1481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympics 2020/2021 : Discussion & Predictions on: August 05, 2021, 12:06:44 PM
This Olympic Games have been very disappointing for the United States, obviously they are still at the top when it comes to the amount of metals that they have won and all of that but a great deal of their favorites to win gold medals have failed, and it will be interesting to know why this is happening, some people could blame the pandemic but the whole world was affected by the pandemic as well so that is not an explanation for what is happening.

It is obvious that the lower number of medals won by the United States are the consequences of the pandemic. Certainly, some of the participants lived in regions where the number of infections was higher and the lockdown was longer, so they had less access to training options. Unfortunately, the consequences of the pandemic will be felt in all aspects of our lives for many years to come.
1482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins to hold during a bear market? on: August 04, 2021, 09:47:54 PM
I want to know everyone’s suggestions.
[-snip-]

This is a very long list of interesting proposals. However, if we have a bear market on the cryptocurrency market and the Bitcoin price is falling, no altcoin will be safe. In my opinion, the safest investment during the bear market is only a stable coin, i.e. USDT, USDC, BUSD etc. Only then we are sure that the price cannot fall and we do not lose our money.

1484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DEFI] DFE: Decentralized Finance Europe Farming and Exchange on: June 04, 2021, 05:16:54 AM
A strange situation has happened with this project. IEO took place, but it does not look as if the project was implementing further development. The Telegram channel is blocked to be able to write messages there and ask for anything. Maybe here is someone who can explain what is happening? Is it the end?

You made this post in the last month and so far have not seen a response from the team about what you asked. You also can't ask this on the telegram group. sad project. Is this a sign of a scam?

The conversation on the telegram chat shows that the exchange on which the IEO was made somehow scammed the DFE project. If that's true, then I'm surprised the dev team didn't make an official announcement about it. In such a situation the DFE was scammed and the project collapsed through no fault of its own. Anyway someone from the dev team should announce it.

Clear announcement from the team is needed from the people who have participated here. many people are interested in this project to see the good progress. but if something odd can't be answered correctly, Maybe one by one there will be a decline in fans.

You won't find an answer because the project failed. It was done by someone who invented it with a drink and started doing it while drunk. Stupid idea of stupid people. Nothing more.
1485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [SOV] Sovryn Buy/Sell on: May 18, 2021, 06:04:32 PM
What is the price for 1 SOV at the moment? Can it be checked on something similar to Coinmarketcap or some DEX-checker?
1486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre-sale] Sovryn - Brings DeFi to Bitcoin on: May 18, 2021, 03:51:31 PM
I connected my wallet with Metamask and I don't know how to move between RSK Mainnet and Ethereum network.. In other words - Can SOV be converted into crypto that is easily convertible to fiat?

Or - What is the easiest way to convert SOV to fiat? Is it possible?

1488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season ending in may ? on: May 03, 2021, 08:34:27 PM
Some analysts say that the alt season is just beginning, guided by the dominance of bitcoin, which has fallen significantly and is a good index. But I would not trust only this indicator, especially since most of the top and promising currencies have already made thousands of percent over the past year.
Today we are seeing very rapid growth in Ethereum. Many expect this trend to be supported by many altcoins. And this forecast now looks quite plausible.

After all, Ethereum is still an altcoin. Since its price is rising and in my opinion it will increase at least until the upgrade to Ethereum 2.0, we can say that it will be an altseason. In my opinion, altseason is doing great and will last for a few more months. The fact that the Bitcoin price is not rising does not affect this. The only thing we can fear is that Bitcoin's price will start dropping sharply below $40k.
1489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Towards a unified currency on: May 03, 2021, 08:11:59 PM
Have always wonder which currency would the world accept if only one currency was to be used. Maybe the dollar?, don't think so, The British won't tolerate that.
Cryptocurrency?. Maybe. Until the advent of cryptocurrency, I never thought that would be possible but it seems possible.
The world is not too far from a unified currency.

