1961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚒ Syscoin -$3 Million 1st round financing; World 1st Decentralized Marketplace! on: December 28, 2017, 05:39:27 AM
I never claimed my presale SYS due to health/ family problems (FML, stupid link https://api.moolah.io/v2/public/ipopair?key=xxx stopped working when I finally found out that I have to do more than send BTC to receive my coins), as Moolah is in prison is there any way to recover my coins?

Thanks.

Are you claiming tokens almost 4 years after ICO ? I appreciate your joke

I can see you were rather active in 2014 and 2015. With no interest in sys.

It's not a joke, it's very serious matter for me (I'm seriously thinking of ending everything once and for all).
I tried to claim few months after ICO (01-04-2015) but to no avail. I was even said that if Syscoin Devs get their bitcoins back they won't reimburse me but instead they'll pay back people who helped them with donations for legal fees.

Quote
Any funds we receive will be used to pay back people who have loaned us BTC to help us fight this battle + continued development, I'm very sorry there is really no way for us to know who has received or not received Syscoin, there would really be no way for us to reimburse you. Your best bet after filing is to become a creditor of Moolah and go through that route, I'm sorry for your loss.

I posted on btctalk to earn some btc from signature campaign. However I didn't check my email because I had a big backlog due to chronic illness (I can't sit at front of computer for too long -  could post on btctalk from my tablet but checking mail was very difficult), no access to computer/ internet (I lost home) and mailbox problems (I had POP3 mailbox that would hang when viewed via webmail).

Yes, I did forgot about Syscoin but does it mean I should lose them? I forgot about it due to personal/family problems like domestic violence, losing home, moving overseas, suicide threats in family, lack of money etc.

"No interest" - well Syscoin was one of my last 3 crypto investements, all of them happened in 2014 as later I found that I'm unable to use computer for anything serious.

Strange story my friend .. I know that difficult situations happen, but recovering coins after so long time in my opinion will be impossible. The more, as they wrote, they are unable to check who got them and who did not. In this situation, they would have to pay to anyone who came to them, because they can't verify that. It is not aceptable.
Anyway good luck!

1964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC is dead. The plan is a shift to Bitcoin Cash. on: November 20, 2017, 09:08:40 PM
BTC's death is the death of the entire market. BTC is the only rival, Ethereum.
Not necessarily, bad things happen in real life.
New things are coming and this first wave raised awareness about Blockchain, and its possibilities. In the next few years market will be flooded with new coins, forks..
Another thing - never say never.

It is true that can happen anything. The technological revolution every day brings us new solutions and pushes the world forward. However, I belive if the developers focus on improving Bitcoin itself and not on creating new coins then the Bitcoin will be immortal. Wink

after all these news over the last weekend, im glad i didnt panicked and react to sell my btc
i mean look at the gain, its almost $8000 today!
Congratulations on not falling for the BCash propaganda.

We said this many times not to get fooled by jihan wu and roger ver. They created a game which is called bitcoin cash fot newbies and panic sellers. Bitcoin proved itself once again today, very clearly.

Keep going with bitcoin, you won't regret.

That's right! All this forks that is only shady game to fool new users and suck their money! Do never forget guys - King is only one!
1966  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: November 20, 2017, 06:46:11 PM
In one of the topics I read "If bitcoin will reach $10.000, fiat currency has become worthless"
Do you agree with this statement?

hehe Thread opened in December 2015. Even thinking at this time that Bitcoin price will reach $10k was kind of abstraction Cheesy And today we are little step from 10000 USD per 1 BTC. As we can see in fiat world actually nothing happened. I'm sure that Bitcoin can coexist with fiat money in financial system around the world.
1967  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: November 20, 2017, 06:35:05 PM
Bitcoin is a good investment, but only for long term. As it was already in past, can happen panic sell, and in short time it is possible to loss. So if you are ready to froze your funds for at least one year - for sure it is good investition!
1968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WaltonChain WTC on: November 20, 2017, 06:17:53 PM
It looks like price of this coin on market is 4 times bigger than startup price, but i can not find roadmap or some official information about development progress? Is it only speculation?
1969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [DENT] Dent: Tokenizing and Liberating the World's Mobile Data on: November 20, 2017, 06:07:06 PM
this project sound like a really interesting idea with a real world use case.. why hasnt this gathered peoples attention? or better question, when will a working product be released ?

ICO is already over and developers are working. Now everywhere is quiet because everyone is waiting for announcement that is promised in December.
1970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [DENT] Dent: Tokenizing and Liberating the World's Mobile Data on: November 20, 2017, 05:50:09 PM
i hope dent at least up 50 cents..

hehe I wish! In cryptoworld everything is possible! But right now we have to wait for development progress. December looks very promising for DENT.. Wink
1971  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: November 20, 2017, 05:40:28 PM
Of course panic sell it is psychological effect, but always is starting from mathemathic/statistic calculations or some extremely bad news for the project.

In my opinion the real price of Bitcoin is much lower than what we see on the market today, and the panic sell for Bitcoin is very real.
1972  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the government know bitcoin in your country? on: November 20, 2017, 05:29:46 PM
Governments around the world need to learn how to work with Bitcoin as part of a financial system.
The technological revolution is unstoppable, so banning Bitcoin does not make any sense.
It is just matter of time when all governments will follow Japan.
1973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [DENT] Dent: Tokenizing and Liberating the World's Mobile Data on: November 20, 2017, 03:48:23 PM
Since the app will facilitate buying and selling of mobile data, will any of the small fees required to run the exchange be pushed back to DENT holders?

How you know that with this application you will be able to buy and sell tokens? Anyway i like the idea - This would certainly make the tokens more attractive and bring attention of investors.

^^ Sometimes I do not know whether the people who are writing here are crazy or drugged, whether it is a huge mistake and they shortly delete their post. Amazing how strange posts people are writing here.

Anyway how is going Masternodes testing? Everything ok guys?
Yes during my testing found some critical bugs in dash codebase that is part of a pull request to dash now. Now that Ive fixed that it looks fine so far.

https://github.com/dashpay/dash/pull/1730

Still ongoing waiting for their developer to respond to a question on there.

Thanks for finding this bug! Good job!

Let's hope there will not be too many such surprises in the code!

What is it?  Grin

Shop??? )))

Being honest for the first time I see this website, but it doesn't look like an online shop. It seems to me that it is kind of blog with videos.

You guys are sure that in signature campaign accepted post must have min 45 words? Maybe it should be 45 characters?
It's been updated, thank you for that correction. To those who joins signature campaign it should be only in 45 characters minimum per post and it should be a constructive one.

Now it looks much better Wink

This campaign is to the end of ICO (8 weeks starting 24th November), so should end at 19th January 2018 - is it correct?

When tokens will be distributed - i mean how long it will take after ICO end?

Is it mean that only quoted users are accepted, and the rest can just move on?

does anyone know if dent team would promote listing dent on major exchanges after app being out?

it's hard to say, DENT it is not intended as a trading medium only, i think that the value is not pumped specifically to appeal users in poor countries that are in need of cellular data for cheap.
Or maybe they are just waiting to sell big chunks of DENT  to big TELCOs. We will see i guess.

It is all about volume. Now DENT is not an attractive coin for day traders, so volume is very low. In December this situation can change, and then door to bigger exchange will be opened.
