My apologies casinobitco this was due to us being under staffed during the Christmas period. This year we will make sure to explain that we may not be available to send out urgent PR between Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
Does anyone know is this company legit?
They were very talkative about their service but after we made payment they are no longer answering to our emails. So I'm just wondering were we stupid enough to trust them.

Most likely our email landed in your spam folder. I sincerely hope this has been resolved now (I suspect it has), otherwise I look forward to hearing from you.
I've also just realized on this day we were migrating our email system to a new provider.
It is extremely important to me our clients have a positive experience and if you have any more feedback please reply to your PM and we will work something out (I have changed my PM settings here so I can receive PMs from newbies).
