, 02:43:47 AM
It is true that this is what actually happened to me, when I entered trading with all the capital I bought more than one coin but the prices started to fall and I no longer had enough money to consolidate and I had no other resource than the capital so I had to abandon some deals at a loss so that I could continue.
Don't have money to dollar cost averaging is bad but it is not the worst. The worst is if you go all in with your investment like invest in cryptocurrency and don't reserve any money for your life, you will repeat this style with your investment in cryptocurrency. By go all in with one coin that can be either Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Dogecoin or any shit token is shilled as hidden gem.

Quote
As for now, I enter with a small part of the capital and I have a resource sufficient for reinforcement in the event of a price drop (I can add a new amount of capital every week through my work), so I no longer have to sell at a loss when the price drops, but rather I strengthen every time and so I get the opportunity to buy Good price areas.
Always be skeptical with the market and reserve part of your money for DCA and other things. You won't have to time in market, find bottoms and always have money to use in emergencies without have to forced sell your cryptocurrency at lower prices than your entries.

It's often our mistake when we go start learning to trade. We are excited and hopeful to make money not knowing completely how the market works.
But that also means those guys who go trading without much experience are the bold ones. And Fortune favors them right when they learn  Grin

I'm sure the majority who did trading without income flow learned well from past experience. But if they learned from reading advice threads like this, they may be saved from unfortunate events.
1832  Economy / Gambling / Re: Past Experiences with histakes.io ? on: April 05, 2023, 02:24:00 AM
It doesn't sound like we have heard of this casino before. It doesn't have an ANN thread here. Histake is up for a year but wasn't posting anything to the biggest crypto community, that's unusual. OP could just be spamming this casino.

The casino though isn't saying anything about KYC. If OP withdraws the $8000 balance without sending KYC, it would be cool to see a screenshot.
1833  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Signals vs Own Analysis on: April 04, 2023, 04:52:01 PM

If you can trust your trading system and what the charts are telling you why not just trade on your own of course, you need not get out of the signal groups you joined. Maybe just use it to confirm whether your analysis of the market is correct. That's the perk.

Analyzing charts on your own is fun to do and will make you learn on your own. You lose some coins yet it's a win-win still becuase you learn. You wouldn't have to worry about the winning percentage as long as you gain experience.
1834  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Paxful is shutting down on: April 04, 2023, 04:46:13 PM
There was no real reason stated in the message. This must have started when SEC stopped Paxful from printing BUSD.

Not allowing altcoins to be withdrawn. I can only assume they were forced by the government not to let users withdraw the assets deemed to be security. They may not totally shut down but will just allow users to claim those altcoins when regulations are ironed out.
1835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Existing Crypto Casinos Were Able to Churn Fiat Casinos User? on: April 04, 2023, 04:35:30 PM
The gamblers who are pretty much concerned about their privacy probably are moving to crypto during the covid days, it was also the time when the BTC bull run was happening. The new users who were getting rich thru the pump of memecoins started gambling in crypto casinos, they were new to crypto and most probably from fiat-based casinos too. Every bull run fiat people come to crypto and invest in a few altcoins and get used to crypto.
1836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betcrypto.cr bankroll idea| thinking on opening our bankroll for investors $400k on: April 04, 2023, 08:02:14 AM
Hi we are thinking on starting a fundraise to increase our current bankroll we have $500k but we know our site is going to get huge fast because we are going to be 100% KYC free and available worldwide.
That does not mean. I have even seen a gambling site with KYC that grows too. The ones that started with no KYC requested from customers that even later requested for KYC also continue to grow, but this depends on how excellent the service they are providing their customers are.

Let me know what you think about this idea we have.
According to your explanation, no one is going to believe you, you said already that the site is complete already and some people are already testing or playing on the site which you even make profit from. So why need money again?

This is also not even about gambling, it supposed to be on reputation board.

Yeah but we are not going to ask for KYC ever we are hardcore privacy focus and we believe is just BS to ask for KYC for a crypto casino

Well we think we should rise a bit more of funds because we have some high rollers waiting for the official launch and i don't want to limit their accounts to much

$500k seems huge enough, I think you should just start small and then gradually increase limits.
IMO those high rollers actually may not really wait for your website since there are a lot more reputable casinos around crypto than yours.

The suggestion is to build a reputation to rival the top ones in crypto. If you have not yet hired a campaign manager, you should find one. Here is a list https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4412712.0
1837  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tainted coins on: April 04, 2023, 05:38:01 AM

It's just them trying to make BTC tainted. Whether 1BTC is tainted or not, it's still 1BTC.
So yes it's a big loss for Y that got it legally and then just taken away from him. X didn't know. But if he just knew that the coins are tainted he could have used a mixer to fix them.

Once the FBI sold the coins, will they still be considered tainted?  Because it seems to be like they are also violating that rule.

1838  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for April on: April 03, 2023, 09:58:02 PM
Next stop 30k - 32k range.  That's double the price of where it was during the lows of November.  Leeez gooo!

Lol, loving the poll this time. No option for bearish  Grin

I think you're expectations are quite accurate. Even some bears who are expecting sub $15K after anticipating a move to $30 to $23K before further downside, which says a lot.

Personally I "only" voted bullish, as opposed to super/uber bullish, as notably this year so far we have seen a substantial gain in Jan, followed by consolidation in Feb, followed by a another considerable gain in Mar. So while I think it's likely to re-test $30K level that was previous support, I also expect it is likely to act as some form of resistance (at least initially) leading to more of a consolidation style month similar to February.

No bullish this time, everyone is on board with pumping even when prices just go down very suddenly today and then the next day jumps to more than $1k. Very unpredictable and if you are trading in the hourly chart, you can benefit from it by just using the RSI.

I'm more bullish as well knowing how many months we're going down since the start of 2022.
I manage to earn $23 trying to make some satoshis in one day in the spot market with the very small capital I have. Hope to make more.

1839  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Websites like BSpin.io ? on: April 03, 2023, 09:31:55 PM

Seem the usual way of promoting a casino. BSpin will have to continue this 30 sats every 20 mins until they get more users as well. Betfury stopping the boxes and making them available for rank 2 users can decrease users' activity. That experiment will likely backfire.

Now that this is announced here, its a signal to visit BSpin.io  Grin  So what is the catch with this casino?
1840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE surges as Twitter change its website icon to Doge on: April 03, 2023, 09:11:34 PM

This is insanity.
Why in the world would any serious businessman would do this? It seems that at this point Twitter is just a toy for Elon Musk to mess with rather than a way for him to made money off. It is not even April 1th anymore.

Imagine serious people from around the world login on their accounts to see that, not even mentioning that this does not help the case against his alleged inside trading accusations.

Some may say that Twitter is too big to fall, but if things continue to get weirder and weirder, it may be just a matter of time before people get fed up and move onto a competing platform.   Roll Eyes

I am thinking he has totally lost it. Acting like edgy 14 year old and trying to make some sort of point about lawsuit against him:
https://cointelegraph.com/news/elon-musk-requests-dismissal-of-258b-dogecoin-lawsuit-report
This is definitely connected. I guess he thinks he can't lose more by showing big middle finger to prosecutors about the lawsuit.
But this is definitely going to put more gasoline on the fire. He could end up losing bloody everything. And he has a lot to lose.

The guy has Aspergers. It's been known afaik, kids who have this always have a playful mind. It's annoying sometimes but creative at the same time.

But he must be playing around. He always does. But we really can see the effect of it when he does something with Doge. It suddenly can change the market by a simple prank but I still can see the Doge logo. What happens to the Twitter coin plan if he will just use Doge on Twitter?
