1881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not a steady income haven on: June 01, 2023, 08:37:42 AM
Only a stupid person can consider gambling is a steady income haven, no one can win for consecutive 30 days in a row, it's always lose is often to happen than win. Yeah maybe your 7 days losses can be recovered with winning in a single day, but it depends on your luck, not because how long you spend on the casino and you're using such strategy to win.

To earn steady income in casino, you don't have to become an owner, but you can become a staff or streamer.

It all depends on the kind of situation that is involved with the gambler in this kind of circumstances, a regular gambler that has nothing or do nothing for a leaving should no depends on gambling for his survival especially if he only rely on the bets he made each day to sustain a living, whereas someone can gamble and also render some services to the gambling organizations and earn income from what he offers through the values of services he created for them, which means you can be employed and earn from a gambling platform and depends your earnings on them having nore than two means through which you receives imcome in gambling.
1882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: increased Youtube Gambling ads? on: June 01, 2023, 08:20:16 AM
Well, I see it more often now compared to before, but it's a common thing to happen. Gambling sites are just ramping up their business to help gain more customers, because that's always the purpose of it, to attract new ande more customers with those ads, and this is not just common on YouTube videos; it's also both on Facebook, although I have not really been so active on Twitter to know if it extend to there too. But it really sucks 😔 to get those ads pupping up and obstructing ones video.
The ads you see on any platform depend on what you surf on that particular platform, whether it's YouTube, Google, Facebook, or any other platform. They track your activities through cookies and then use those cookies to show you personalized ads based on your interests which in this case are related to what keywords you've searched or what kind of videos and pictures you've interacted with.

It might be frustrating but that's what it is, if we don't want to see those ads, we will obviously need to clear the cache and cookies of our apps and browsers and try not to interact with videos or posts of the nature that we don't want to see anymore.

You're right, once they got hold of your preference you most like whenever you're online, they direct their ads in those categories and this make it very crucial for us to always clear our cookies if we don't want to be involved in any means they use in tracking us online, then we should be mindful of the sites we visited and also take good care of what what offer we received from any online means of advertisements through the use of ads regardless of the platform it's coming from.
1883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Satoshi is a saint on: May 31, 2023, 09:29:15 PM
But literally speaking Satoshi nakamoto is a "saint " who literally forged the future transaction method and just disappeared
A lot of persons may say yah yah we know or nah vague post but the truth is this post is just my little way of thanking the Satoshi

Do you even know that things that are seen are temporal while the ones unseen are permanent and lasted, if you're the brain behind a development then try to make yourself reserved and let the people see much of what you're doing than your face, have you also considered why you don't see the prominent people around anywhere, because they are of value and are busy working things out which you and i benefits from, Satoshi will always remained pseudoanonymous because bitcoin is all about privacy and freedom
1884  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market is seasonal on: May 31, 2023, 12:42:37 PM
Last month my trade was great, I make some dooh but this month is cashloss experiment. I don't really understand the mystical magic behind the technological process of this trading as if someone or something is regulating the system. The system dash you small cash this week and collect big cash from you next week. Is not sweet to bear big loss than gain,  and this things happens anytime the market looks like bitcoin wants to boom.

I see that there is no complete expert trader, at a point everyone experience loss both robots. That's means the market is kind of seasonal, it can favor you today and hit you tomorrow.

many markets can be seasonal, meaning that their demand and activity levels fluctuate throughout the year based on various factors such as weather, holidays, and cultural events. Seasonality is a common characteristic of industries like tourism, agriculture, retail, and entertainment, among others

I'd like the fact that we can understand that the cryptocurrency market is seasonal which means there are peak and off times that we are expected to invest or not to invest in the market base on what we can study or discover about cryptocurrency, but in cryptocurrency, we don't depends on all the occasional experience to have their own seasonal experience eince cryptocurrency is a different entire system from the traditional economy and system
1885  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A opinion on regrets on: May 31, 2023, 12:34:36 PM
We regret about missing Bitcoin, then about XRP then about Ethereum then Doge then Shiba then Pepe (these are some top of my head and from what I've come across in my crypto term).

Point being there are always new opportunities and dwelling on regrets is futile.

