what happened to Mr Gonzo paying top tier lawyers from his own pocket to rectify these media outlets?
None of them would accept XPY?

What kind of muppet trumpets the fact they fixed withdrawals (after sooo long) then attempts to deflect the issue of the failure (and other ongoing failures) by turning on the media....
utter foolishness
And as for truth, I suspect he wouldn't recognise it, even if it walked up to him and poked him in the eye.

Precedents get set at some point... there always has to be a first....
Could it be we have found "The One"?

I am working on trying to figure out anyway around this. But the issue is the entire model is built around these concepts. I just can not believe I never thought of this before.
Neither can I. As in, I don't believe you weren't aware of the economic realities of what you were proposing. Your pal, Mr Fraser would have pointed out such a flaw in your proposal long before then. You know, the guy who was busy tweeting support for you and XPY. Because, let's be blunt here, if he was unable to see just how messed up this ponzi-matrix scheme was, he shouldn't be on the board for Cantor Fitzgerald. Good point! I would imagine the alphabet people are requesting more warrants to serve on such people as Mr Fraser, just to clear things up of course.....

Well, if you're going to set yourself up for all fall, may as well make it an epic one...

Just a poorly researched piece. HT will have a field day with this. I think most posters in this thread put more effort into their posts than that "reporter" and that's saying something.
But then a poorly reported piece can be used by the HT faithful as "yet more proof" the outside world is on a hate mission with incorrect information and half baked journalism, one could argue this is exactly whats needed to keep the troops rallied. Viewed with the right kolored glasses... this is a good play to keep them drinking the kool-aid

how about? I would like to thank you for being so erudite and informative in your Q&A's and I would like to thank you for resilience in your maintenance of the CAF and the $20 floor when times where hardest.
I would like to thank you for suppressing any dissent that would have distracted me from putting even more money into GAw as I was (thankfully) being told by you that everything was all OK and work was being done. I mean heck, you even got foreign investors to part with millions!
I would like to thank you for the invite to the test program where XPY really was exchangeable at $20 and I would like to thank you for my never obsolete hashlets that have since been turned off due to being unprofitable.
I would like to thank you for the regular supply of promises of a brighter tomorrow as they helped me get up everyday knowing I was going to be richer...why? because you told me so and as you don't lie, I've had no reason to doubt your obvious wisdom in the cryptosphere. Fudders eh?!
I would also like to thank you for you putting on such a great performance for CNN and Time, I still get giddy waiting to see you on TV. I would like to thank you for such open and transparent operations, finally, a crypto company showing the way on how digital currency can and does allow the users the ability to "follow the money". I would like to thank you for showing me that super staking is such a wonderful idea that devalues my holdings every day, how novel!! Almost genius one could say!!
And of course I would like to thank you for "inventing" a coin that, by any measure, stands head and shoulders above the competition through its community and stunning technological advances built in to the code... world changing for sure.
And finally I would like to thank you for providing one of the funniest, if not most tragic, episodes in the life cycle of crypto currency. Rare is it that ineptitude on such a monumental scale has managed to last so long, using so much of other peoples money and resulted in such a clusterf**k that even the Govt. has a hard time knowing where to start with you.
*cough*

hearing about Coinstand illicited but one response from me..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcinzmfZeCcAs many point out, the chance of getting your XPY honoured at that site at $20 a coin is near zero and there certainly wont be a supply of Macbooks for sale at those silly prices... Too good to be true? Haven't we been here before?

I believe that MrCoins is an alias of Josh Garza or his brother. Their writing styles are very similiar.
One of the few "facts" I know about this whole deal is that MrCoins is not in fact connected and especially not related to Mr Ganza. Those of us that were involved with Blackcoin in any meaningful way know MrCoins very well and his support capabilities when he believes in what he is putting his money into.

Juliette Dunlevy has erased GAW Miners from her LinkedIn entirely! Is anyone else of the opinion that when former employees are ashamed to be tied to the company, that something is problem wrong with the company? Having observed a number of former GAW employees do the same to their linkedIn profiles, yes, there really are questions raised by this. It smells bad and again suggests that some knew more than they let on, so rather than be truly honest people they took the short road and bailed with no further disclosure to the people they were, in part, responsible for. Honesty abounds with these people..... There's been a lot of ass covering by some on their way out as they clearly hoped their exit agreements would be honoured... Mr Mordica springs to mind.... So, yes, there's a lot more dirty truth to be exposed with this one yet IMO and the whole comedy that is TeamXPY is surely heading towards its punchline soon.... There's only so many people left in that "Community" the cite so frequently... and I doubt there's much appetite left for risk and/or investment when its made clear the same financial hooligans are running it are those that caused the first round of pain with their promises of a brighter future.... the brightness really coming from the burning houses of investors damaged by these bad actors
