21  Economy / Gambling / Re: [VIP Transfer AVAILABLE] MetaWin.com | The First WEB3 Casino on: May 22, 2024, 01:33:34 PM
If they have money to spend then its good they try this since those VIP could able to see what they are offering and if Metawin didn't offer any VIP transfer program then those people will remain loyal to the casino where they are currently playing. At least they try to offer something new and with that for sure that the other VIP will test out what Metawin could offer to them. Then it will be beneficial to them if those player will also stay or make their casino as their one of their option to gamble when they are exhausted and just want to try other casino to test out their luck.

Although we can't deny that their would be an abuse will happen but for sure Metawin already know this.

Your point is correct but what I think @xlays simply trying to say here that some VIP especially high VIP level on other casino will just play due to bonus offered for this transfer program since they are already heavily invested on their account with other casino that’s why he mention the 50% chance of converting this VIP player to stay loyal.

On the other hand, Metawin is confident enough that this new transfer VIP will stay due to their promotion offered in the casino not to mention those tournaments and VIP benefits that has high value of rewards compared to other casino.

Established casino usually decreases their rewards when they are already settled on building their loyalty user. I think Metawin target are those VIP players that already done to the new adjustment of rewards on established casino which this program is very beneficial.
22  Other / Meta / Re: How would the forum feel/react if Casinos were banned like Mixers? on: May 22, 2024, 01:06:36 PM
Title.

Only hypothetically speaking, because that would literally never happen in a million years.

Right?

Obviously, the post quantity will be lesser that result to less traffic to the forum since online casino are the dominant industry here that contributes with signature campaigns market. Without them maybe some of this company will go to competitor forum since there’s already some forum that being use as an alternative for the banned campaigns.

But this scenario is really possible if ever money laundering becomes rampant on casino industry. This is just less chance to happened since casino has a strict KYC policy implementation to counter this possible laundering as much as possible.
23  Economy / Gambling / Re: Request for feedback: ospex.org decentralized sports speculation dApp on: May 22, 2024, 11:08:28 AM
Feel free to put USDC on both sides, so you're guaranteed to win and can therefore verify that claiming works.

No offense but you will have a hard time finding to try your casino using their money even though they bet both side because it’s hard for us to check the smart contract you are using.

I suggest that you run a review campaign in the services board and offer a reward for the trial while you are the one who will provide the money for testing. This way you can gather valid feedback without someone questioning your project credibility.

You should at least improve the background rather than plain white to make it more lively even though it’s on trial phase.
24  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lunatic gamblers who says Airdrop rewards are free funds. on: May 22, 2024, 10:53:29 AM

To me, they can utilize these so called free money by adding it up to their Bitcoin portfolio or even used it to spend on necessary things instead of dedicating to lavish it on gambling.
There is no free money any where, those who say it free money when you earn the money through airdrop or gambling its not free money because you must have to pay for them indirectly,  take for example in airdrop,  even though you don't invest in those projects with your money, you will still invest your time, that is before you get those airdrop rewards that  is refered free money by many, you have to invest your time into doing the work before getting the rewards and no airdrop will ever reward anyone who didn't put in any efforts in doing the job.

I participate on most of airdrop but it doesn’t consume much time like you did to work for it 8hrs a day. Typically, It just requires to do some minimal task on social media or running a node which your computer will do it for you without the need to monitor freely.

It’s really a free money since there’s only minimal effort for it which you can easily do on your free time to receive this coins. Also some airdrop just need to stake tokens which doesn’t require you to pay. Airdrop in general is just a free money because it’s a reward for supporting the project during their early days.

Back to the topic, regardless of the money acquire through airdrop. It’s already yours once you received it so losing it will be equivalent to the money from your savings once loss in gambling because they are already on your possession.
25  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Religion. Beliefs or Choices? on: May 21, 2024, 02:55:04 PM
Have you ever faced any conflicts between your religious beliefs versus gambling?

