Why do you think Manchester City won’t be the champions of next season, and why do you think Arsenal will be the one to win it? We know that Arsenal has competed with Manchester City for two consecutive seasons, and they ended the season in second place. I don’t really see why you think Arsenal will win it this time around. Arsenal have been in the race for this title for the past two seasons now, and we all know how far they have gone in this competition, so this gives people another hopes ahead of the next season competition. They have the full squad that won them a trophy, and they don't have problems in their positions. However, let's see how Arsenal will turn up next season. I know they will be ready for it, and I think they have known their mistakes by now. Arsenal did pretty well in the last year and the year before but they can't stand up to the last games of each season.. The problem is partially few mistakes that cost gunners a lot at the end and partially due to Manchester City being very good since years. This could have actually been a more enjoyable tournament if some other favourites also played better. I mean England and France especially here. I can say England were better to watch at least but still not good enough. Bu thankfully we had Spain and Germany as well.  After Germany were eliminated I was fully confident about Spain to win the title. Nothing is guaranteed in football, I know. But Spain were just too good to believe in a different team to make it. After Southgate announced his decision, I guess Deschamps is next?  The consequences of this tournament is taking place already few days after the end of it. Southgate is no more popular in England for quite a while and people asked him to leave. After the failure of the team over and over, I think a new era should take place. Yesterday, Spain defeated England to win the UEFA Euros Championship while Argentina defeated Colombia in the final of the Copa America to clinch the trophy which means that Spain and Argentina are going to meet each in the Finalissima. It's a dream come through for Spain's young winger Lamine Yamal who had a very impressive performance in the European championship.
That game will take place in 2025 so it isn't that close. Both Messi and Yamal will resume playing in their leagues along with the other players before facing each others. There will be international games in between. It will be an interesting match between the two nations which are the best in the world right now with the failure of France and especially Brazil. |

First half done, England is really on the receiving side of this match, Spain is really pressing them, they only awoke in the final minutes of the first half. Spain has the possession but can hardly properly penetrate the English box 18. They need to be more creative to overcome the English defense. Walker is doing a very good job stopping Williams from unleashing mayhem on the defense. Williams changed wing and he still changed with him to continue his checkmating his excesses. Nice display from the gallant defender.
Saka is invisible in this match. I think Southgate is lacking the good choice of players to put in this match. He really needs to introduce Palmer to have a proper impact on the Spanish defense and create something good that can really convert. I'll propose he removes Saka and put Palmer for greater effectives of the forward.

England need to make a lot of changes instead of just defending well, I mean they need to go out and attack and increase the pressure on the Spanish defence. Without Rodri in the second half it might have been different for Spain, so England could have taken advantage of this. And now we both see that Spain has taken a 1-0 lead at the start of the second half through Nico Williams' goal. Lamine Yamal created a good assist which was maximized by Nico Williams, clearly this really hit England's mentality. It is clear that Spain will be just as dominant in the second half and they will increase the pressure so that England cannot develop their game, but there is still plenty of time for Gareth Southgate if he wants to change his game and strategy. Palmer the game changer had entered and the game changed considerably, all of a sudden Saka is now active since someone meaningful is now feeding him proper passes and good support. Did someone notice that the main problem of this match was Kane who was almost invisible and the match came alive starting from his exit. Scores leveled 1:1 game on. Now the game looks more like a competition. Kane is an unlucky player whether in Spurs or Bayern Munich. He cannot win anything even though he is a good player.
