1841  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a Morning Routine have any Effect as a Day Trader? on: March 17, 2023, 04:52:46 AM
Depends on individual, some people do good when they follow their routine or their minds feel agitated when routine is disturbed. Op you appear to be one of them.

It is like they are stretching out their minds because for sure trading would be stressful. Mental health is really big factor when it comes to trading as this is where it fall how do we control our emotions which affects our trading styles. Others may have those kind of routine for better decision making but others also dont have. Theres nothing wrong in doing this that is why we should respect everyones views on this as we just want to gain profit from our trades
1842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: March 17, 2023, 03:41:18 AM
What casino are you referring to because a lot of people are really earning from referrals and it works flawlessly? I think I've got your point when it comes to claiming the referral bonus as others need KYC and also others require that one that you referred to deposit a certain amount of money like $50 bet a total of $20 or something like that because that is also a security feature that other users cant exploit it. I think you are comparing before that as long as someone signed up then they've get their referrals instantly which is very prone to exploitation
1843  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you survived during covid19 ? on: March 17, 2023, 02:45:39 AM
Now we can say for sure that the pandemic served as a good reason for the development of remote business, as well as online commerce. Courier services have literally found a gold mine. Now ordering food delivery, for example, has become quite commonplace.

That is really the peak since no one is allowed outside those delivery riders has been authorized to buy your needs and most of all we are scared going out as the virus spreads easily. In online world people are there others who dont know social media they made one because they are board and online services and store are really at the peak that time . A lot of things change since pandemic like work from home and most of people right now uses internet unlike before

Thats the proof of your hard work over the years which for sure you'll continue doing over the years. I am really happy seeing this kind of stories that they able to buy or done something because of bitcoin. My online friends also way back 4years ago bought a house a sports car and expensive stuff because of bitcoin. As long as you love what you are doing and dont quit you'll getting this things in the right time. Just work hard!
1845  Economy / Economics / Re: Can I take a loan to invest in bitcoin? on: March 16, 2023, 06:30:13 PM
Successful people sometimes do things that we think are crazy, I have a friend who 7 years ago sold a car and taking a loan worth $ 15k to buy 3 units of Bitmain, he was inspired by the many success stories of miners who got big profits and could ROI in less than a year, after buying those 3 units my friend actually bought 5 more units at the end of 2016 because of the almost 200% price increase during the halving day.

I also noticed that but it is not all the time works like it is just they just got lucky and able to take that risk at the perfect time because if they dont take those risk then nothing will happen that is why taking risk is profitable if you hit it perfectly. But still it is not advisable only if you have another plan if your plan A is a failure like you can still pay it then there's no problem within but if you cant then for sure you'll go broke and you'll lose your mind finding money to repay it.
1846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel when people tells their story on bitcoin on: March 16, 2023, 05:22:05 PM
I remember before when I read about buying bitcoin with pizza, I was so amazed as at the time it was made, I was very young and thinking way back in time to the internet, and people are still struggling on it like not everyone has access to the internet at that time. I am still using a keypad phone that is 2G and downloading games, which is why I don't really find bitcoin. It is just really amazing about those people that their lives changed because of bitcoin.
1847  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: March 16, 2023, 04:04:45 PM
Not everyone who was born poor has the resources to get rich. Some our born with good looks, some gets lucky and some just doesn't really have anything. It  is really easier to say that they should just get up work to get rich because we are not in their shoes but if you dig deeper into reality, they are just trying to survive. Getting rich requires taking risks and risks are expensive.

That's why it's poor because there's no wealth, and sometimes the majority of the world is also poor because of the lack of knowledge on how to get out of poverty or advance in life.

And there are others like poor people who no matter how much you teach or explain how to move forward in life, they cannot understand the advice given to them because their understanding is beyond their reach.

There are still instances where they do not move forward even after you teach them, because first, if you teach them to invest this kind of money and they are just minimum wage earners, how can they find that money? Also, for most poor people right now, their income is just enough to pay for their food and no extra for anything else. That's the sad reality. We only can get out of poverty when we take risks, and only if we have the privilege to do it like we have investment money, someone will help us, or we got lucky. Getting out of poverty is difficult, mostly if you don't have support.
1848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A costly gambling mistake on: March 16, 2023, 12:18:12 PM
I am also one of those that does not check TOS upon registering.  Though I have not encountered any problem with my action so far, I can say that it is wrong to not check the terms and conditions of a site where we are signing up.