Unfortunately, but most likely, there will never be only one currency in the world, and certainly not one that will be accepted by governments all over the world. There can only be a currency accepted by people who exchange it, i.e. Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency can be such a currency. The one that will be the most convenient, fastest and cheapest will become universal all over the world. I think in the next ten to fifteen years we should find out which cryptocurrency will win this race.
1490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: reques : trustable pump/dump group in social network on: May 03, 2021, 07:59:43 PM
Pump&dump groups are created for one purpose only - to make their founders richer. It always works on the principle of a pyramid - only those who invest at the very beginning earn on it. Even if you see that they show evidence in the form of an already made pump, it is a fake made on a coin with a low market cap and minimum volume. Stay away from pupm&dump groups if you don't want to give away your money easily.
1491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Meduse Coin | The technology first ecosystem of DeFi Tools on: May 03, 2021, 06:31:16 PM
I noticed you have a bounty campaign, but on your own website. If the statistics are correct, then only 23 participants registered in 6 campaigns. I think to make your project visible to more users, you should hire a professional bounty manager to launch your campaign on Bitcointalk.
1492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone on Tiktok said that Bitcoin will go down zero if founder show up! on: May 03, 2021, 05:47:04 PM
The amount of BTC Satoshi has is really huge and for many serious investors it is a very big threat in terms of price stability. However, in my opinion, if Satoshi miraculously "back to life", firstly, he would not destroy his project by selling everything and creating panic, and secondly, Bitcoin is already in such a stable position that even if panic will happen on the market and the price would have fallen sharply, sooner or later it would be back on track.

So....

SOME UPDATE?Huh??

Good question!
From what I remember, the 2020 results report was probably supposed to be published in April?
I do not know about the rest of investors, but I am starting to be disturbed by the silence on the part of the dev team and longer reporting periods.
Money likes silence, but I'd rather would like to know what's happening to mine...
1494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre-sale] Sovryn - Brings DeFi to Bitcoin on: April 28, 2021, 10:36:24 PM
I'm sorry if my question is stupid, but this is the first time I have been using this platform. I would like to know how / what I need to cover the transfer costs?
I have a some amount of SOVRYN in my wallet, but I don't know what I need / what coin to cover the cost of the transfer from my wallet to the exchange? And where could I buy it?

1496  Economy / Services / Re: Help with Telegram promotion on: April 28, 2021, 10:03:36 PM
These types of services lead to the Telegram channel being flooded with news about how great a project is, which are mostly copy-paste, or conversations between two accounts about how much they like the project. Anyone who sees something like this will be sure that it is a purchased service.

Due to the rising fees on BSC we have decided to launch our project on Matic - high throughput scaling solution built on top of ethereum.
The bridges are making transfers from BSC to Matic seamless.

https://macncheese.finance/airdrop.php

So what about Airdrop? Until now, it was supposed to take place on the BSC platform, will rewards be sent there or will we have to update the addresses? If so, how will it be possible to update the address?
1498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many negative posts about BTC lately? on: April 28, 2021, 07:13:55 PM
There is no crypto that is near to bitcoin, let people say whatever they want to say about bitcoin. The fact is that despite too many negative things about bitcoin its still trading at sky high price while coins like doge are still in few cents. It's just like comparing apple with oranges.
1499  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: simple technique of selling high and buying low. on: April 28, 2021, 07:00:18 PM
There is no 100% successful strategy for this, it's all upon your personal skills. Usually when price drops, people don't buy and when price goes up people start buying. For me, I buy when price gets stable and dips start occurring after few intervals.
1500  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: To keep coin long term on: April 28, 2021, 06:49:02 PM
Hello community here,

I am newbie here and happy to join here.

My ask is what will be your advices about keeping a coin long term ? Which coin is worth for it?

any ideas will be appreciated.

It totally depends on what coin you are holding. Buying Bitcoin at 60k and waiting for long term is not a good idea in my view. You have to buy a coin at dip for long term hodling. Also be aware of shit coins that are available at cheap rates. At that time the most perspective looks to be ETH because of upcoming fork to ETH 2.0
