But recently Bayern Munich was very unstable, they got Nagelsmann fired from this team and now Tuchel is very close to leaving Bayern Munich which is not good for a team like Bayern Munich.

Yes, fortunately, Roma is currently in pretty good condition under their new coach. Maybe they were worried because Roma's performance had really declined over time.