To be completely honest, not only those newbies were not reading the TOS or the FAQs, but also those who have gambled for many years already. The only difference is, newbies are of course not familiar with the common TOS that most of the online gambling website have. Those that are experienced knew the common rules of an online casino, but it should also be wise to at least check the country/area restrictions and the use of VPN, that I guess is the only major challenges you'll have when you're restricted.

That is why we should always read the TOS, even though it is long and boring. For myself, I only learned the important information that must not be done in the casino in the FAQs, as they are mostly short and direct to the point, which is why that is the best place to start checking information before doing things that you think will affect your accounts. Also, those who are experienced gamblers know everything from their friends or from forums about the rules; only a few people read the TOS, but it's better if you can skim it or ask questions.
1849  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is ageing and old people part of bitcoin? on: March 16, 2023, 09:25:16 AM
Anyone can buy bitcoin, but the cons are that they will have a hard time doing it alone, meaning they need help from their grandchildren only if they are interested in the technology, as there are still a few people doing it, but it is also rare. For sure, most of those just want to experience it and are also giving it to their grandchildren as a gift. Though there are still a few old people who are opposed to it, and we should respect them, they are still a part of bitcoin.
1850  Economy / Economics / Re: Replacement? on: March 16, 2023, 07:20:13 AM
I have been seeing the progress of cryptocurrency these past few years, and I've been thinking, will it definitely be a replacement for physical money and use crypto as a primary transactions in our everyday life?
This is what satoshi dream in last 2009 when he created bitcoin, but it's not easy to replace a system that running hundreds of years because need at least education and learning from beginning. Because not many people understand if the new system is better than old system.

It is not dream by Satoshi his dream was only used by everybody and take part of its technology which also gives  people freedom financially and also to take  away those expensive fees on transferring money before. Though it has a chance of replacing fiat but it wont be happening soon as it is difficult to do it as there are a lot of factors and our fiat is very establish right now but a lot of loop holes. Lets not think about replacing the fiat by bitcoin lets focus on what we can achieve more by using bitcoin.
1851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Early bitcoin investment for my baby on: March 16, 2023, 06:20:13 AM
Few days back, I came across a post encouraging people to use the money well wishers gives to newly born babies and mothers as a gift  to invest in bitcoin for the baby,  then I was pregnant, just delivered 3rd of march. My baby and I has made up to $50 if converted just 10days after giving birth. I am definitely going to use the money to invest in bitcoin this year for my baby so that in the next 18 years my baby will be proud of the decision I took for him.

Im so glad I discovered this platform this year, I believe I am going to achieve a lot from this forum

Below are lovely pictures of my cutie, my bundle of joy.

Take care the bitcoin the same how you will take care of your baby. Congratulations and welcome to the family world that you need to set assigned your self and prioritize your family. That is a good investment because others are also doing this but in the bank like having savings in bank for the future of their kids but you know the profit on it is not that big but in bitcoin it is somewhat investment for you and also for your baby. I hope you can add more bitcoin in the future if you have money. I hope you and your baby have a good health all the time.
1852  Economy / Gambling / Re: How succesful will AI projects be to win the house? on: March 16, 2023, 05:22:13 AM
Do you think AI will be more successful to get a working gambling strategy to win the house... and if they do, what will be the impact on casinos?
unless an AI can somehow create a strategy that is foolproof and ignores the casino's house edge, I don't think they can. but let's say they did, what I think would happen or the impact it will have on casinos, is casinos will ban the strategy because if they don't, it can ruin their business and possibly the gambling market.

There’s no way to remove or ignore house edge because all gambling games is designed with the rules that will make the house edge. The only way to create a strategy that will ignore it is to use a software to cheat for the result so that you can guarantee win on every bet.
yeah, I know that the only way a "strategy" can ignore house edge is if they cheat. that's why I said, "I don't think they can." to be honest, I think if AI ever created a Strategy for Gambling it would probably just be similar to the already existing strategies out there like how to manage your bankroll, what games you should play etc...