The factor in common with all theae you've mentioned is risk, dont even try them if you can't take the risk at the highest level with altcoins investment, opportunities are coming everyday but we don't actually know which is better or not, we should also see it a great privilege that we are not involved as part of the experience of those who lost their investments at the cause with any of the then collapsed coins.
1886  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to the bitcoin rate if the global economy collapses in 2023? on: May 31, 2023, 12:29:50 PM
Things will definitely go bassark if the global economy go wrong, also there will be an unstable experience in market technology and the economy will be at ransom especially with countries that are developing and dependent on other developed ones, there will be scarcity, inflation and many unbanlance situations throughout, maybe by then, also those that have alternative to financial economy will be evaded of the consequences when the economy go crashing down, which os one of the reasons many are investing in cryptocurrency today, because they don't want to be totally dependent of the fiat economy.
1887  Economy / Economics / Re: Fake support? on: May 31, 2023, 12:21:17 PM
Let every country decides for itself, if they think that bitcoin nis the best solution for them to have a better financial experience and freedom considering what the people want then they can as well as going more further in making it a legal tender or a legal and an acceptable means of making payments, if they think they cannot adoption it because of the conditions attached whereby they wouldn't want a financial freedom for the whole people under their leadership, all is fine, everything has result and consequences, but the funny aspect of it is that you'll always be surprised seing those you never expect adopting bitcoin and such is already happening with China
1888  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Could world war 3 be inevitable? on: May 31, 2023, 12:12:18 PM
I hope there is no WW3 imminent. What leads me to think it won’t happen is because of the sheer devastation it’d wreak on the world. Nuclear weapons of mass destruction would be used, it’d be too dangerous. All countries would fear being sent some back in return if they decided to engage first. Any potential multi nation conflict would more likely be carried out via sanctions, cutting off food lines etc. I do not think we will see an actual war.

No one will ever want this to happen especially for those that have witnessed something similar to this before, it will cost a lot of lost of lives especially the innocent souls, people's displacement, destruction of goods and properties, unrest and fear, economy inbalances and lots of threats, we can take the good example of the experience and consequences with the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine and maybe learn.
1889  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria and the new government on: May 31, 2023, 12:00:07 PM
I look forward to seeing a better government, a greater investment on food and agriculture, Technology, education, employment , greater support for Blockchain technology and infrastructural development.

Before we can see a better government we need to be a better people, we have to be the change that we want first before we can be able to see thigs change around us, people there in government position are just common beings like us, who can make mistakes any time and yet be corrected, we have to also love one another, learn to live in peace with all men, be a patriotic citizens and contribute to the growth and development of the country.
1890  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Take a cue from Kenya: My advice to incoming administration. on: May 31, 2023, 11:54:18 AM
The incoming administration should endeavour to take a cue from the country Kenya and start introducing wealth related subjects like coding, Blockchain, Web3 into all schools curriculum, so as to reduce the hardship and poverty standard of its citizenry in the nearest future. This is how the leaders of tomorrow should become.

Good idea, in addition to this, i will also advise that the new administration and government should learn also from El-Savador, possibly take a tourist visit there and learn how the gover focus on developing the country and it's people, if the target they have in mind is centered on the youth in creating a maximum capacity building in different areas of the technology advancement, more opportunities will be opened for them to develop themselves.
1891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waiting patiently for the next bull run... on: May 31, 2023, 11:41:11 AM
We are all awaiting the arrival of the next bull run, but there's no certainty that meme coins would be pumped during the bull run. The market is volatile and more projects are being created frequently, so it's better not to get your hopes shattered as anything can happen in the next bull run.

The memecoins will definitely pump as well during this period, what we may not be sure is which and which one of them will remain till this is achieved, some might have went down before then, also the memetokens is what we cannot vouch as well on, remember that the bullrun season is also a very crucial period whereby the crypto market goes very high in volatility, some tokens turns scam and some coins as well when they lack the financial backup to maintain their project running or loose funds and for attacked among other experience.
1892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waiting patiently for the next bull run... on: May 31, 2023, 11:29:24 AM
Well there's nothing we can do for now, we really need to wait patiently to avoid panic, we need to keep calm even if we saw a falling of bitcoin price drastically, it is the most or best option we can do to prevent losses we need to be patience and stay tune for the market updates.

While waiting we should be engaged in doing something, making findings, speculating and learning about the cryptocurrency network and the market entirely, we need to have a clear understanding of how things were being done, we need to discover our own way and method of holding, we also have to get the clear understanding of the reasons why it is expected of us to hold and when we are expected to release what we have been holding at appropriate timing.
1893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we just invest in any altcoin? on: May 31, 2023, 10:40:11 AM
Now my question is, do we just invest an altcoin to take advantage of the opportunity to make some x in return?
Because I know altcoin rarely survive the dip maybe after bull run.

If you're investing on any altcoins, know that it has risk involved because you can't rely on what people are saying concerning any altcoins than what you have researched about it and know, remember they make use of influencers to promote their projects and they wouldn't say anything contrary to scare you away from investing on them but the community like this will discuss with you and come out straight that many altcoins projects are fake and risky to invest, but you can go for th if you also think you're good enough having such boldness on investing in them at your own risk.
1894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be pulled by the hype of meme coins on: May 31, 2023, 10:13:06 AM
I totally agree with your opinion about meme coins, because as we already know, almost all meme coins are just temporary hype, many meme coins projects are rug pulled, this is due to excessive FOMO on investors
following FOMO on memecoin is a very bad thing, because if we buy memecoin at a price that has increased to 20% or even 100% more of course it will be a disaster for you,
because memecoin is very easy to pump and dump, imagine if you were stuck in memecoin I'm sure you will feel frustrated.
just avoid memecoin even though it's hype, but if you want to follow it then make sure you use capital that you think is a little.

