It completely baffles me that anybody still believes in this...  He claimed there was 100 million in backing, then a while ago said he was building his cash reserves...  Absolutely nothing he's said has come true, and yet his cult still believes...  As fun as it is making alts and posting the truth on HT, these sheep just can't accept it.  I guess they just won't until Garza gets put in cuffs (or maybe they'll say they just didn't want paycoin to succeed)

Here is the daily dose of delusion:

+1 to all of the above, you really couldn't make this up.

Another pic of Jessica posing and getting weird with a really big dildo. This was publicly posted on the intertoobs , but even so, I will not post such a disgusting image on this thread. Be advised this is NSFW.

I'm wondering where you'd insert the batteries?

I'm sure there are a number of people around here with some good suggestions.

No need for those pics, stick to the script and the pursuit of valid and viable information.

Things like highlighting that Josh still has his fingers deep in the XPY pie one way or another, that Joe Mordicas behaviour, if the mails are to be believed, is not only reprehensible but indicative of the MO of the key players in this game.....

Stick to that, there's far more mileage from these details than a "saucy" photo that may or may not be GAWCEO other half. Personally, I couldn't care less if she is or if she isn't, it's a distraction from what's going on with millions of dollars of other peoples money.

For an SEC investigation that doesn't exist the attorneys for Josh sure turned over a lot of stuff to the government as part of the subpoena process.

We are now in possession of those documents and have begun sorting through them.

Nice. When you get to the Prime Controller ownership part, can you tell us how many Prime Controllers are shown to be owned by Adam Matlack. He said on GH that he only has one, it would be interesting to know what Josh told the SEC. As well as the rest of the ownership of course, including individuals of... ahem... foreign origin.

https://forum.gethashing.com/t/xpy-paycoin-discussion-teamxpy/1559/1133
i'm many pages behind, but i agree, would be interesting to find out. All vs one...me thinks Josh is already using him as scapegoat. Either way the IRS is going to be interested in Adam, given he supposedly paid over 5 times for his controller than he did for his house.

Some time back there was a brief mention of somebody who was supposedly told by his tax preparer that he would have to pay Capital Gains on the ~$20 valuation at the end of 2014 of the Paycoins he had purchased for ~$5, even though he had not sold them. Is there anything to that? If so what kind of tax picture would GAW and the ICO investors be looking at? It seems to me that you would have to sell the coins to be taxed on the gain, but I don't put anything past the criminals who have seized control of this country anymore.

I'm certainly no tax expert but usually with CGT you pay when you dispose of the asset. So if you're still holding and they've made a loss then you can use that to your benefit.

Like I said, no expert but thats my limited understanding of UK CGT

We won't be publishing messages regarding what is upcoming anymore Wink

No offense taken by anything said here. Just a matter of making sure we aren't revealing anything that will cause issues for our sources and some valid points have been raised that each time we say we received XYZ someone enterprising at an agency might realize who received those documents recently and put two and two together Wink

Which was the point I was making earlier.
There's a lot of smart and determined people on here, give them the reason to hunt you and they will turn over every stone.... it's not worth the risk to your sources even if you're OK with it yourself.

And besides, suprises are fun and when they're loaded with juicy facts and details... even better. Keep up the good work and stay smart! Smiley

Clarification needed: How are you a party to the chain of custody regarding the paperwork between the private law firm and the agencies involved?

Scott-

I can not under any circumstances reveal my sources.

You really might just wanna keep a little quieter about some of this?
I appreciate your desire to set the record straight and have done fine work, no doubter here, but opening yourself and your source to closer scrutiny seems ill advised?
You get the amateur sleuths at it and all sorts of accusations start flying. Kind of muddies the waters you're trying to clear?

The journey in question is a Train journey.
Details of which were part of the Google groups info, sadly not captured I believe but seen by a few people.
Who precisely was traveling I forget but our favorite CEO was certainly linked.

pics of tickets were posted here

Oh no - that was not a complete list by any means.  You could throw "Anyone with 50 XPY can run an Orion Controller - lie" and so many more items on the list, it would probably take up an entire thread page for just that one post.

On that note, lets get the definitive list together as there doesn't appear to have been one made

Lets turn every rock over and expose everything underneath.

As always, let the facts speak for themselves and the rope freely paid out to those that have already used enough to hang death row 4 times over.

IF a fact has been GAWxed put it on the list

The following is not my research but I believe its certainly worth following... where does the rabbit hole end?