But again, it is impossible to cheat in a casino, mostly if there are no exploits in the casino, so still, it is very difficult. The only thing AI can do is calculate what the probabilities are that what is the best move or, like, what to bet on because they run calculations on it. I think AI can still predict, but that doesn't mean it's 100% true and you can win. They are still basing their decisions on the history or statistics of it to decide who will win or what is the best bet to increase the chances of winning.
1853  Economy / Gambling / Re: STARTING OWN CRYPTO GAMBLING SITE on: March 16, 2023, 04:22:25 AM
That's why I think that investing in customer service is more important than investing in advertising, and maybe even more important than investing in some sophisticated site design. Make it simple, but without bugs and properly working, and gamblers will be drawn to your site by things that are more important to them: a good customer service, fast withdrawals and stuff.
that's what most gamblers are looking for. a site with a simple design but very easy and comfortable to operate. hire experienced people for support, to provide good service to members.
the most important thing is that members are happy and comfortable playing. then they will continuously deposit their money to play.
creating advertisements will bring in new members, but good service will keep members loyal. If the two can be worked together, it can grow the casino even bigger.
Both of you just spoke exactly what I had in mind, because just as the day goes by, so is the competition for the casino business increasing, and as such, the only way to stay afloat is to do what the majority of casinos aren't doing, so as to stand out in the crowd, and the only way that can be down is a cross examination on some goods casinos you wish to develop yours like with some added features, check online reviews and advise from experts in this industry.  As all these can be down with the help of Google, Fiverr and LinkedIn
I had not seen things like you , it is as if they opened my brain , what I have thought is that the more publicity there is, the better because it has more visibility and reaches more people, but as I see it now it is better to have the best support for that they may really want to continue Playing when there is a problem, there is nothing more pleasant than when you have a problem in a casino and they solve it for you , that is something that produces comfort and makes you stay there in the casino , few casinos have good support.

Other casinos are investing a lot into marketing, like sponsoring influencers, as they can attract more gamblers or even those who are not gamblers. I noticed at one casino that it was still the same, with no new features, but the problem with other casinos is that their advertisement is not that big, whereas the other casinos paid influencers to make videos with reviews and also other people to show videos that they were winning big which they more attracted gamblers
1854  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: March 16, 2023, 03:14:54 AM
I have always wanted to ask this question is it that there is no opportunity or they do not want to get rich
Mate please more to this I am confused here.

Haha, Op because people don't put effort to get rich. I am damnn sure if they even put in a small effort they can easily enjoy a good living. All things become pointless when poor people don't put effort and consider themselves to be always poor because it's their fate haha. Fate beliefs are other than efforts. Poor mentality always forces poor people to stay poor, yeah I know it's weird but it's a fact. In life, everyone gets his chance and some people miss it by their own will and some don't realize that there is a hidden opportunity.

No effort, laziness is the root that makes people always poor, but sometimes no matter how hard you work, you can't get rich. Getting out of poverty and getting rich requires many factors, not just working hard to become rich, it's not easy. If you live in a country where the government is corrupt, inflation is hundreds of percent, money becomes trash, and no matter how hard you try, you will never get out of poverty. One factor that I think all rich people are lucky, without luck you will never be rich.

That's also most of what I've heard from rich people that starts at the bottom, like they will say that they are lucky that they've found those customers or that they were lucky to take those risks that made them wealthy, though it doesn't mean that you are now relying on luck; you should do hard work also because luck won't get attracted to lazy people. Most rich people will say that you must take risks and work hard if you want to be successful.
1855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as treasure. on: March 15, 2023, 05:30:29 PM
It is still called your property because you own it and because it also gives you value financially or emotionally. It is an asset because of its huge amount, which is why it was treated by people as very important because it cost a huge amount. Imagine owning 2BTC is everything for me as the cost of it is very high and I am rich with it. It is really a treasure to us, like what we've seen in the movies—a treasure that is digital, and it cost a lot.
1856  Economy / Economics / Re: Lending money or damaging family bond ? on: March 15, 2023, 04:38:16 PM
3000$ is a huge amount of money from where I come, if you would give that to someone it should go into something that can yield returns and not to offset a debt. Couple with the fact that he's not so trustworthy, you actually did the right thing for yourself.

You might be the one hating him if you lend him the money and you find out he spent it lavishly on frivolities.

I cant imagine that those people that you give or lend your money goes on vacation and post on social media is for sure hurting you and the possibility that they will pay you is low. Though again it's your relative that is most of what people say if you really have extra money then lend them because for sure there are times that you will need them so treat it as a gift for them though make sure that they are not exploiting you.
1857  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: March 15, 2023, 02:04:28 PM
The cause of poverty lies, first and foremost, in our thinking and upbringing. If, as a child, parents form an image of failure, telling the child that he is someone who cannot, that he will never succeed, then what can we expect from such a child when he grows up? Nothing worthwhile.
While on the other hand, that might even spur the child to do more even when the parents didn't believe in him or her. Some children might use that as a means of motivation to get back at the parent for not being in them.

