@arallmuus playing against you is so stressful man- I get notifications every 30 minutes  Grin

HAHA, you bet !

Anyway Southampton didnt win also its under 2.5 goals so another point for me and I double checked to make sure if I had win and yeah I won. Good round for the week, last question between us for tomorrow  Smiley. I hope to score another point for this, need that extra lead ahead because Im currently -3 SD

I am reading the discussion and I have to say that I have never thought about how my opponent will answer a question.

Well regarding this, its actually spot on if you skim through the answers randomly.

Some players would always go for the 'safest' options possible

I also expected a third map, but Vitality showed up with flameZ taking the lead on those two maps and Cloud9 without a main AWPer became a big problem.

The Faze vs. Spirit series is unreal it keeps on giving just when you think it's over. Faze was up 12-5 on a map they don't play and somehow Team Spirit brought it back in OT. The momentum was on their side, but Faze woke up before Spirit could get to 16 rounds.

I watch that one but yeah it was bound to happen because there is no way that Team Spirit was going to win all that way after getting 8 points in a row. You know what even worse, I predicted that Team Spirit was going for a clean sweep of 2-0 while Vitality might be getting over 2.5 maps but in fact it was the contrary. My luck kept getting worse throughout 2024  Grin

So what's next for today? EF-NaVi over 2.5 maps and -1.5 for MOUZ?

Yep , every year we have huge esports events here and the biggest one so far was the Covid TI Dota 2 but unfortunately the arena of 60k places was empty because of Covid.

That one was too bad and it was TI with the biggest prizepool ever. Too bad that it ended up with no supporters at all. I guess we wont be getting anywhere close to this prizepool ever again because currently Riyadh Master will always surpass their limit every year by introducing even bigger prizepool. I kinda wonder how high will we get this year in Riyadh Master

Anyway, I bet on few opening games for The Elite League tournament. As much as I love Nigma, I dont think they will win this one

Yeah, it's weird that Curry's on 34 points in 2 GSW wins. He's almost certainly going under.

41 points is pretty much doable for the baby face assassin imo, I wouldn’t rule that option out just yet, he’s been doing a lot of facilitating the plays especially with Draymond Green continuing is all season long menace and getting ejected yet again just after 3+ minutes into the game.

Pre-injury Curry could have done that for sure but after the injury, highest he has ever got so far was 31 points. He got 60 points once in February though so although it seems unlikely, he might be able to get atleast 41 points on the last game. Although I got him under 75 points for my answers as well, I wouldnt count this as another point yet until the 3rd game is played

I still hold the record for the fastest round against buwaytress - our round lasted only 24hrs I remember.

Dang, if only I got point from that one, the record would have been like 5 hours after the deadline

It's the same for me, i've been returning my profits only because of esports while i've been having more success through other sports.  Tongue

The only team i'm confident on is MOUZ, and i'll probably do a max bet on them to win their series. They're the cleanest team so far and will be up against G2 who have been lackluster regardless of their lucky win against VP.

IMO MOUZ is one of the best teams that could go to the final given their consistency starting from the qualifiers.

Well, as I had expected it. I jinxed it again I guess and yeah it went out of expectation eventhough I confirmed it with you guys first.

I knew for a second there that this bet is going to lose after Team Vitality won their first map. It was pretty one sided for me and yeah they did it again on the 2nd map with even bigger lead so yeah.  Tongue Told ya this curse will never leave me alone, even if I start winning one or two bets, I will end up getting another losing streak again

3-1 is a massive advantage, and losing all points would be disastrous. I'm so darn unfortunate in this round; first, Wales failed to take chances, and now Ruud is ruining the party for me.

Well I just noticed that if only I guessed correctly on question #3, the score would have been 4-1 and this round would be settled instantly after that. Dang, imagine setting up a record on fastest settled round for the season by settling it on tuesday !

If someone had told me I was going to spend two seasons in Division 2 after being relegated, I would have staked my savings against it.

