2001  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: June 15, 2021, 02:33:20 AM
when you click on an article and you read through the end, there is a preview of other articles but you can't scroll to the right. Seems like this is missing.
https://ibb.co/rQfLdhk
Have tried using my laptop and I can confirm that something is missing on the "Relevant News" panel. Using the toucpad scroll also didn't work out.

Perhaps, a scrollbar underneath the articles will do, or maybe a navigation arrow. I also tested it using a smartphone and I have no issues with regards to navigation.
2002  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: June 14, 2021, 09:37:05 AM
The goal is to feature such articles of all the casinos on GOSU - gonna take a while and pretty much a never ending job but I hope it helps.
Have read some of the articles specifically the new Rollbit Binary Trading. It's just a timing to see an article that discusses trading 101 because currently I am studying technical analysis and I find it interesting to see if the trading experience in a casino is different than trading in an exchange.

And yes, it definitely help newbies to at least have an idea of the game they are getting into. Before I forget, I am also finishing other errands to get back into work with you. Thank you soo much!
2003  Economy / Service Discussion / Any reviews about trading jornal application/software/servive? on: June 13, 2021, 10:52:42 AM
Greetings everyone,

I have been looking various trading journal services across different platform including reddit and any other different trading platform and it seems that the popular ones are as follows.

  • TraderSync
  • TraderVue
  • And of course the excel spreadsheet

I wonder if the first 2 platforms also work in cryptocurrency since I found them on forex and stocks trading forum discussion. Would love to know your recommendation of any other platform that you currently use to monitor your win rate, average winning per day, etc. Or I should use an excel spreadsheet to monitor my progress?

Would appreciate if you have any other suggestions in mind that I should consider. Thank you.

Perhaps this link could help you asses the risk you are getting into.

Collection of comprehensive guides on identify and avoid scam projects

Try to invest some of your time reading the guides listed above to give you the gist of how these ICO works and be familiarize on some of the red flags that may arise during, before, and after their market sale. Take note that some of the ICO that appears during bear market could give you negative or less to none profits than participating during bullish season.
2005  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Axie Infinity Thread [self moderated for spammers] on: June 12, 2021, 06:53:25 AM
As the days passed, the regret for not being able to ride the trend of their growing community is somewhat confusing though. It is confusing to the point that even though I have the capacity for buying a decent team, I just can't sacrifice liquidating even just a cent of my crypto portfolio since it nose dives a month ago, and selling them would just turn my long term portfolio to be in vain.

Seeing other people who can provide multiple scholarships is quite a nice investment not only that they can provide a decent monthly wage to many people but also it's a business where they can simply secure a passive income. I am pretty envious of what they achieve but I am also happy that the Axie community is providing oxygen amidst the pandemic. As a latecomer, I just hope that the community will stay here for a longer period so that if ever the opportunity comes forward, I can join the boat too!
2006  Economy / Reputation / Re: Provably Fair Question on: June 12, 2021, 05:46:38 AM
If you think this is suspicious enough, then you might want to avoid Betking.io not because of investment-related feedbacks but
because it require you to edit and save your clientseed before you are given a hash of the serverseed.
Based on my understanding of verifying seeds! I think this is kind of a red flag because technically the server seed is generated by their server and is hashed using the SHA-256 algorithm before it will be given to their user and before the player changed or input his "Client seed."

There is even a previous scam accusation with betking.

2007  Economy / Services / Re: Roobet.com |Roo in Space Art Contest ~ $5000 up for grabs! |10 Winners - 1 Month on: June 12, 2021, 04:52:40 AM
Just a heads up for everyone who is waiting for their prize in their Roobet account. It has finally arrived after just a few days of waiting. If you have problems in withdrawing your winning prizes, make sure that you have completed the Level 1 KYC and deposited at least $5 for the account verification.