There is a saying mentioned by an Arab thinker that I will try to translate literally: "One problem created by poverty calls for another, and this one in turn contributes to a new problem and ultimately leads to an endless series of devastating results." I think this saying practically summarizes one of the most important reasons for the persistence of poverty in the world and answers the question of why a person remains poor. The reason is simply poverty itself.
Many people do not want to be poor, circumstances and factors that seem uncontrollable to them play a big role.

It makes me sad more because of those uncontrollable factors which whether you accept or not the circumstance it is really hard time to be able to get us in being poor. It is like if you came from rich family and you have a family business even you are still a kid for sure in the future you also become rich because you'll following the steps. If we interpret it to poor sectors it not really good as still you follow steps from your family. I also people heard some breakdowns from them saying that they've done everything but still their struggling in life.
1858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Is for the strong. on: March 15, 2023, 11:45:39 AM
The story of OP's friend is a reason for all gamblers to think. Is it worth spending your money anywhere if you can manage it differently?

Imho, instead of spending money on gambling, I would rather invest it in some altcoins (and even better btc). Reliable and proven, which can bring profitability. This will be better than betting, which will be much less likely to win.

I am aware that investing will not have the excitement and drive that is present in gambling. Then it turns out that people pay for the pleasure of the game in their own way, and the ghostly probability of winning is just a bonus? It turns out that you need to separate investment (the desire to increase money) from entertainment (the desire to enjoy the game with a low probability of increasing money).

investing in crypto is also another alternative when you really lose at gambling you should look for other alternatives to look for ways to get capital money back from that alternative because if gambling continues you will continue to experience losing even more money, so there must be other alternatives to make up for the previous loss . although gambling and investing are not much different.

Actually, gambling and trading are almost the same but the only difference is that you can learn trading for years and can easily predict how the market flows gambling is different since you are just relying on the statistic if it's a sports gambling but on games and example is roulette which you are just relying on luck.

It was the opposite and they are not the same because if those professional traders that have been learning for decades mean they can now easily predict the market? if so are they rich right now? (few of them, yes but they go into businesses) it is not easy as you thought as the market changes all the time and all of us wants to adapt to it and also no one in the world can predict the market. With gambling there are things need skills or statistics but again most of them are about luck which is not the same.
1859  Economy / Economics / Re: less risk or big profit? on: March 15, 2023, 10:39:53 AM
All types of investments always have the same trend, for example if we want big profits then the risk is also big, conversely if we want small risks then don't ever think you can make big profits, the presence of cryptocurrencies is a good thing because you can manage finances or investments according to our expectations, If previously we relied on banks, with cryptocurrencies all intermediary functions are gone and we are in full control.

The only thing is that if you go on big risk and big rewards is that you need to gain more knowledge of it. Meaning most people are going to this and they are trying to lower the risk by gauging knowledge and preventing losses. It is like trading the risk are big but you can lessen them if you know how to read the chart and you have your own strategy that is why people wants big risk and reward but there are still people who prefer to those low risk and be contented with them.
1860  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a Morning Routine have any Effect as a Day Trader? on: March 15, 2023, 09:14:50 AM
Do you have a morning routine as a day trader?
I think when it comes to trading there's nothing as a routine especially if we're dealing here with 24/7 market condition. I do trade wherever, whenever, and however I wanted it. Yeah early bird catches the worm but as I said it's a 24/7 market so you can catch it whenever you want, depending on the market condition.
Probably OP is talking about waking up in the morning and doing some exercises before you do anything or before you trade, that can actually be done at anytime just like a warm up to have a fresh mind before going into trade. Its good that this market is 24/7, this can work for you at anytime base on your own convenience. I don’t have that routine but I guess staying healthy will be matter here.
Yeah I get it but as I've said it's 24/7 market and you could end up trading at no definite time of the day, especially if you have certain notification targets you needed before you do your trade. I don't have any routine or anything like that I condition my mind that it will not be easy to trade, I don't keep my emotions attached on it as long as I have targets and stop-loss feature.

If you are a full-time trader then for sure you don't have a routine because you are just waiting for that notification to pop up and then checking the charts on what are your bias but for those people has work they have a routine like if they go work 8 - 5 pm in a day, the chances that they would wake up early to prepare and have like 30-1hr checking charts then go to work or they are going to trade by night as before they go to sleep. But yes it's a 24/7 market unlike in forex where there are timezones.
