I am ready to admit anything as you hold my money hostage. You accuse me of having several accounts, besides pointing out that this is not the first time. You deprive me of the opportunity to adequately defend myself without presenting any arguments and evidence other than the abstract "we know." If you think you know everything, then why ask me to tell you something? Where is the logic? I do not understand the motive of the charges. You have not provided a single fact or real evidence of your alleged investigation. For what purposes does your other person create an account in my name?
Obviously, we are unable to give the exact details behind the investigation, because that will give fraudulent players the opportunity to circumvent those security methods in the future. We have, however, determined with 100% certainty that you are the owner of at least 3 active Betcoin accounts. There are other suspected accounts which are still open, but we are nearing completion into our investigation on those, as well. When you were caught doing this previously and we seized all funds except your deposit, it apparently wasn't enough incentive for you to stay away, despite being told that your ban was permanent. This is why sites have to include the ability to seize funds in their terms, to make it so dishonest players such as yourself don't return. Unfortunately, this is just a small portion of the funds you have cheated from us over the years. Our security team has determined beyond a doubt that this is player has created many accounts in order to maliciously abuse our terms of service. This is not the first time he has been caught doing this. Last time he was caught, he was given his deposit back and told not to return. This time, he was again given an opportunity to receive his deposit back by naming all the accounts involved but was unwilling to cooperate, so per the terms of service his accounts were closed. This is a rule which is standard among all sportsbooks worldwide. We have no reason to withhold the funds of any legitimate player. Live Betting Line Changes RejectedAs we all know, the odds in live sports wagering can change dramatically in an instant. Prior to this update, if there were odds movement during the acceptance of a wager, it was often automatically accepted, sometimes giving players worse odds than they intended. With the new update, if new odds occur during this process, they will automatically be rejected. This will give players the opportunity to accept the new odds, by giving giving them the ability to attempt the wager again if they would still like to, after the odds change.
