1421  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: September 06, 2021, 04:25:47 PM
Even though they like to portray themselves that way, the truth is quite different. Because of the scandals exposed by the Sunday Times back in 2019, many doors have now been closed to them. In addition, an international arrest warrant has been issued for the owners for tax evasion, and they are probably hiding in one of the unknown non-extradition countries.

We are talking here about the owners of 1xBET not 1xBIT. Three 1xBET owners, Russian citizens moved from Russia to Cyprus due to 1xBET tax problems.

As far as I remember, the accusations based on The Sunday Times investigation were not criminal but related to some unethical business behavior.
All in all, I am curious how it ended, because from what I can see, 1xBET is still very dynamic and this year they signed a sponsorship contract for the very famous African singer Davido
1422  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAKE.COM ODDS PROVIDER SCREWED ME OVER HARD on: September 06, 2021, 04:11:27 PM

Dude I understand what you are saying. But let’s be realistic here. 10 rejected attempts at a good price and seconds later it glitches and gives me half the amount. I have cashed out plenty of bets, this is 100% a scam

This is a very strange situation, but unfortunately such coincidences also happen. I think that this is how STAKE.COM support will explain this situation.
If you feel you are being ignored and feel the need to do so, you can create a "Scam Accussation" here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
Maybe it will help you speed up the clarification of this case.
1423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the bulls back? on: September 06, 2021, 06:53:15 AM
If you look at the current market situation, it is certain that the bulls have returned as most of the altcoins have experienced very good growth.  although the increase in each coin has not been maximized but I believe this positive trend will continue until every altcoin gets its ATH back.

But its could be another bulltrap to lead people shorting more and accumulating them on the lower price. Atleast i see that situation manytimes on EOS.

I'm sure there are whales or groups of investors who are trying to manipulate the prices of coins with low market cap. Such situations will always happen. However, the overall trend is improving and it looks like the bulls have come back to push the price for new ATH.
1424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to Binance? on: September 05, 2021, 09:56:56 PM
They're now thinking about an IPO for their US market.

https://www.reuters.com/technology/binance-founder-changpeng-zhao-says-its-us-crypto-exchange-arm-targets-ipo-three-2021-09-02/

And it stated just what Coinbase did, they'll also do the same. This is where the KYC is going but a hack, I think they're responsible for any security issue that will happen to them again.

I'm sure Binance will do whatever it takes to meet the US government's requirements. Slowly, all governments will move towards greater regulation of the cryptocurrency exchanges. I am sure that in a few years all exchanges will have to undergo full verification and what is happening with Coinbase and Binance (IPO) will have to be done by every exchange that wants to operate in the US.
1425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I recommend a friend to buy Bitcoin now? on: September 05, 2021, 09:41:57 PM
Bitcoin is now rising, and it has jumped by 3k in less than 10 minutes. Although everyone is happy but also worried, is it going to fall again?
My friend asked if I can continue to buy it? But I see a lot of people commenting that giant whales are now controlling the market. I told my friends not to enter the market for now, but my friends seem to have misunderstood me.
Do you think that this kind of market should be forbidden to enter or continue to buy?
I suggest not to panic selling。
you are a best friend if you manage to persuade your friends to buy bitcoin now....now the bitcoin price is around $49k and it has the potential to break through $100k.  if your friend buys bitcoin now (at $49k) then when the bitcoin price hits $100k, your friend has made a big profit.

This is a very nice scenario, but unfortunately no one can be sure that it will come true.
Recommending someone to buy a cryptocurrency is a very big responsibility. If someone has to do this, he should very well inform his friend about how risky an investment is. Otherwise, if something bad happens, you may even lose a friend.
1426  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here’s what traders expect now that Bitcoin price rallied back to $50K on: September 05, 2021, 09:24:16 PM
The speculation of the price of Bitcoin hitting $50k before going to either upward direction or downward direction will be determined by price and nature of the market. Bitcoin had already hit $50k and now already at $49k which can still go down before going bullish to hit  its previous high.

Based on the positive news of the crypto be market from different corner, I think Bitcoin might decides to continue it's upward trend that Could hit $100k before the end of January 2022

At the moment, we can see that it is practically impossible to predict how Bitcoin will behave in the short term. This thread, however, is there to speculate about it.
Just as we speculate that Bitcoin could have $100k by the end of January 2022, we can also say that Bitcoin could have $200k at the end of January 2022. No one really can predict this, so all these amounts are just a lottery .
1427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Accidentally deposited/sent BTC to my Poloniex USDT wallet :( on: September 04, 2021, 03:55:10 PM

There's no other choice, since the funds have already been released outside by Binance, they are no longer accountable to it.

Just as I've said about the past experience of having the same problem, you're lucky if poloniex will help you to retrieve back your fund.

