21  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: November 16, 2015, 01:29:27 AM
There is no need to stay away from gambling if you really like it. Just give your income to your beloved ones. Ask them to give you small amount of money when you play.
22  Economy / Gambling / Re: What attracts you to a casino? on: November 16, 2015, 01:26:49 AM
I will try a casino if the house edge is low and good user interface. I know I will not win if I play long enough. But I want to play long enough with limited amount of stakes.
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting a living from Gmabling alone is possible? on: November 16, 2015, 01:14:07 AM
i strongly believe that make a living just from gambling is possible but there are some lucky people who win vast amounts of money on poker

It is possible to live on gambling, but it is only for very skilled professionals. For ordinary people like us, we gamble only for fun, not to earn a living from it.
24  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much gambling will impact on full time gamblers family? on: November 15, 2015, 02:36:49 PM
Addicted person doesn't think of anything else that how to satisfy his/her need of stimulants.
Addicted gamblers don't want to earn big money and stop. They want to play endlessly to satisfy their urges.

Addicted people might think about their family, but put family in lower than the addicted causes. If they have some money, they will spend on the addition first, on family second.
25  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-11-14] The Bank Of Canada Is Siding With Bitcoin on: November 15, 2015, 12:01:20 PM
If the Canadians study more about bitcoin and find its use in real life economy, they will find the benefit of bitcoin. If it is adopted in Canada earlier than other nations, they might have some competition edge.
26  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting a living from Gmabling alone is possible? on: November 15, 2015, 11:55:27 AM
Can a full time gambler lead a life just from the earning from gambling. I think it's possible when we get some experience over time. But some of friends claim they are all successful from day one itself.
It would be nice if you share your experience whether a modern days internet gambling will provide enough and regular money for getting a living out of it.
The question here for you long ? What is your financial security in life ? I'm sure the gambling services don't offer any benefits or life insurance polices .So why gamble when you're life is more secure in a minimum low payout job ? You're in profit if you have a medical insurance or pension polices by your company.

When you say gambling services don't offer any benefits,, do you mean the gambler? A gambler has to earn everything himself. When we are employed by other employer, we EARN all the benefits, those are not given to us for free.

Gambling: A section turning out to be a place where spammers are creating shitty threads.

That is right to some extent. In the gambling section, in the threads you will see many posts with signature campaigns. I think maybe over 50% of the post are from campaigners.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: November 14, 2015, 11:25:20 PM
i am not familiar with the coin production of Monero. How many coins will be created/mined over the next years. is there a graphic of coin creation over the complete horizon like for Bitcoin?

This should help you:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qXi7zUSIh7F6UuSuhOryyFbHEy_LJuym3I3neAga_2s/edit?usp=sharing

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/db/Monero_coin_supply_and_inflation_over_time.png

Furthermore, Monero has a perpetual inflation. That is, after all the initial coins are emitted, Monero has an inflation of ~1% a year. It's actually 0.3 XMR per block (blocktime is 1 minute (will be changed to 2 soon, but rewards will stay the same, so still 0.3 per minute)). Due to this formula, percentage wise the inflation gets lower every year.

Also, from the wikipedia:
Quote
Slowly decreasing block reward reaching approx 18.4 million XMR in 8 years,[1] and then a "tail emission" creates a constant increase in money supply amounting to 157,788 XMR per year (mining incentive). This corresponds to an inflation rate of 0.87% around the year 2022, monotonically decreasing towards 0% asymptotically. [2]/quote]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monero_(cryptocurrency)

If the emission rate is fixed at 157,788 per year, then the inflation will be almost 0 after 20 years. But the paragraph above also mentioned less than 1% a year. I thought that inflation figure is fixed. So annual emission will increase although the rate is kept below 1%.
29  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: November 14, 2015, 11:17:04 PM
It isn't safe to gamble even with high chance, people have lost on their first bet on high chances. That being said, no strategies work either. Most strategy requires unlimited bankroll which is impossible and progresses when a bet loses. It also requires an unlimited table limit.

Best strategy for not losing is not to gamble. But you lose the fun from gambling as well. So we can gamble, but do not lose more than 1% of  daily income in a day while gambling.
Not gambling is a precautionary move and is not a safe strategy ..
considering your logic you would lose the 99% fun if you just play with 1% .

It is true that if you play for less, you get less fun. But losing more is less fun too. So it is better to lose what you can afford. Do not let gambling ruin our life. And make gambling fun.
30  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: November 14, 2015, 11:12:41 PM
Yust buy 2 BTC a year and if you are lucky that BTC increase in 20 years.

