it depends on the token you have received. Some are on the major exchanges, some are not. But my advice is to be wise when exchanging your tokens, because you might get much better value when you hold them |

It seems very suspicious to me that the BountyHive is a black box. We do not get to see who is entering. There is no spreadsheet. There is no oversight. Bountyhive could be taking half the coins for themselves for all we know.
Then a new bounty comes out.
The bounty fills up and closes faster than airdrops. I'm talking 5k participants within a few hours. Go check every other bounty spreadsheet with public results here on the forum. You do not find anything close to this rate of participation anywhere else.
I have no idea if they are legit or not but something seems off in all of this and I'm writing to see if anyone else has the same suspicions. BountyHive could be pulling off a large heist. How would we know?
I don't know about bountyhive, but if it's not transparent, then don't use it guys. Just stick to the bitcointalk bounty campaigns, it works just fine for me, no need to use third parties... |

it's not constant that the markets need to be only rising. The prices falling is the natural healthy evolution of each sector, cryptcurrencies involved. Just be patient, the marketcaps will grow again. |

Lately I am reading a lot of posts asking: is this airdrop a scam? Is that free ICO a scam?
So I am wondering how can something that doesn't cost you a penny be a scam. Sure, they get your email adress and maybe a ETH Adress, but how can you really be scamed with only this informations? I am not talking about airdrops that require kyc registration, that for sure can be dangerous.

I also found it, they whined like babies. even they told the team an ICO to jump in the market for the value of their coins rise.
they do not allow the developers to focus on their projects, I understand they are investors but when they whimper just because the price goes down it will be a poor quality forum. because there will be a lot of cries from those who start wanting to get a profit in 1 night. whether it is a strategy for the development team to start doing the work or just screaming for them to get a quick profit.
that is exactly my point. Now they're even trying to jeopardize the projects by saying how the markets are falling etc. With certain guys it's just not possible to speak reasonably... |

there is a block explorer at https://explorer.bitcoinatom.io, I don't think you can be looking at the address balance yet, but I understand devs should be replacing this explorer with their official one once it's synced. There you will be able to see your balance. Yes, the official one will be available by end of next week or might be sooner than that. Right now, you can only check the status of a transaction in the above block explorer. bitcoin atom needs to gain more traction by launching its core features because it's really interesting project yet the community is still quite small given its potential. Hope after atomic swaps toolkit the community will grow I think people are already starting to recognize the value of bitcoin atom, at least the mining pools are being launched and miners are joining the project, which is good. Now we will see how it will get reflected on prices. yes there are perhaps 3 mining pools now and telegram main chat consists of 3000 users. It's not much at all. There are coins with tens of thousands of community members which are nowhere near BCA in terms of functionality. |

Hello, I am new in this forum but not new in cryptocurrencies, I started trading cryptocurrency in 2016 and my first cryptocurrency I bought that time is vergecurrency and other penny coin. And I returned my money in bundle because they have good tech and very good team..So early this year I noticed that a lot of coin is now scam and failed promises. So please if you want to buy any coin don't go to coinmarketcap only because coinmarketcap can list any coin without verifying it well, just go to their telegram group and ask questions I think this can help you stay away from scam coin...
that is not enough for a research. of course coinmarketcap listing means absolutely nothing. There are thousands of coins. You need to investigate the coin properly before the investment, not only in telegram group but in general. |

Hi guys, Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that. Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc??? Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins. cheers Suggestion to you as a newbie would be to study the resources about cryptocurrencies before doing anything else. It's very easy to get tricked or hacked when holding the crypto |

Wow, I liked your post actually. You speak the truth and this is what makes most of the ICO fail sometimes. Many times we say that ICO projects are turned into scams but in fact they are the results of those people not supporting it anymore. There is publicity of two types, one that goes completely in positive way where people speak about the project perfectly, they will tell that to others and the project starts getting huge investors base. But, when something is not in line with the project or if there is any delayed development of some kind, then there will be huge set back because of the same people turning back on the project developers. They will be saying all the nonsense about the project thus creating "negative publicity" amongst the people. Thats why they fail in it. But its our duty to stay calm and support the projects in such situation and win the profits.
yeah exactly, I have seen an investor praising the project and investing substantial amount and in a week time turning back on the project founders saying the project is utter shit, just because the price went slightly down during that week, otherwise nothing changed  |