There’s no perfect human even cigarette smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages and anything that will harm yourself is not allowed on any religious belief yet people still doing this without any remorse or guilt therefore I don’t feel any conflict on my gambling as long as it didn’t harm me financially and mentally.

Quote
How it happen and how did you handle it?
How do different religions view gambling? What could be the reasons behind it?
Just like what I said above, I’m not considering my gambling activity as a sin since I’m not using in addictive manner. Just using it for leisure time activities.

Most of the religion is against gambling since it cause greed to people which is a sin. If people play casually without any greed feeling then it’s not a sin but just a typical entertainment activity.
26  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What need to follow to play the stress free gambling game on: May 19, 2024, 06:22:57 PM
Play during your free schedule using the money which you are happy to gamble without feeling pressured or attached on it.

Sometimes even using small money makes you stress on gambling if your mind is not clear while you just gamble due to your urge. You should only gamble if you are completely free such as weekends and day offs from job. I experienced many times of being stressed even if I’m losing small amount because I gamble while I still have a lot of pending work that I need to be done within that day.
27  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Im looking for passive ways to earn yield daily weekly ? on: May 19, 2024, 05:58:02 PM
Daily /weekly ?
What Are the risks and rewards what about NEXO it's safe enough to stake or earn yields there ?
any good places for usdt and usdc to earn what are the roi daily weekly ?
In otherwords Im looking ways to put my money on work.

Most of exchange especially Binance offers a passive earning in daily basis. So far, Staking on launchpool is the most profitable when stablecoins is involved since it has FDUSD staking with APY compared normal stablecoin staking.

Binance launchpool staking becomes popular since they feature popular new project that frequently pump on initial listing that gives a chance for a higher profit when you get the rewards tokens from staking.

You have limited choices for better APY if you are using stablecoins since CEX and DeFi offers almost close to each other.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin need more developers? on: May 19, 2024, 05:13:02 PM
Since Bitcoin is complete decentralized, Bitcoin needs a lot of developers to contribute for solving issues and improving the current feature to meet the increasing demand. This why Bitcoin is an open source to become open for collaboration with other developers since Satoshi is already out of the picture.

But right now, Most of the development notably Ordinals and Runes makes Bitcoin like the other Blockchain flooded by shitcoins that spam the mempool due to the hype. This kind of upgrade? creates chaos to Bitcoin.

We need more developers with Satoshi vision and not those shitcoin visionaries that want to apply shitcoin feature on Bitcoin.
29  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading and not something else? on: May 19, 2024, 04:42:32 PM
Why trading? Because it can give you profit while just sitting on your home or doing your work by just purchasing potential tokens and wait for it to pump. You just need time for trading in able to have profit while you can still do your work and still earn at the same time without doing extra job done.

I start trading after being interested on the volatility of the crypto market back on the days when I’m still fresh graduate and very eager to find a good source of income.

I’m only trading on spot market that makes me less pressured when the market is going down because it only gives me paper loss unless I sold my holdings. I’m usually busy at my work so I don’t check often times my holdings.

30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Autotrading system on: May 19, 2024, 04:02:39 PM
Please keep in mind that automatic trading doesn't mean the bot will decide every trade. As a trader it only helps making trade faster and easier with the set of guidelines provided by the trader. It does increase the chance of earning profits but the decision to invest and exit has to be taken by the trader operating the bot. It is not an AI that takes all decisions in account to make a successful and profitable trade.

You’re correct that bots needs to be setup first base on user preferences before it will do automatic trading but the existence of copy trading makes the job of automated trading with the decision of others is possible.

Copy is now very popular instead of bots since exchange shows the winning percentage of each copy traders that helps user to decide who to follow for copy trading. This is much better than bots if you have poor trading skills since it’s like hiring fund manager to trade your assets but the only difference is just you are copying his personal trades.
31  Economy / Gambling / Re: House Edge on: May 18, 2024, 03:38:40 PM
I think the key words here is "in the long run", that is the most realistic explanation on how the house edge will beat us. Of course, when we are lucky we can also win, odds like x10 or x100 is possible in any kind of gambling games, but as we know, casinos doesn't rely on that, they rely on the system of the casino that always gives them the edge every time you spin.