2008  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino on: June 11, 2021, 06:57:22 AM
You guys are right but sometimes this mempool fee thingy can be confusing tbh. Today the slow withdraw fee on FBC (faucet) is less than a dollar.
The most easy way to frequently go to your computer, log in to your roobet account and the check if the transaction fee has been lowered or not. Alternatively, you can just check the summary of the data reflected on the mempool by following this thread[1] and this person[2] in twitter or to just study on how read the chart in johoe mempool. There are bunch of useful threads in other section of the forum so that you can estimate when will Roobet lower the tx fee.

2009  Other / Archival / Re: Scalping is the most controversial way to make money. My experience for 4 years on: June 11, 2021, 06:46:56 AM
~snip~

It's too early for you to be disappointed. Wink The thing is that scalping has its own advantages, your training will not be in vain, for several years spent behind the charts I learned a lot, these are the positive aspects of my activity. Money and knowledge. In any case, if you start day-trading it will be useful for your statistics and vision of the market, its understanding. The main thing is not to stay for a long time in short-term trading, because it is not as profitable as compared to other types of trading.
Thank you so much for clearing this up, I thought that my hope in trading will get rekt early at this moment. Honestly, though, I have scanned some of the reddit post that discusses their trading stories just to get my drive up and alive in studying as much as I can in day trading. Reading them thoroughly will at least give you some pattern on how they started from scratch, losses money up to being a consistently profitable trader. It just feels good that there are still other people that gets into the 5%-10% who are successful in this career.

I hope that i could thank myself in the future for learning on how to trade at the young age. Anyhow, thank you for the inspiration. I would love to join if you have a trading community as a hub for learning!
2010  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I get a loan? on: June 11, 2021, 06:19:02 AM
Sure that you have a really massive amount of money invested in crypto and you have the capacity to pay off your loan to your family if ever the market declines, but isn't that enough? I am just saying that be aware of your greed because it is more likely that you'll find yourself in a debt spiral as your greed develops.

Though it is possible to get a loan, however, you should have at least consider having other source of income since you are responsible for loan repayments every month if that's the plan between you and your family. At the end of the day it is a gamble and that's for sure, it is a big win if the price goes otherwise you'll end up getting rekt.
2011  Economy / Services / Re: Roobet.com |Roo in Space Art Contest ~ $5000 up for grabs! |10 Winners - 1 Month on: June 10, 2021, 02:02:15 PM
I haven't got the prize yet in my Roobet account, but I'm not sure if it's only me or if the prizes have not been sent yet. I would like to know if there is an ETA for the prizes
The prize usually arrives into your account after a few days or even a week of waiting.

and if we have to do some wagering requirements before withdrawing them.
As far as I remember, you only need to have a deposited amount of $5 and a complete Level 1 KYC to get your account verified and to be able to withdraw your balance. There is no wager requirement.

Also can develop good and strict disciplines for trading career.
Do you still think that a trading career is still doable? Assuming that you've studied and get your education first and then refining it day by day? Getting education means that you are studying the theoretical concepts, practicing your money in the real market with proper risk and bankroll management and a good mental analysis?

That might sound too optimistic but can we still make a career as a trader?

2013  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: June 10, 2021, 08:59:20 AM
Almost 7 dollars for the slow withdrawal... shouldn't they be reduced by now? Even other sites don't charge higher than a few bucks.
Sometimes it is kind of a waiting game in order to withdraw your funds in the most reasonable transaction fee that you can based on the data presented on the mempool and its relationship with the current hashrate and difficulty.

And I think you don't have any choice to either withdraw your funds now that you are not comfortable with or just wait until the difficulty has been adjusted in the next few days and the mempool gets cleared.
2014  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for work. on: June 10, 2021, 05:30:36 AM
Just a little suggestion though. It would be more helpful if you could at least give some scope of the articles you are comfortable writing. And since you are in a cryptocurrency forum, commonly there are other forum members who are looking for writers that specializes in technical stuff about cryptocurrency in general.

I've seen one hiring thread here but unfortunately they have reached the number of applicants. Browse this section more often, I am certain that you can find one.

2015  Other / Archival / Re: Scalping is the most controversial way to make money. My experience for 4 years on: June 10, 2021, 04:20:33 AM
Finally found a good thread to have an honest conversation with an experienced trader.

