I am familiar with your case and have brought up it at the latest staff meeting at FJ. To start making things clear, let me quickly explain the situation. At the moment, when you made this amazing win there was an apparent problem detected by our fraud control system. We have put all the withdrawals on hold for some time, initiated new fraud control system and hired new stuff to lead the investigation. As you might already know user Erkans had the same issue recently and finally by the decision of our new fraud team and system we have proceeded that request on withdrawal and player got funds requested on the account.
The process of reviewing wagering and investigating possible scam issues had taken longer than we were expecting and we are utterly sorry for that. I know your claim is legit, you have won and you deserve to enjoy the win. I assure you, we will do everything possible to finalise the investigation as soon as possible, so funds can reach your account. It shouldn't take long because now we have a precedent of Erkans case and this will be a good guide for us in similar cases.
I have to ask for your patience a little bit more, I can feel your win is fair and as we already proved, we pay out our deal players and are happy for the win. As already posted in FJ thread, this issue has been resolved and after finalising the investigation fraud department has already deposited the win on Erkans account.
The thread and open discussion on it is irrelevant from this perspective and should be moved to the archive I think.
Also, because of this issue, our reputation was heavily damaged by negative trust score adjusted. We stated in posts the process was ongoing and we were waiting for final confirmation, still some users have wrongly accused us of refusing to pay out the win to our dear player. We would like this to be improved as well, I think since we have finalised the procedure from our side and fairly deposited the funds on the account, it will be reasonable and right to have negative trust removed.

We have experienced similar problems with user Erkans recently. The case is mostly identical and actually was from the same period of time. Due to new fraud control system, we are applying, withdrawals from that concrete period of time have been held for further examinations. You have nothing to worry if you think, your win was fair, Erkans already received 9BTC from us after successful completion of the investigating process. I would ask you for patience and understanding, the cases are one of the top priorities for our fraud control team and they have already solved one.
Please, understand that process might be a bit long, but I can assure you our fraud control team does everything to solve this tickets as soon as possible.

I did not get a email. no email about my withdrawal ever in 5 weeks. I did not get paid my withdrawal for 9 bitcoins  I have not been paid. I have never been emailed about the withdrawal. you say there is delays but don't explain to me. almost 2 months now! I want my money! I do not really understand why the investigation takes so long time. It has been 5 weeks as what Erkans said and it will be resolved on 4th January which is more than two weeks again from now. Is this a special case that need so conplicated investigation or maybe you have a problem with the fraud department team? Once it is resolved and if bitcoin price down when it is resolved, I think you should give him a compensation because he may lose decent amount of money if bitcoin price down. Just my 2 cents As I already stated in previous posts, we are implementing a new fraud control system and transition period caused technical issues, which are responsible for the delay. Fortunejack makes me feel unbelievable, many times I win and withdraw money from here, they will say the reason for me is that the eth network is slow while I send eth to them.
