Yes, it is absolutely true. Now it is a perfect time to buy eth because the value of eth is going down at this time if we now buy eth, then we may get more benefits in the coming weeks.
Why would I buy Ethereum if its value is going down? I think the best time to buy Ethereum and other cryptos as well, is if their price starts to rise or the trend is going upward.

ETH is very good coin after BTC in history of cryptocurrency .i guess it will touch 1000$ in coming few months
Well, that's a good guess and it is possible really because I believe nothing is impossible but difficult. At this moment and time, Ethereum dropped 6.09% and is now trading $200.41 with a market cap of over $20.4 billion. The all-time high it reached this year was recorded on 17th January at $1,417.38 according to CoinMarketCap, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/historical-data/?start=20170909&end=20180909So, let's see the happenings this January next year, would it reach the $1000 level or exceed the record it has made.

I am Ethereum supporter and I think that Ethereum will bounce back next year. Even though Ethereum now is only $199 per coin, I still hold my ETH, I believe that ETH will be $2000 per coin at 2020, then I will get $1800 profit per ETH.
Really? Is that a prediction made by you or a forecast by a crypto news online? Well, anyway, it could be possible but it's very difficult. At the time of writing, Ethereum is downed 5.81% and is valued at $202.62. The only time Ethereum hit a record high of $1,417.38 was on January 10, 2018, according to CoinMarketCap.com, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/historical-data/?start=20170909&end=20180909

Poster reported to mods for promoting bitcoin dot com camped domain.
"ruthbabe" apparently doesn't care about promoting Roger Ver on a Bitcoin forum -- even though Ver is trying every dirty trick in the book to usurp Bitcoin.
Cut that shit out, you newbie.
Sorry, but I have no bad intention or anything in mind doing this thread or that I'm promoting domain bitcoin.com. I'm not an advocate and/or promoter of Roger Ver, nor do I know him. Who am I to interfere with what he wants to do? I just post news about the debate because it's related to Bitcoin, and so I think it is worthy of the discussion and needs to be discussed. However, if the mod tells me that this is a violation of the rules, or news/articles that come from news.bitcoin.com are not allowed outright I will delete this thread, and all the posts I made about that news outlet.

The debate promises to be one of the highlights of the three-day event, watched by 2,500 delegates aboard Coinsbank’s chartered vessel. See more for yourself here.

Very interesting indeed. Another fake news or some sort of FUD? If the news is legit, I'm positive the owner could be a rich Bitcoin whale investor and not Satoshi. Whoever this guy, he intentionally didn't withdraw it last 17 December 2017 as it would create a disastrous impact on the market since its price then would be around $2,220,000,000 billion. It's toooooooo big, really.

Electricity is the number one cost for cryptocurrency mining, giving an edge to whoever can secure it for the lowest price. Bitfarms, which has access to cheap renewable energy in Canada, reports that mining a single BTC cost the company just $1567 in the first half of the year. See more for yourself here.

Interest has piqued in a bitcoin wallet that’s lain dormant for four years. This week’s movement of the funds it contains, worth close to $850 million, has sparked intense debate over whose address it might be. Regardless of which whale holds the rights to it, the wallet’s very existence demonstrates the drawbacks of holding a lot of bitcoins in one address. See more for yourself here.

At the time of writing, EOS (EOS) price has dropped a sizeable 0.68% to $5.93. This loss has reduced the EOS market capitalization to just over $5.37 billion according to CoinMarketCap.com. Any reasons why EOS behaves like this?

Yes, very likely it will recover. It is quite normal for the market to be up and down, and I think it's traders that dictates this scenario. Somebody says, 2018 is a huge year for crypto, so maybe something good will happen in the crypto market, let's hope and wait for it. Just my 2 cents.

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper
How can say that's an ICO if they don't have any whitepaper or a PDF for that matter? Are you going to support the project by sending your hard-earned money? The whitepaper is the foundational document for an ICO, it should lay out the background, goals, strategy, concerns, and timeline for implementation for any blockchain-related project, so, if there is none it should be avoided at all costs. Maybe, you're not aware that " out of every 100 projects 99 is a fraud or a scam, as we used to call it".

It really quite not easy to predict accurately the price of something that fluctuates so much, like Bitcoin, and I think it depends precisely on the decision of people makes every trading day. We can't compare Cryptocurrency market to that of Forex (and/or Stock) market as they're two different things. The truth is nothing can be predicted, everything is all about speculation.