I kinda felt a bit of discouragement upon reading your reflection on day trading over the last few years of your work since I just recently started to learn reading charts/T.A 2 weeks earlier. I felt like watching 20+ hours of day trading course and getting an education as much as possible in order to have a clear understanding of theoretical concepts of technical analysis seemed like a waste of time. And the goal of completing the course and applying it to the market with a 1-5 dollar trade for the test of accuracy has been evaporated  Cry

I am a holder myself and I am planning to just trade all the extra amount of only USDT in my pocket hoping to compound or perhaps use them as a tuition fee to experience how day trading works. However, in contrary to your experience between holding and scalping, isn't it you that can miss a handful of small trades which can lead to a much more profitable than holding it long-term? Or maybe I was just inexperienced and has been hardwired from watching a trading course material that is why I came to that conclusion.

Are you still into trading @Ratimov?

2016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin cold wallets on: June 10, 2021, 03:17:29 AM
You might as well answer the questions given by other members to narrow down the choices and to carefully choose which wallet that suits your needs.

Personally, though, since I am just holding few altcoins for a long-term hold, I decided to just use Ledger Nano S because I really don't need a large amount of storage space to keep my altcoins away from a custodial wallet. If you are talking about storing ERC-20 tokens, then you can just integrate your Ledger Device with an external wallet like MyEtherWallet or MyCrypto in managing them. Anyhow, here is the full list of supported[1] coins and tokens of Ledger.

2017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know if an altcoin is a scam? on: June 09, 2021, 08:31:45 AM
what is "degen trade" and how long should I wait in a dip before pulling out?
It's a type of trading technique that focuses on making quick profits. These can currently be used for initiatives such as BSC farming tokens (these are the new ones similar to ICO.). The basic idea is that you will acquire a particular amount of tokens and then swiftly exit once your initial cash has been multiplied and then move on to another project.

Degen trading is quite useful when the market is bullish where every shitty project can sometimes drastically spike in price due to some hype/FOMO and shilling of other people to various crypto communities. Be advised that it's very risky for someone who is not that experienced in this kind of trading or quick investing. Most people call degen traders a suicidal trader of the crypto market. Beware. You can search the web for more info regarding this.
2018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know if an altcoin is a scam? on: June 09, 2021, 07:52:04 AM
Although this was posted almost a year now, I think you can still learn some of the fundamentals and parameters to assess if the token will turn out to be a scam or not. It's a compilation of guides that you can read and it may take you a while to learn the patterns of what a scam project does.

Collection of comprehensive guides on identify and avoid scam projects

Just a heads up, even if the project has something nice to offer to the public, it doesn't mean that they will be always truthful to their investors all the time especially now where the market has turned upside down. I would rather use them to "degen trade" instead of falling in love with these altcoins that pop out of thin air during the bullish season.
2019  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to get news about crypto as soon as possibile on: June 09, 2021, 07:15:05 AM
I think this one below looks the same as this tool

Additionally, if OP wants to have an immediate notification either from his/her android phone or a desktop, he can just set up the CryptoPanic BOT to his discord server. Following the steps indicated from the link below could give him spam of news notifications popping out every minute once the device is connected to internet.

https://cryptopanic.com/developers/bots/docs

I have set up my own CryptoPanic BOT and I find it quite useful to see a pop-up notification while assessing what is the overall health of the market using T.A. Aside from CryptoPanic, just like what everyone has said, Twitter and Reddit can also be a good source of information specifically if you are looking for other people's opinions.
2020  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: June 09, 2021, 06:22:42 AM
also there's a possibility to lock your account if you have a multiple account on Roobet using one device, that could be one terms of Roobet.  Please see below for the possible reason, better to communicate with Roobet now.
So it is always a 1:1 ratio? 1 device per 1 account?

What if for example I only have 1 Roobet account that is created on a computer desktop that is mine and I logged it in into multiple devices let's say for 2 devices both computer desktop that is mine and the other from my friend. Will there be any violation of the TOS if my friend decides to create his Roobet account? Assuming that we have different assigned IP address.