You’re right, House edge is like a cancer that slowly eat your bankroll without even noticing it until you play longer since casino returns has a slight decreased for a 1:1 payout.

Quote
Sports betting is one of the game that doesn't have that "house edge".

Not true. Sportsbook has a house edge. Check sportsbook odds for an even game. You can’t see an even match that has both 2.0 odds on each side since casino applies house edge by lowering both odds below 2.0 despite the winning percentage is just 50/50.

Expected Value(EV) should be zero for a sportsbook doesn’t have a house edge yet most of the bet offered has a -EV which means house edge applies.
32  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My favorite loser on: May 18, 2024, 02:55:08 PM
Do you also have any favorite losers to bet against for profit?

Any NBA team with Lebron is my favorite losers. I’m not a hater of Lebron but I love betting against his teams since there’s a lot of cry baby supporters and bandwagon whenever they enter on playoffs.

His team usually valued more that makes opponents team have higher odds that is perfect for betting. Lebron team always which is perfect to capitalize especially when they are facing teams that low key solid team.
33  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Signature campaign question on: May 18, 2024, 12:45:40 PM

What if damihan kaya natin kung sino mag apply as a merit source, is there a thread here na merong voting poll kung sino qualify as a merit source at least meron tayong ma introduce na bago maliban kay crwth.

34  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale strategy is a failure if you are consistent with it on: May 18, 2024, 12:41:12 PM
Eleven times in a row seems almost impossible, but I lost once ten times in a row too. It that's hard to bear in general, so imagine if you followed the martingale strategy...

The record is 39 times for European roulette.
Just a heads up, if you start with 1$ by the time it hit that you would have had to put 2 billion! on the table to win 1!
But never mind that, most casinos have limits on how much you can bet because they are not stupid, so it's usually in the 1k to 10k, meaning you reached that limit even if you win you still lose overall.

Martingale is a strategy I'm sure casinos advertise themselves because it's mathematically impossible to win in the long run!

On point. Casino set the max bet so that whale players can’t manage to recover quickly using their huge size bankroll but rather force them to engage on long term gambling to slowly recover their huge losses which in theory they will just keep losing due to house edge.

Max bet and Max win is the way for the casino protect their business against high roller players that has a huge size bankroll.
35  Economy / Gambling / Re: I would like to place a $1,000,000 bet on: May 17, 2024, 04:36:54 PM
Not sure if you are for real, this is the first time I saw a member posting about his $1M bet. So I checked your profile and this is what I see
Quote
"This user edited his bet slip, high likely troll." from Solosanz...
so I don't know if this concern is legit. Anyway, the only one that could answer that is the casino/sports here. I'm sure if they can accept that huge bet, they should be messaging you to put your bet on them, no stake as you've mentioned, there are still a lot of popular sportsbook here like sportsbet.io, duelbits, and rollbit.

Ah… now that’s another story. If that’s true, he must be flagged

You probably didn’t know how the flagged system works. The OP is just editing his bet slip just to convince everyone that his decision is correct just like what the tagged sender noted on his reference.

There’s no money involved in here since he is just sharing his bet slip and not cheating against other user. You can only flagged someone here if there’s a written contract / agreement violated or if someone show a high risk behavior such as scamming someone.
36  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack scam - not want pay 1455USDT on: May 17, 2024, 02:42:08 PM

Simply you are using a mobile number that is not yours and from different country to hide your real location. You will not encounter this problem if you will just read their ToS before you play on this casino.

You are still lucky that they allow you to withdraw your entire deposit even if you violate their ToS which will not gonna happened if you play on other casino without active representative here in the forum. Just take your deposit and move on as they will not give you the profit due to this violation.