The truth is that if you're to buy a memecoin, don't get in when the market is already hyped or pumped because any moment from then may leads to bear moves and it begins to come down as well thesame way it went up and if care is not taken that you also didn't sell to release them quickly, the coin may go completely down and never rises again especially during the time it large percentage investors withdraws their investment on it.
1895  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: May 31, 2023, 10:02:23 AM
Nothing is safe about your KYC information on a casino as long as the casino supports KYC, government regulates them and can walk up to them and demand for any information they needed without you knowing, also the gambling platforms can decided to take a research on it users privacy informations or an insider to leak your details or give others to be used against you, in short anything that has to do with central authorities is not safe to secure our information with, gambling or no gambling.
1896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: May 31, 2023, 09:51:01 AM
Refearal are not total waste of time and we still have some people who make decent income through referrals but that could only be made possible when the ones involved in the referral business have a good and active downline that will generate him other income through their activities on the casino.

To some gamblers it's nothing but a waste of time while to others it's not, but before you can engage on referral hunts for any gambling casino, try to conduct a research about their policy and reputation in rewarding for referral bonus in other not to make your efforts in vain when you would have make the referral but still not being rewarded, while as for the category of gamblers that doesn't have time referring, they don't mind loosing their money as well even when the gamble and loose the bet, they are already financially balanced and need no referring others because of their class or position and interest as well.
1897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: May 31, 2023, 09:37:38 AM
There two major reason why people do gambling. One primary reason is to make profit which is the common one and the other one is to be entertained, experience the adrenaline rush and dopamine as they wager their money on a casino. There are people that has other reasons. We play do gambling because we want to gain something or achieve something and this is why people gets addicted to because of not fulfilling it or not getting enough of it. Failing to do their goals may result to addiction and becoming irresponsible of their actions.

Yes and you're right, gambling must first constitute having fun and then of the opportunity of making money comes then euch could be well embraced, a gambler does not need to over stressed himself all in the mame of making money or winning a particular bet because it's not what we see comes the way we expect, there's risk in gambling which means not everything you predicted about will be accurate and one need not to feel depressed or be too nervous about winning than catching fun which is meant fornus to achieve at the end of the day, such imbalances cause emotional depression.
1898  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: May 31, 2023, 09:06:16 AM
As we know, many gambling sites have Kyc requirements when making withdrawals. Some people may not have a problem with this condition, but some people think differently about doing Kyc. Some people refuse to fill in their Kyc data for fear of being misused. That's a natural thing, but is the worry too much?

If you're using a KYC casino and failed to fill the required documentation on KYC, you will still continue using their platform enjoying gambling but the aspect that will pain you is when you want to make withdrawals, they will now remind you of rhe tasks left undone and ot until you have it done you will not be allowed to perform some functions you will request them to enable for you.

Kyc actually has a function to prevent dangerous actions, such as money laundering. In addition, Kyc can also protect customers from account breakers.

KYC prevented nothing in this aspect, the level of security measures each casinos or gambling platforms maintain is what gives them egde over the attackers from getting control of their system or network in gambling.

Now there are several gambling sites that do not require Kyc to withdraw funds. That's good news. But I don't know if big money withdrawal need Kyc or not. I've never withdrawn much money.

It's not about big money being involved or not now, it's either a casino is a KYC casino or not
1899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: May 31, 2023, 08:47:01 AM
~snip~
The fact that he needs money and probably a steady income ia not the bad idea here, what he's missing out is the order of doing thigs, atleast he have to start from somewhere first before he can turn to become large enough for higher capacity, you can't just wake up in a day and make demands on a particular thing that this is how you wanted it to be done, everything takes time and has due process, not even when such individual lacks the experience and qualifications needed to attain such or close to that range, $100 daily online income in gambling has it own demands and requirements that one must meet up, yet there's no guarantee that if you get a job you will still earn upto that in gambling daily.

Yeah, the thing OP is forgetting is that you need to provide value to obtain money.

It doesn't mean you have to work hard, it only means you need to provide value, which can be done working hard or working smart.

Let's even assume this is possible, how often can the chaces come, for the fact that someone might be lucky to jam this kind of opportunity doesn't makes it applicable for everyone intending for it as welll, there are many ways we can earn through gambling and it's likely we earn upto that daily or not upto that, but the sacrifice needed could not be afforded by everyone, which means they may not be able to pay the price for such, I've seen people working upto three different jobs per day in gambling and earn a good income but they are very extremely busy and got all it takes to be employable.
1900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: May 31, 2023, 08:31:35 AM
If a gambler seems to present himself the way he was being an addicted gambler and feels comfortable or that nothing is wrong with that, then there will be situations coming ahead over time that will lead to the frustration he never expect coming, by then it would have been an inevitable consequence on addition, that is why we have to treat addiction before it goes beyond the normal control that we may not be able to handle later in future, most addicts are also drugs addict base on some people's believe according to the research they have conducted.
