That's right, AS Roma has officially appointed Ivan Juric as De Rossi's successor, actually De Rossi dismissal surprised me, we know their travel statistics at the beginning of this season were very bad. Fans expectations of De Rossi were previously quite high when he took over from Mourinho, he was considered to have made AS Roma develop for the better. Ivan Juric will be contracted until the end of the season, if he succeeds in presenting a ticket to the Champions League, reportedly his contract will be extended. The Italian League this season is more competitive than last season, even Udinese who were at the bottom of the table last season have now made good improvements if De Rossi cannot improve the club's performance of course he will experience the same fate as Jose Mourinho and I think there is something wrong with De Rossi's strategy I think he is not compatible with the overhaul of new players he tried to overhaul the players left by Jose Mourinho but in the end he could not handle it. If Erik Ten Hag is able to successfully win the FA cup and Carabao Cup that is huge success for the club because as they say “one big journey begins with just a step”. If Erik Ten Hag is capable of achieving that he can be trusted with the task of achieving even more with time. Right now, the main focus should be reviving the team and maintaining consistency this season.
Eric Ten Hag isn't the best coach for Manchester United and not a bad one either. He might be able to maintain Manchester United in one of the spots dedicated for UEFA competitions or he can progress with the team in a side competition like FA Cup but definitely it will be hard for him and his team to win other competitions especially EPL. |

Juventus and PSV, Young Boys and Aston Villa met in the opening matches of the Champions League.
Aston Villa managed to get a good win by defeating their opponent 3-0 away from home without much difficulty.
Juventus, on the other hand, opened the gap against PSV in the first half and gained the superiority over its opponent.Juventus started the second half with a goal and increased the difference to 3 in the 52nd minute.PSV scored in the last minutes, but unfortunately it didn't mean much.The match ended with a 3-1 Juventus victory.
We were afraid from Juventus to fail or not to score but they succeeded to score 3 goals and to win that game. Such result will make them play more comfortably in the next games. Although i pick Juventus to win the game against PSV, but i consider this as a very risky decision. Juventus has been so poor in their recent games. Their attackers are completely losing their sharpness. They have terrible build up, and defence. But i bet on their superiority over PSV.
I don't trust Juventus that much because they kept fluctuating badly since few seasons. This time they started well Serie A before they started missing points. Now in UEFA Champions League, things became more difficult and quite random because all teams want to progress as far as possible in this competition and Juventus used to walk away fast. Barcelona is by far the team playing the best football in the league. They're 5 for 5. Today's game was similar to Valladolid last week, they scored 4 goals, but they could have scored more. They wasted many goal positions. Considering how much trouble Girona were to all teams last year, the different Barca win in this game makes more sense. Barca passed a difficult away game very comfortably. Hansi Flick's touch on the team is felt to the maximum.

Juventus in last night's match really struggled to score a goal against Empoli, playing as a guest Juventus was really frustrated by Empoli's very good and strong defense plus Empoli's goalkeeper D. Vásquez and S. Esposito, Empoli's forwards who put pressure on the counterattack created in the final minutes of the second half made Juventus' defense even more confused and even Empoli almost scored a goal in last night's match, but the draw certainly benefited Empoli.
Empoli is no match for Juventus and I still believe that if it was home match for Juventus, they would definitely win the match with at least 1-0 but Empoli stood their ground and really took the advantage of home and their good defense team. It is true that playing at home is theoretically an advantage for the hosting team but we are here talking about Juventus playing away against Empoli.. That opponent is a team playing just to stay in Serie A each season and in the previous season they were very close from relegation. Juventus has no excuses in my opinion to miss points against them. They dominated the game and missed opportunities. They even missed the opportunity to stay first in Serie A and let Napoli advance in the first place after their 4 goals victory against Cagliari. It was easy work for Monaco just as I expected. A comfortable 3-0 victory. Auxerre weren't a serious opponent for them honestly. They are a newcomer in the Ligue 1 you know. When it comes to PSG, they didn't have a very difficult job either. Maybe they conceded the first goal but I don't think the people who bet on their win got worried too much. Because we have all seen how they started.  Lastly Marseille... They looked really decent with that 2-0 win. It is entertaining to watch their football so far honestly. I hope they can stay in the title race with PSG. Wouldn't it be fun to add some excitement into it?  A clear victories for PSG, Monaco and Marseille with at least two goals difference at home for PSG and Marseille and away for Monaco which played away. Damn... Liverpool even missed a goal, for some reason they are still struggling to score early, maybe because Forest have a pretty solid defense now so it is still difficult to do it.
They fucked up. After 55 years, forest managed to win and in a match where I had a bet for both team to score. When forest scored it was obvious that Liverpool will score too. I was almost 100% sure that I was going to win the bet slip. 5 mBTC wasted. Prediction line up Real Sociedad vs Real Madrid.
If the line up is like this, I am still sure that Madrid will be able to steal 3 points from Real Sociedad. In terms of the quality of the players currently owned by Madrid, it is still very strong and even though several main players are injured, Madrid attack line is still very perfect.
Ancelotti will currently try to focus on the defense position which may later be strengthened and replaced with equivalent players. Madrid will get a narrow victory.
My prediction is 1-2 or 0-1 victory for Madrid.
Real Sociedad isn't playing as they used to do in the previous seasons, at least since the beginning of the season. Sociedad has only four points from a victory and a draw in the four rounds played until now. They received more goals than they scored and they didn't score many.. Meanwhile Real Madrid woke up and its players coordinate better than the start of the season. A victory for Real Madrid by two goals at least is expected. |

Leipzig played well but couldn't come away with 3 points. Union Berlin was the more active team in the second half, but the lack of goals in this match was really interesting.
Stuttgart managed to beat M.Gladbach 3-1 away from home. They were also among the teams that performed well last season. This season they got their first win.
From what I see here, favourite teams won their games except Leipzig which managed to get a single point from its goalless draw match. They lost their chance to stay in the first place and gave Bayern Munich an opportunity to stay alone in it since all teams lost points except Bayern Munich which will play later against Holstein Kiel and win it most likely. For Stuttgart, I doubt they will perform as the previous year. I think Dortmund, Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich will stay in top as usual followed by Freiburg and Frankfurt. |