12 million XPY premine
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?PV4REZh7Uw8YsVpzHDPQdwENn2iToSw9GH.htm
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?167.htm

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?217.htm
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?229.htm
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?236.htm
All 12 million goes into PC4FduchmWbHNYgkHeaB1foMDyhgpJszh6

PC4FduchmWbHNYgkHeaB1foMDyhgpJszh6 started moving the millions out starting 2014-12-14 14:14:01 with starting transactions - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?6122.htm (999,989.99 XPY)
Traced 100k of it all the way to Cryptsy sell point https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?242093.htm (2015-01-27 22:17:51 - 100k sold) - 2015-27-01 the price of XPY is 0.009BTC on Cryptsy and BTC is $260 (+/-).

Between 12-14 to 1-27, with each movement of the (999,989.99 XPY) after keeps siphoning to various wallets or Bittrex, Cryptsy, and Zencloud.

That was done with just 1 million XPY. What do imagine was done with the other millions?

The other millions being removed on 2015-12-14 at the same time.
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?9565.htm (2,000,000.0 XPY)
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?9566.htm (1,000,000.0 XPY)
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?9616.htm (1,000,000.0 XPY)
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?9619.htm (2,000,000.0 XPY)
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?9620.htm (2,000,000.0 XPY)
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?9621.htm (2,000,000.0 XPY)
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?9622.htm (1,000,000.0 XPY)

I'll let the rest of you click on your own adventure to see where each ended up in various places. Hint- like the first 1 million... and I haven't gone through it all myself either. After chasing 5 million of it, its easy to see the pattern and the intent.

Remainders of the premine millions or staked wallets from it! Have moved into PDzubEnhb45Gz8zBNq9zsPi9UohwzUhniP (4mil XPY) or the top 10 wallets now

A thought.

Now that the authorities are? on the case, they may have requested all exchanges and financial/coin services operated by GAW to freeze.

This could be to prevent any further funding of .... ?

Based on the Coinfire article, anything at this point is possible! Should it prove to be entirely true, and odds are good it is, then this horror story has much yet to deliver. However, the money also may evaporate overnight as systems get shut down by Govt order.

Speculation for sure! But knowing the voracious attitude of the US authorities I wouldn't put much past them to act now the ball is rolling!

This is very plausible considering the facts we got from the emails and how far the authorities are in the investigations. Well today is friday, I think i saw somewhere that they would let the victims move their coins again on friday?

Dang! I forgot, things always seize up on a Friday!!

Then sometimes around Tuesday is a message asking for patience, then a brief window, if at all, appears to remove some funds...

Silly me

Ah man! That was a dark day ....

This whole thing just gets messier. I have a picture in my mind of people hearing/reading all this and their faces draining of blood in shock/horror and fear as the potential of all this sinks in.

We know to be even "thought" to be on a terrorism pathway gains you attention. To have this stuff proven would be cataclysmic for some people, not least because of former pains.

A lot of good people are being and going to be burned, emotionally, professionally and we know financially should all these allegations and reports prove to be true. I admit to being ever more shocked at how this is playing out.
1997  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 06, 2015, 02:14:55 PM
"DHS documents detail an alleged money-laundering operation with Mr. Garza at the center accepting funds “off the books” for XPY from individuals on current banking watch-lists related to anti-terrorism banking issues. DHS also has prepared several draft subpoenas to potentially be issued to those affiliated with the banking relationships of Mr. Garza, including a subpoena for emails from a TD Bank manager named Brian Bedore."

I wonder where Homero got the introductions from for these High-Net-Worth individuals with banking problems. Perhaps from a company he has a connection to that specialises in dealing with High-Net-Worth individuals?

Any guesses?

I know of who you speak!  Oh my, this really is a "potentially" deeper rabbit hole. That bit about 3 degrees of separation. Some people are going to be hearing a lot of echo on the line in the coming future.

Guessing there's some blue air in the city today

You have to love blockchain technology!!

And you can see why banks are not so keen, transparency built in. And it's this that will enable funds auditing and following pretty easy with known addresses. Paul is certainly on to something that's for sure!!

There's a growing amount of inconsistencies with the way GAW is handling funds on a variety of levels, $, mounting bills and being sued and Coin movements. Finance hasn't been a strong point within the Company.

There's lots of detail still to be filled in with this saga.

Isn't the GAWCFO a former HSBC employee? Highly skilled in the "art" of finance that company is, as we've all learned recently.
So, either out of his depth, clueless about the technology (despite its impact and intricate web of wallets and transactions) on his department or ....?
The money has been an issue for some time we learned ...

So as always, follow the blockchain as it WILL tell the truth about the money.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say there would have been some large holders of XPY at some point that were close to or inside the company, every stable takes a bet on its horse on raceday right? as things were unraveling at GAW and they have, for some months, these people offloaded their coins into the markets. Also, those that were fired, dismissed or chose to leave, if they hadnt already, would also dump.....

It would be interesting to see the if any of this matches up.