I am really sad about of it. I dont understand why support dont recover my bitcoin. Now live chat mod. told me that T3 support working on it. I dont understand what is T3 support. I think maybe they lost this private key. Recover Process is very easy and my bitcoin on their pocket... They delisted OMNI Network from Poloniex, they removed my OMNI USDT wallet from my account. If they will dont Use this OMNI more why they dont give me my USDT wallet private key. If I got this private key I can recover my coins in max 2 hours. I many time wrote to TETHER comany also. Their support replied me that 200 days is too long for this process... But they can not help me, they wrote me only Poloniex can help me.. As a result I got nothing..  Sad(( I try to forget this btc but I can not because 20k $ is good amount for me..  Sad(

Unfortunately, everything you wrote so far is correct. Binance sent BTC to the address you confirmed, so there is no error on their part. As Tether support wrote, recovery of funds is possible through the owner of the private key address to which Binance sent BTC. The only option to recover these funds is Poloniex because only they have the private key address where the BTC is.
The only way is to keep trying to contact Poloniex support. Is writing tickets the only way you are trying to contact them, or have you tried other ways?
1428  Economy / Gambling / Re: BETOP.GG - Sports & eSports betting |Great Odds|125% bonus|10% Cashback|Cashout| on: September 04, 2021, 03:41:23 PM
When I read all these complaints about KYC verification, I wonder where it comes from.
Does this mean that the user is asked to undergo KYC verification when he wants to withdraw money? If so, and KYC verification is essential for any cash withdrawal, why is it not required for all registering users at the beginning. If everyone has to go through it anyway, then not requiring it at the very beginning only at the moment of withdrawing money is a kind of manipulation. Don't you think guys?

When it comes to buying recommendations for cryptocurrencies, I am always extremely careful. In a situation like this where prices have been rising for a long time, this is very difficult. I try to avoid a direct answer and say that I am not selling yet because I believe the price will go up. In my opinion, this is the most diplomatic answer if you want to give one at all.
1430  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto will rival or replace crypto in 10 years? on: September 04, 2021, 01:43:34 PM
76% of finance professionals believe that digital assets “will serve as a strong alternative to, or outright replacement for, fiat currencies in the next 5-10 years,” according to Deloitte’s annual global blockchain survey.

Is there any possibility that this could happen or this was just another speculation that is impossible to believe, but if we are going to look at the percentage of finance professionals that believe on the possible replacement of fiat with digital assets I think we are in 90% basis in favor of rival or replacement of fiat. Show me your comments about this news guys if you believe or not with this possible replacement?

Of course, this is just a speculation that has no factual basis. Some random managers were asked for their private, unsupported views. I am not saying that this will not be the case, but we have to take into account the fact that a bear market will come soon and the situation on the market may change for the coming years. At the moment we see everything very positively as prices are rising. If there is a bear market for the next 3 years, then the possibilities of cryptocurrencies will decrease significantly and the adaptation period may extend even up to 20 years.
1431  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, I salute your final ATH. on: September 04, 2021, 12:10:25 PM
I don't know why but I feel like this thread be occasionally be bumped so when the prices start breaking the current ATH, we will be able to celebrate it in this thread so @proudhon can see how wrong he/she is and just to add insult to the injury.

i think youre missing the whole point of proudhons game.

But what is proudhon’s game? There’s nothing he can do anymore, especially not move the price of Bitcoin with his trolling. I believe he was one of those OGs who held more than 1000 coins, but who sold too early. 7 digits would have made him a billionare.

i think the object of his game to to figure out what the object of his game is.

Everyone has the right to present their predictions here and write their own scenarios, after all, that's what the "Speculation" thread is for.
In my opinion, this is not a game, but proudhon described in numbers how he thinks the Bitcoin price chart will behave. He probably just copied it from some piece of the historical Bitcoin price chart.
In my opinion, this is just an attempt to predict the price and confirm the theory that Bitcoin's price depends on repetitive cycles.

1433  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has crypto cloud mining got market? on: August 28, 2021, 02:02:28 PM
I have known many giant miner with host of hash rate. Just thinking about build a cloud mining platform for hash rate trading. Does this has market? What is the general take on cloud mining?

Out of probably hundreds of cloud mining services that have arisen on the cryptocurrency market so far, probably only two were not a scam - Genesis-mining.com and Hashnest. From what Hashnest is just closing its business, and Genesis Mining is unprofitable.
In my opinion, this type of business has no possibility of success. So before you take the risk, you better think about it very carefully.
1434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are Airdrops and Bounties worth the work? on: August 28, 2021, 07:37:09 AM
If you are someone who likes to give up easily then bounties aren't for you because you will be disappointed many times and there is no way to escape this even if you are a pro, crypto space is full of scam projects here and there and some bounties will look so legit in the eye only to run away with investors fund later on, I'm just saying be prepared for the worst

If you can do good research of project, it doesn't have to be that bad. If you check all the details and experience of the dev team, you can significantly reduce the risk that the project will turn out to be a scam.
Also pay attention to who is the campaign manager. Always choose campaigns managed by experienced bounty managers.