Than you have a awesome retirement.
This will not work. You have to start accumulating now that it's cheap as hell. Someone with a decent job should be able to buy at least 1 BTC monthly at current price. One must keep on pushing monthly to buy ideally at least 1 entire BTC.

In a couple of years, this will not be possible anymore, due the price increase.

Buying one bitcoin a month is not difficult for somebody with a decent job. It is like a saving scheme. Over the years, you can buy fewer and fewer each month when the price rise.
31  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 14, 2015, 10:29:03 PM
My earning by doing gambling not consistent sometime i get up to 0.14 btc but on other i lost all my profit on other bet so that it is much hard to tell the accurate amount at this moment.

The earning from gambling is lucky based, it is not consistent. So it is difficult to live on it if you are not professional gambler. It is better to save some when you are lucky.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you going to spend your bitcoin on? on: November 14, 2015, 07:18:37 AM
I am going to use Bitcoin for Buying Products online and Shopping. If not i simply Withdraw bitcoins to my Local Bank and I will Encash the Amount in my Local Currency.

That is a very good idea. We should  use bitcoin when/wherever possible. It is better to use the bitcoin directly so as to increase the usage and wide the adoption. This is good for the value of bitcoin.
33  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Happen If Gambling was not introduced? on: November 14, 2015, 07:15:09 AM
Positive side : There will be less crime that cause by gambling, many people will having healthy economic so it will prevent someone for lending etc

Negative side : Country's income will be decrease, there will be more unemployee , There will be less entertainment

Gambling just redistributes the wealth of the society. It does not create new jobs. The gambling jobs will go elsewhere such as tourism, online game etc. Tourism and online gaming are also entertainment.
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: November 14, 2015, 04:50:59 AM
Yust buy 2 BTC a year and if you are lucky that BTC increase in 20 years.

Expecting Bitcoins value to rise over the years, buying 2 BTC can become really tough at some point. So I think someone should set himself a target of how much bitcoins he wants to own one day(make a specific date). And therefore make a plan how much to buy a year depending from actual market price.

It is relatively easy to buy 2 bitcoin in certain period. But will only work in the next few years. When Bitcoin gets used more widely, its price will rise. It is difficult to buy two coin.
35  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting a living from Gmabling alone is possible? on: November 14, 2015, 04:47:02 AM
No.

 totally you cant.

gambling is all about LUCK!

better work hard so you can get a living!

For us gamblers, gambling is all about lucky and house edge. We may win some times because of good lucky. We will lose because of house edge. If we play enough, we will lose.
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Morecoin analysis [bitcoin/USD market observations] on: November 14, 2015, 04:43:48 AM
For shorters it could be a bad play.  I see decent sideways movement for awhile.

So do I. I think the price will around $320 for about a month. The bitcoin price has risen too fast in the last 30 days. It is beter to consolidate before rising again.
37  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: November 14, 2015, 04:40:34 AM

In gambling no safe methode, just win or lose.  We know that.!!!
I play in gambling just for a luck  and i know the risk about it.
So. We always ready for lose your money.

It is good to be realistic about the outcome of gambling. If we are lucky, we can win  some. If we are average lucky, we will lose. Most of us are average luck if we play long enough. The lucky is distributed normally
38  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you play loteries ,did you won something on: November 11, 2015, 07:08:07 AM
I have been playing a little in past, but without spectacular results..

But my boss is playing regularly and he spend 150 - 300 euros per week!!! But i understand him.. He won two times - first 150k euros and second 100k euros.. I think he play Euromillions..

You're boss reminds me one of my father's friends. He won once the 1st prize in the National Lotto. After that, he has been playing for years without any further luck. Fortunately for him, he did some good investments with the money of the prize and now he has a modest living.

The main attraction of lottery is that you there is very large sum of jackpot. So if you win, you win big. That could be the reason there are so many people play lottery. They all want to be rich overnight. In Euro millions lottery, when the accumulated prize is over hundreds million euros, there are even more people play it.
39  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: November 10, 2015, 02:15:47 PM
Waw! That is really a smart Idea to retire with 2 or more BTC.

I think I will buy some bitcoin for this plan.

If every user in this form buys 2 or more bitcoin, there is not enough bitcoin out there for us to buy. The price will go through the roof. Hope the price will not crash afterwards. Enjoy the dreams.

I don't play online, more likely real slots machines. Last weekend, in saturday, i have two times win - one time 200 euros, second time 350.. But... Finally i lost everything.. Easy come easy go. But it was fun!

Real slots is fun, you can the images and hear the sounds in a properly environment. Did you make a decision to stop when you won 500 Euro? Sorry to see your loss. But it happens to most people.
