You do realise that you have in your hands hardware that was supposed to be shipped to HashFast customers that bought as late as in 2013, right?

I'm speechless.

Screwing them legally is always better than being screwed by their actions.

The "no matter what you do" part is funny, as you are not doing anything. You are not shipping. You are not delivering. You are not responding to support email requests. You are not responding to support phone calls. You are not responding to refund requests.
Their lawyers are taking time.
This is what they are doing.

It looks like that two weeks to order a list of 6 arbitrators in order of preference is not enough for them. They need more (and something tells me that it's just the beginning).

If they ever do, I have a bad feeling that the early batch customers will never see any hardware if they haven't gotten it already....
Moving away from preorders is certainly a wise move to clear their reputation. No one would give a damn if they were to ship in 24 hours.

But, the preorder business is incredibly profitable, and they know it.

We don't have the actual numbers to know what would be more profitable between restoring their reputation or saying goodbye to preorders for the rest of their existence. I would love to have them.

Repost #5:

Hi cedivad,
The windfall-seekers are the very few people demanding a ~600% return on ~$100 BTC they spent a long time ago, to buy risky ASIC pre-orders.
The vast majority of HashFast customers are far more reasonable, and have every right to be antsy and impatient w/r/t shipment of their equipment.
Because there are so many moving parts in our supply chain, making a firm promise for a delivery date isn't going to happen (we've starred in that movie before, and it got terrible reviews).
All I can do at this point is assure everyone we are not a fly-by-night operation and are doing our very best to deliver ASAP.
That's not good enough for the haters suffering from HashFast Derangement Syndrome, but nothing ever is.   Undecided

It's interesting that you can't make a "firm promise for a delivery date" for MPP/upgrades or current customers but you can when trying to gather new orders for your may delivery.

Availability:  Evo Batch 2 will start shipping in May 2014, completing by month-end

Quoting me removing the message quoted? That's something new. I will repost it again, just because i don't understand your move.

Not many customers took advantage of the full refund provision, but some did, and they have been paid (except for those windfall-seekers who returned the check and now tell lies about how HashFast sent them nothing).
I received nothing, good luck with proving the opposite.

Anyway... The question is still why the hell your customers didn't received their machines if you claim to have build them? Are they "windfall-seekers" customers that are lying about not having received the hardware, since that you sent it? The same way you didn't send me a refund check?

829  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcointa.lk, the Bitcointalk community with a 2014 forum software on: March 17, 2014, 07:24:58 PM
As of now someone would have to register on Bitcointa.lk to remove (from public view only) their posts.
Now registered users can see posts that were removed with this method.

However this has to be implemented in a better way by synching moderation activities from Bitcointalk.org, the goal would be to leave everyone able to see removed/edited posts, comparing the history, etc.

That's great news, thanks!
When will us, mere mortals with an internet connection, be able to see it?

I'm not the one trowing BS away to prove my innoncence, (since that it's what you did).
You can see by yourself how miserably you failed your trolling attempt.

or they have paid the R&D costs and now have access to thier own hardware production line for cheap.  Bitfury did this - thats why Dave has an $8M/month farm while the only equipment for sale is about $10/GH
Would anyone be surprised if HashFast Technologies LLC was without a penny and were licensing the ASIC IP from unamed_company LLC? That naturally you can't sue?

Well at least I doubt he's making much anymore. Can't be many people buying from ScamFast now.

This is why they will have to move away from preorders, in favour of shipping in stock products...