Attention: There is active scam accusation against this user. Do not forget to check his trust page before planning to take his service.

Here is the accusation link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5116944.0

I also just checked his trust section and I was very surprised that they decided to advertise such a service on a Newbie account with an opened scam accussation.
It's weird that they can organize some pretty serious stuff, and they don't know how the trust section works on this forum.
Their service looks quite unreliable in such a situation.
They will probably create a new account after these comments, so I quoted everything to possibly recognize them later.
1436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano and xrp the most gainer of the day. on: August 22, 2021, 01:56:43 PM
Cardano and xrp said to be the most gainer of the day, this two major crypto coins were trading so high is there something new?, or is it all because of the influence of the two most important coins ether and btc, or maybe it is because many people shows buying interest because they see that crypto is a store of value akin to gold.

As for Cardano, the recent increases are due to the fact that smart contrats will soon be introduced. Many people hope Cardano will introduce something innovative that will become a direct competitor to Ethereum.
As for Ripple, it is because they managed to avoid a SEC penalty. However, this does not change the fact that it is a centralized coin and therefore very dangerous when it comes to investing.
1437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SCAMMERS NEVER GET TIRED on: August 22, 2021, 01:23:39 PM
Scammers are at it again sending out bulk mails disguised to be from pancakeswap congratulating you on winning some free ethereum or other coin. The link below is attached to it disguise to be wallet connect link which will require your confirmation on your wallet to claim the free coin. https://walletsconts.com/claim_token.htm.

If you receive such mail, make sure you don't follow the link on your wallet or give any permission in order to stay safe from their scam.

When someone giving away tokens for free or there is investing opportunity with a very attractive interest rate, we must always be very careful. It is greed that most often leads people into the hands of scammers and turns them into victims.

Thanks for warning about this scam.
1438  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC on: August 20, 2021, 03:17:23 AM

Unfortunately, but in a situation where the player claims one thing and the casino the other, and neither side can present evidence, it is difficult to take one side.
I am guided by the fact that, unlike in the past, now 1xBit support responds to all issues on a regular basis and I believe that, like Betcoin.ag, it will rebuild its reputation.
I know that most users are driven by the past now, but I believe that it will change over time.
since you mentioned that evidence thing , is there a chance that your Bosses will provide this Evidence you are saying ? or will keep hiding in their rules and regulation thing ?  if the players/victims can provide not just one but many proofs, then why your BELOVED COMPANY does not have even one?

I think that if someone uses multi accounts, such data cannot be disclosed to the public by casino. I also doubt that the player who used multi accounts will admit it. This is a situation that does not allow to stand on either side, because neither side will present evidence.
Unless you know something more and can come up with an idea..?
wrong , of course they can disclose if that is the only way of clearing their name in this matter as many issues with the same cases.

but of course they will never do that you know why? because they are afraid of not making it correctly and people will notice again that they are lying .

anyway like you we have our own views in this matter and never that they will clear their name by just ignoring everything that can be done in right manner.

And I guarantee you that you are wrong, because casino cannot disclose such information.
I can see that you are trying by force to present your arguments. Unfortunately, what you write cannot convince anyone, because it is not true.
Spend a little more time on education next time.
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to break it on: August 20, 2021, 02:22:17 AM
~
Even if the support works perfectly in the casino, there will be people who, frustrated with failure, will accuse them of cheating. Of course, anyone who plays for a long time knows that such things happen, but remember that the gambling industry is a very large and ruthless market.

I wouldn't generalize things here. The fact that there are many gambling sites trying to scam their customer doesn't mean that the whole market is ruthless. Honest sites struggle for years to build up a good reputation, and they should not be treated as one gang with scammers.

I am sure that the besides frustrated losers, are there rival casinos with their tricks. Im sure they not only run campaigns to advertise themselves, but they definitely try to slander their competitors projects. When the action is big and intense, something like this can real make difference in players confidence to the casino.

Not everyone resorts to such shameful activity. Only scammers do.

Of course it's disgusting behavior and I'm totally against it. However, you have to admit that it is quite easy to create a fake accounts and everyday publicly make fake complaints to competing gambling websites. Of course, I'm not saying that everyone does that, but I'm sure some casinos try these kind of tricks. Note that complaints are mainly from Newbie accounts, isn't that weird?
