Although there are many potential and promising coin in cryptocurrency but there is no coin like bitcoin because the coin has different features and technology but ethereum is a very good altcoin and almost has same potentials, it also has a very good technology and it is also promising but it is not as potential as bitcoin. Bitcoin will continue to be the best and most valuable coin in crypto.

Presently, I will suggest that if you have enough spare cash to invest in both coin, you should buy them and hold for long term because they are the most valuable and potential coin in crypto. Bitcoin is as potential as ethereum because of their technology and experienced team members. They also have large community, they reliable and are bot promising coins.

I think they will just fight over dominance. Most of the cryptocurrency out there are fighting for dominance and the existence of EOS will just be the same. I agree that EOS is a good contender for ETH. However, EOS cannot overtake ETH that easily. Just take a look at BTC and BCH. Many had claimed that BCH will overtake BTC but it never happened. This could be the same case. It's too early to conclude anything.