Lol, we both got relegated on the same season and now we are staying low on this division for 2 season straight. Planning on staying for the 3rd season in here?  Tongue Looking at my current statistics, I might be staying here next season if I dont start winning atleast 3 out the next 5 rounds
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: March 27, 2024, 07:52:16 PM
For those tournaments that they are part of and they've got EPT points, they have to collect and win as much as they can for them to get qualified.

Although there are regionals aside from qualification from the points and the actual qualifiers that they have. This is interesting, the prize pool is yet to announce but I am sure it's going to be high.

Well this is going to be interesting because there will be regional qualifiers for MENA region as well. Team Falcons is probably going to be getting into this tournament via the EPT Leaderboard so that leave an extra spot for MENA. Nigma really needs to qualify through this tournamentl, they were basically the first top team in MENA region before all those other teams followed their steps into MENA. Nigma was even part of the invited teams from Riyadh Master 2022 so yeah its going to be another complete embarassment for them

Anyway, Riyadh Master is part of the Esport World Cup though
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: March 27, 2024, 05:33:25 PM
But for me personally, eventhough other teams don't really have a great history in the Champions League but still, there will always be moments for teams that are not seeded to win trophies. Because after all, the Champions League is the most prestigious league andtherefore, all the teams that make it through to this phase will of course do their best, so that any result can happen and it's not always about Real Madrid or Manchester City.

You are not really looking at the bigger picture are you. Obviously the top two teams currently the favourites to win UCL is Real Madrid and Manchester City. This is also based on their current progression on the local league. Two of the german league teams are doing way worse compared to their previous years after Bayern Leverkusen took the lead this year. Two other laliga teams are not as dominant as Real Madrid and thats a fact. As for PSG and Arsenal, we all know how bad these two teams are in international tournaments like this so yeah its either Real Madrid and Manchester City at this point wether we all like it or not
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 10000$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: March 27, 2024, 03:43:34 PM

Well, I'm glad I didn't because my odds aren't looking good after we both lost Q3, and you're currently up 2-1 after 3 questions. Daniel James ruined everything; you can take away someone out of Manchester United, but you can't take their terrible penalty habit away. Wales were the better team but got stuck with inexperienced players.

Its actually 3-1 right now because Ruud was out of the race. I picked No for him while you picked Yes so thats an extra point for me with 2 answers left. Well I hope this wont turn into another sad ending with a draw for me because I really needed this 3 points after losing two times in a row. I'll be happy if either of us dont get any point from question #4 because that means I would win after that

Best of luck though

Sadly we didn't run any sperm on this one - wasted round.

Well yeah lets just enjoy this round. Poland won, thats 1 point for me  Smiley. Nice small lead for now, the next game on question #4 would be on friday so lets chill for now. Same answers on question #5 although I was actually leaning towards curry to score over 75 points but decided not to go with that. Thats expecting curry to score atleast 25 points on each game

To be fair I expected her to do worse then in IW. Miami is always just a week later and same surface, therefore everyone assumes same conditions but they are totally different. I was planning on playing her to not win the tournament so I feel a bit robbed by the void. On the other hand I expected her to loose against someone much better then Alexandrova, would have never predicted an exit this early.

I would still go for Swiatek not to win the tournament though but looking at the answers on the spreadsheet, it looks like most of the early submitters were expecting her to win the tournament

It's also written in the question itself:

Will she win Miami and how dominant will she be? This question is void in case she drops out of the tournament before the deadline, all forfeits later on are counted as valid and last option is correct answer.

Yeah I was kinda surprised with that different treatment between ATP and WTA lol. Did you guys kinda predicted that she will flop when you make that question?

@igebotz : 2 different answers for today between us. Currently Poland and Wales are both tied at 0-0. As for question #3, its currently halftime with total goals combined 4 for now. Im hoping to atleast get a point from this question. Just 1 more goal to void you from getting point from here !

My leans are also the same, i'd assume Team Spirit can end the series within two maps because FaZe keeps underperforming against good teams and starts winning once they get to meet weaker teams like Imperial and Complexity.

