Before this goes off topic even more with useless investing advice, reminiscing of past zumzero antics, and the usual splash of bitching and moaning.....

In time I expect a full, frank, honest and detailed response from Ken which explains just what went wrong.

He's never been close to full, frank or honest in the past. Not sure why you would expect him to start now

And we're back around to bat shit crazy status again. That didn't last long.

So are the ActM rigs still mining at ALL?

Schrodinger's Rigs

They are both mining and not mining at the same time depending on how you look at it.
25  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (235 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: July 30, 2014, 02:31:56 PM
Oh silly Brandon Roll Eyes

You are always so misinformed about so many matters.  It's one of your more charming attributes.   Cheesy

Icedrill's order (and subsequent share trade-ins) were first on HF's delivery list.  Also, I still have tens of thousands of shares.  Do you?

Despite having received my Batch Zero order, I'm a creditor as well.  Are you?  If so, what may I do to help our team?  That's why I'm here BTW...

I'm glad you received your trade-in units.

Not that it matters but you had a considerable amount of shares prior to trading in so having "tens of thousands" of shares left means you did trade quite a bit of them in.

I have quite a few shares (If I didn't I wouldn't be in this thread)

I'm not a creditor of HashFast (unless you count being an investor in ID who is a creditor)

I guess since you were working with HashFast for sometime you could shed some light on why "Icedrill's order (and subsequent share trade-ins) were first on HF's delivery list" yet IceDrill only receive a small % of their machines. It would be interesting to know this coming from an "insider". Unfortunately I'm not sure how much this would mean as there are considerable credibility issues.
26  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (235 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: July 30, 2014, 01:44:04 PM
...

Really Ralph?

Why are you posting on all of these threads again? I was under the impression you traded most if not all of your shares for HashFast gear and were no longer considered an investor in this company.

If HashFast followed the correct queue that would mean you still haven't received anything and should be helping creditors instead of harassing them.

Of course since you worked for HashFasts tech support department maybe the above scenario is different. :|

Sorry if this has been asked before, is there a point for a non US based shareholder to provide details to the investigators?  Or can they force the company to buy back all the shares at say IPO price and shareholders will get some re-reimbursement this way (prob a best case scenario)?

If they do a "forced buyback" or restitution you can probably bet they will have everyone file a "Claim" where you would submit your information anyways.

As was said before it only takes a phone call to ask this question to the MSD as no one has really said one way or the other on here.

Is there any mail template to write to MSD? Thanks.

These were some of the questions asked by the MSD, this will probably be a good start.

Date shares were purchased –

How and where were the shares were purchased –

What convinced you to buy  shares in AMC –

Who provided information to you regarding the investment –

What evidence of purchase do you have, documents, etc. –

Did you review any offering materials before purchasing shares –

Are you an accredited investor –

Any additional information you can supply regarding what you were led to believe about Ken Slaughter, AMC or the investment, including any untrue statements

Your contact information, address, phone, etc.

Has there been any update on who can claim on the deal with Missouri.

Is it still just original IPO?

Not sure, I still haven't heard back from the MSI since I replied to their email and provided my rundown of events.

Last heard from them on July 7th.

I'm sure once they have information they will make it very public.

31  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: [Setup & Troubleshoot] Bitmain AntMiner S3 440GH/S Miner on: July 17, 2014, 06:04:05 PM
This is an ass backwards guide for IP settings on your antminers. Don't follow OP's instructions. Do it the same way as the S1.

Makes sense why I was so confused.

I have a custom gateway so originally I had to plug the S3 into my laptop, configure the LAN to look at 192.168.1.X (anything besides 99 as AntMiner is on that)
Log into the GUI via 192.168.1.99
Turn the WAN to DHCP so it automatically found the correct IP when I plugged it directly into the switch
Found the IP it was using and was able to log into the GUI and change miner settings
Worked like a charm, really really simple and easy if you know what you are doing hah

I even found a use for some of my old PSUs that were powering some MrTeal Chilis (Sadly put into retirement/sold)

32  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: [Setup & Troubleshoot] Bitmain AntMiner S3 440GH/S Miner on: July 17, 2014, 03:40:27 PM
Received 2x AntMiner S3s

Connected to the GUI but can't seem to get them mining.

I think they are only connected locally and not to the internet. Any ideas?

My gateway isn't the normal 192.168.1.1 so had a few issues but
Edt: Turned the WAN to DHCP and it picked it up and they are mining!

the Commissioner set a pre-hearing conference date of July 15, 2014 and a hearing date of September 9, 2014.

Ken is probably saving his pennies for this. Legal defense is going to cost quite a bit as well as the fines and restitution once he loses. He's only going to pay back what a court specifically says he has to. So it looks like all "refunds" that haven't received anything should start contacting WoodLaw.

zumzero; you defend the company frequently, can you put a positive spin on this?

36  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: July 03, 2014, 10:19:59 PM
he's running an enormous farm of his own which is still growing faster than the difficulty?
It's not growing at all, but thanks for the compliment Smiley

No, he's taken a big hit over this company
~93 BTC (I actually had to do the accounting for the MSD), nothing substantial like some others in here Sad

You'd think he believes I'm in cahoots with Ken. Hehe.  Wink
Nah you are bat shit crazy and Ken is just a deceitful con artist.

The truth is I am not crazy regardless of how many times Blah says it
That is true, you are not crazy because I said it. You are crazy because of what you write, say, and how you act. It's become endearing though honestly.

Stop calling it a scam when you know it's not.
It's a scam

Stop publicly crying and humiliating yourselves and just grow a pair for crying out loud.
No you!

Zumzero you say you accepted your loss, but you haven't without closure. I suggest you never come back to these threads and keep your thoughts to yourself.

That kind of self control/discipline simply does not exist in him. We should embrace his crazy with hugs, understanding, and pity.
38  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: July 03, 2014, 12:29:39 PM
It's even harder when you lose hundreds of btc to MtGox.

There is no proof that he lost a single cent with MtGox.

There is no proof he didn't nor is there any proof this is a scam, I am not delusional but do get off winding you fuckers up.  I always have. HAHAHAHA!

You even make me laugh sometimes, Ken!

Don't get a crazed lunatic confused with the con man that is Ken. Some people like Zumzero will never truly be able to deal with their loss and as such have to act out on a forum.

We're here for you buddy.
39  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: July 02, 2014, 05:58:21 PM
Stratigically sound? I don't give a shit. I was the first person to ever order anything from Vmc ever back in early august or 2013. This has been almost a year. I asked for a refund early as hell. Stratigically sound? How about morally sound?

Well I filled out the form scanned it and emailed it to the address on the form. So is this actually going to happen in the 7 business days that you said it would take or is this just more bullshit? The total is $25,931.60. I want to see about 44btc in my account pronto buddy!

Are you asking for a refund on the gear you claimed was "DOA" or is this for other gear you ordered and never received?

Just trying to clarify so others know if you do get a refund.

??
