You called me out with my real name several times. I need to know the name of the idiotic puppet I'm talking to.
Or are you just a puppet hiding behind a fake name?
Because you are not here just wasting expensive DB space given how hard it is for thermos to run this website, right?

You didn't mention your name, Idiot.

Look, the idiot is back. Would you mind repeating me your full name, idiot? R-something?

The service they used to promise the 1 to 1 BTC refund. Nice.

That's what the law allows them to do. And btw, those claims will probably have a higher priority over ours. HF units are continually failing. A request for RMA with CoolIT failed, quoting a "special agreement" with HashFast. We requested a copy of that agreement, but it was not provided and we were referred to HashFast. It must be assumed that CoolIT is not interested in providing a warranty service on their product. The mining operator is working on salvaging third party parts to create low cost solutions to revive some of the HashFast units, which according to the operator is a slow but successful process. So they paid those coolers at market prices (!!!) and yet they were able to sign a special no-warranty agreement. Take that and apply to everything else this company well oiled group of scammers did...

Quindi... Come posso proporre me stesso nella tua trust list? (che tanto non avrebbe effetto sul mio trust per se, ma solo su quello negativo che do in giro, sai che fico avere il potere di far apparire i numeri in rosso...).

Him and who else? I can't believe nothing was done about it during the last year or so. The most paid sales guy in the world.

Would like to know as well.

I do like the idea of compiling and keeping current the list of real names and offenses. Davide, you were always a little skittish about that. But remember, you're not defaming or libeling anybody if what you say is true. I usually get that kind of threats twice a week since when I was 15. Even from people like Berlusconi's lawyers. Maybe I already said it. I understand that, and yes, I was being too precautionary. It's evident that the goal was not only to screw us, but to push that LB sale that would have unbelievably benefited them after having screwed us for almost a year. If you had time to write something for hashfast.org, I would be happy to host it. I've just noticed the other day that when I bought the domain I prepaid it for 10 years. That should be telling of my feelings at the time. Yes, it made it for quite an interesting reading this morning Related: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/coflynn/chipwhisperer-lite-a-new-era-of-hardware-security

I guess we should be happy our money is kept safe not kept on btce.

You have been warned. Govern yourself accordingly. I would say that the warning was ignored, and that you can send me the excel that I will format for hashfast.org along with his full name so that I can start a page on him as well. I certainly wouldn't want to have a psychopath as an employee.

iCEBREAKER wonder how much you could recoup there. Are they not suing him as well? I would. You know, nothing to lose.

Thanks for explaining.
So, what is the difference to creditors between the liquidation trust they keep talking about (staying in chapter 11) vs. changing to chapter 7 and liquidating? IOW, what value does this liquidation trust being advocated add to the creditors, when it sounds like all hard assets are gone? The value of the estate is in the claims, like the one against Marc A Lowe. http://hashfast.org/Marc_A._LoweYou have an idea of what will happen to those in the next years if you kept the chapter 11 and the current power balances, while you couldn't predict it if you decided to trust the people that would be imposed with the chapter 7.

Instead, some of you here, became conformists and tried to strike a deal with him. Don't confuse actual people "striking a deal" with him from puppets appearing to be doing so, because I only saw the latter happening.

Yeah, but someone would have to hack cloudflares servers to be able to access the data right? (or your server). And btw, usually in their setups the client to cloudflare communications are encrypted, but the cloudflare to backend ones are not. So it's basically only making it simpler for the government to listen to it, by centralising it.

The SSL certificate expired and I didn't have time or will to update it yet. And no, the project is not dead. I'm waiting for thermos and his move, that should be here by now (since that it was promised by the end of February).

Small investment wasted, got 1 refund at least. its a shame how much damage you guys did to everyone else... if only you had listened to reason instead of fear. Right, because the scammers wouldn't have scammed you harder if you left them to their business. I would repeat it ad infinitum, but I know that you wouldn't listen, so I will just point it out once a month or so.

So, did anyone report Mark A Lowe to the IRS yet? I don't want him to be able to somehow settle by voluntarily disclosing it, if that's a possibility over there.
