A little bit at a time is not INSTANT I realize english is not your first language, please - ask someone you trust who speaks english to explain what this means. As Admin TAKO told you, we will make changes to this 100% Deposit Bonus system and it will better than the current one.
How can it better than the current one? if you are making the deposit to be double instantly then it will be the same like other casino which is kinda a trap imo. I like the current one and if you are going to change it, you should add option for user to choose the old or the new deposit bonus version Wait and you will see. |

You are welcome. Regarding your second issue, you can play if you input numbers in client seed. Are you sure you could play our Dice(before we improved its design) in the past by writing letters in client seed? |

Regarding Dice, you need to first lock the Client Seed and then click the Autoroll. You are probably doing it vice versa. And can you send in PM your username so we can disable 2FA? About the first thing, that's what I was doing. I know how to correctly set the Client Seed, I've done it before many times. This is the only time it's done this to me. I lock the Client Seed, set up my autoroll settings, click AutoRoll, and nothing happens. The button spins but no rolls are made. (EDIT: I tried many things to get it to work. Refreshing, waiting to set the autoroll preferences both before and after setting the Client Seed, trying multiple settings, etc. Every time I tried it, I set the Client Seed first and Locked it, pressed AutoRoll, and the rolls wouldn't function unless I had the Client Seed Unlocked so it generated them randomly.) And sure. We are checking your issue, just provide us with more information that we asked for through PM. I did. Twice. You can now access your first account. And regarding the second issue, play with the numbers as client seed and check whether it works like that. |
