But on the other hand, we never steal anyone's deposit. We always give them back one way or the other in rare case when there are some problems with the deposit, for example because of the coin server issues. We have been renewing our servers recently, we are also bringing up New Dice for costumers' convenience, but we have been under DDOS attacks recently and as we are using CloudFlare service to block them, and apparently it also blocks deposits from some users. Our technical team is already working to solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

On 2nd thought, i will not be joining this campaign as my requirements are not fulfilled.
1) I should be playing at the place in my signature - You have been unable to fix my issue this time around and i have not played much this week on your site. Last week, i had to raise a support ticket and the issue was fixed on the last day.
2) The posting requirements are too high - 50 posts in a two week period - I don't think i can meet this requirement without any non-constructive posts. I will have to spam if i need to achieve that target and that is not acceptable to me.

This is very rude. We are fair casino and we assist players in case they have some problems with the transactions. On the other hand players are also required to be at least moderately polite which you certainly are not! You could contact us calmly through the email if something had happened. You sent us email(with the same text) and we answered. Here is our answer, just 4(!) minutes after you sent that email to our support: "Hello, We did not steal anything. Send us more information(transaction ID, Wallet ID or anything of that kind) and we will return everything if you deserve it." Edit: It seems you have sent money to someone else's wallet and not to our Casino. Send us Transaction ID so we can verify it.