Team Vitality is a bit iffy because Cloud9 was kind of impressive with their performance, it could easily go to all three maps or even a series win for Cloud9 if they don't wake up. Also, i've heard from a previous interview that Zywoo played while he was sick and that might've been one of the reasons why we saw him struggle in one of their series.

Gotcha, will bet on these two tomorrow. As for now I cant seems to find these bets on sportsbet yet. So Team Vitality is going to play on the day after tomorrow, this is going to be the first bet and hope I dont jix this one up again. Im sick of all these jinxed that I made, its about time that I start earning some money from all these esport betting. Been losing shit tons of amount only from esports
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: March 26, 2024, 03:33:05 PM
I must say PGL wallachia looks promising and I'm curious if my city Bucharest will host the show here because we have tons of location we can do it + PGL is from Romania. I also love the fact that all the top tiers teams from the world are in the qualification process + the ones who were invited and that means this tournament will be important in prize but also in points.

If I recall, there has been several tournaments on Bucharest and yeah this is going to be another one. As for now this is listed as an offline tournament in Bucharest so you will be able to watch it in your city. I dont know what PGL actually means but they were the organizers for The International 2023 as well so this is going to be huge.

Atleast on this tournament, we wont be watching double group stage which is kinda boring. A single group stage then priceed to playoff is the best format on dota2 !

No one really talk about this because probably none really owned Sportsbot anymore on this forum but as for now, you will need to complete KYC if you want to claim profit share from your Sportsbot. If you came from country on their restricted list then you probably wont be able to claim your profit share anymore. Kudos to @Jayce for sharing this information, I dont hold Sportsbot anymore but I think this information needs to be put in here as a consideration if any of you guys consider on buying it

Well it has been discussed before also but again what happens when the bitcoin price goes too high that even 1 satoshi per Roll becomes expensive?  So here has to be some other formula calculating the hourly free rolls.

At the current price point, 0-9885 roll would be getting 0.00000006 BTC. Thats 6 satoshi per hour

Not gonna lie, Im actually waiting for the day we hit over $100k in price point and I wanna see how freebitco.in handles this. Personally I would never add extra decimals on satoshi because that would be pretty messy so probably making the reward of 0-9885 ranges becomes zero and gives them another reward such as extra lottery tickets or maybe FUN tokens instead
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: March 25, 2024, 06:36:02 PM
I feel bad for VP even though they've been on and off throughout the tournament, they should've had that 2-0 win against G2 if it weren't for the sudden crash on Jame's PC during the 23rd round in Inferno.

FaZe Clan also advanced in the elimination games played yesterday. So we will see them take on Team Spirit later in the week. As well Team Vitality against Cloud 9.
Should make for a good finals right at the end of March next weekend.

Quick question for you two, Team Spirit and Team Vitality -1.5 on both of them for the playoff. Yay or nay on this one? Im abit desperate after catching up all my losing streaks on esports lol. Personally I think Team Spirit will be able to handle -1.5 against FaZe clan but Vitality might not be able to do so. Obviously for the rest of the playoff game, Im leaning onto over 2.5 maps for sure though

I also think that lately Thequin is no longer present in this thread, maybe there is something wrong with this site that we never knew about, I hope this site doesn't close just because the price of bitcoin is soaring and makes many users stop playing free rolls from the site

Actually Quin was online lately but yeah he didnt post anything or said anything about the current situation. Probably losing contact with WetSuit as well?. Anyway the bitcoin price has nothing to do with free rolls on this site because if bitcoin price goes higher, the free amount will always be lower in accordance with the price so thats not going to be an issue.

In fact, most stuff actually based on usd value of bitcoin except for RP. Its still 1 RP = 1 satoshi I assumed?

The rejection of this Lamine Yamal deal just shows that Barcelona are grooming the next generation once the older players retire and it's a welcome move as good players are difficult to comeby ,and if you ask me its better to build a team than buy success!!!

I call this as a bull

If a club offered a youngster 200m, there is no reason to not even take it. Any club would say yes and thats a fact that no other could would deny. Why would a club even reject this offer though, this is going to be a huge transfer record and everyone knows that Barcelona need all the money that they could get their hands on so this is pretty much bullshit for sure