If you think that the country code of the number specified during registration and your place of residence should match. Firstly, this condition must be specified in the rules - BUT THIS AGAIN IS NOT DONE. and secondly, FORTUNEJACK DOES NOT CHECK YOUR PLACE OF RESIDENCE! Fortunejack only prohibits betting from prohibited locations!

Therefore, I repeat once again that Fortunjack Casino has neither the legal nor the moral right to deprive me of my winnings!

This is a common knowledge that you should use mobile number with matched country code to the country that you choose when you register or else there will be conflict like this.

No one will use a roaming number if you are a permanent resident of a certain country because it costly than the regular sim cards. Their terms about “disposable number” is indeed peculiar but your case falls on that category if you are just using a temporary number even if it’s registered under your name while your real address conflicts on it.

@Fortunejack, maybe you should reconsider this case if this user KYC is valid while his profit is done through clean method because “disposable number” is honestly doesn’t make sense to seize profit. You should close his account the moment he register.
37  Other / Meta / Re: Disable JavaScript dialogues on this website until the next application launch on: May 17, 2024, 02:34:06 PM
What browser you are using and what specific extension for your dark theme? It looks like you are using mobile device due to the notification picture.

Your dark theme version is what I’m looking for because it’s not straining in the eyes. Sorry if I hijack your thread for a different matter. Just curious on what tools you are using because I already tried many dark theme extensions but nothing works like what you are using in the forum.

Appreciate the feedback.
38  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does destiny has influence in the amount we can win in gamble? on: May 17, 2024, 01:22:38 PM

And this makes me to come to a hypothetical conclusion that in gambling each and every person is individually destiny to within the range of certain amount of win. And that if you are not destined to win the high amount you are after, you will never be able to no matter how much you use or the strategy you apply to your bets.

Not to bore us with many words... I want to ask to know about forum members opinions and views about this. Is it what it is or it's just a fallacy?

I think every one of us has an equal chance of luck. It’s like a roulette which you don’t know when will stop on you but we have same opportunity to win that big if they gamble.

Destiny, luck and other random factor might be true or not but there’s no proof about the existence of this factor since it has no physical appearance or there’s no way to measure it.

Let’s think that every one can experience this huge experience at some point of our life if we keep trying.
39  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack scam - not want pay 1455USDT on: May 17, 2024, 01:13:48 PM

my number was not "disposable"! He was active all the time. You could have done any check, but for some reason you decided not to do it!
As of today, the number is not working. But this cannot give you the right to cancel all my winnings!

Do you like to follow rules? Fortunejack the term you use is a "disposable" phone number. Personally, I don’t understand what this means! Please indicate where in your rules the definition of what a “disposable” phone number is stated!!! your rule cannot be applied to me, because in your rules there is no definition of what a “disposable” number is!
Because a number that was previously used, but has ceased to be used over time, cannot be called a "disposable" number! and certainly cannot give you the right to cancel all my winnings!
I am sure that the Bitcoin community will fully support me!

Simply you are using a mobile number that is not yours and from different country to hide your real location. You will not encounter this problem if you will just read their ToS before you play on this casino.

40  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why sports betting? on: May 16, 2024, 04:21:40 PM
Sport betting is one of the easiest betting you could engage yourself with and very smart to understand, and I like it because of the variety of options and it is one of the most popular betting here in forum, I really do prefer sport betting a lot than any other betting company, and I do find a lot winning testimony in sports betting and I am of the person too, I will always prefer sports betting than any other ones, one thing I like about sport betting is because it is online friendly.

It’s not the easiest if you are playing sports betting correctly since you will need to analyze thoroughly the game in able to come up for the best pick for your bets. Unless you are betting blindly without considering analysis of statistics of the team then this is indeed the easiest form of betting.

Slot games is the most easiest type of betting for the record because you will just need to click spin without thinking on what’s the potential outcome because everything is random.

It’s very hard to come up with a decent multiple bet pick on sports quickly unlike on luck based game.
