~snip~
And to Lutpin:
~snip more~
What has any of this to do with your ban?
You know you are only allowed to discuss/appeal your ban.
Trying to attack me is not appealing your ban and hence should be considered as ban evasion.
Stick to the things you are allowed to discuss, yourself.
2002  Economy / Reputation / Re: ATTENTION: Ive been HACKED Account is now secure. Have 'we' talked in past week? on: December 21, 2016, 09:15:48 PM
Ive attempted to sign from my main address. Ive never done it before, so I don't know if it worked.
Here's a tutorial by shorena[1] covering almost all common wallet options and how to sign from each of them.

In the meantime, can this PLEASE be moved back to 'Collectibles'; its where it needs to be seen!
It belongs in this section.
Most of the collectibles guys are aware by now (at least the "core" group is, as we shared it in our chat).
Also, I've left a neutral feedback on your trust page pointing here to increase visibility.
2003  Other / Meta / Re: Girlbtc.com appeal for ban release on: December 21, 2016, 08:58:58 PM
I am not good at English , But I didn't scam anyone in this forum  since 2015/2..
You only threatened to shoot a person, which is a criminal offence. That's as bad as scamming, if not worse.

I came back this October , and Lutpin keeps attacking me(and his alt Johny) , can you tell me why?
Calumny, and wrong assumptions, there's nothing connecting me to that account because I am not connected to it in any given way.

1.Please stoping abusing your power in DT. one of your negative trust will make the new site dead.
Whether or not I trust you is my decision. When I don't trust you, it also is my decision whether or not I publicly state that with a feedback.
It seems people do trust my judgment, hence I was added on DT by Blazed. Whether or not I stay there is not your decision.
Again, learn the definition of "abuse", because my feedbacks are not. I am aware of the weight they carry, but that doesn't mean I should not be allowed to leave any.

2.Please stop use alts to make money ,by “threat” others by red.
Once again, calumny. You have no proof for such, as there is nothing like this happening.
Stop trying to pin something onto me in order to make your actions look less bad than they actually are.
Once again, you threatened to kill somebody, do you realize what you did there?

I did want to leave this forum , but before that , I want to remove you from the DT . to make the forum more fair.
You can't do anything on this forum, any PM you send to non staff members (including Blazed) is a ban evasion.
Any post you make outside of this thread/the meta section is a ban evasion aswell.
Even this thread comes near being considered one, as you discuss more about ME than about YOUR BAN.
You might better just leave this forum behind.

And please refund me . I costed a lot in finding people help me to remove your previous red.
I don't intend to send you any money and I don't see why I should do, either.

And the current red, I think it will never be removed by you . I don't want to waste time with this kind of  Self-righteous Lutpin
You're right here, I will never remove my negative trust from you or any of your alt accounts.
2004  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: MIXEM.IO – new cryptocurrency mixer ! on: December 21, 2016, 08:38:39 PM
p.s. removed the part about reserve size from the announcement, you are right, before verifying it, it's just words. We will make wallet public so everyone would know what reserve is available.
Cryptomixer verified their reserves by showing (privately) signed messages from all addresses to several, independent, trusted members of the community (In that case, shorena, me and another party, IIRC).
That way, they were abled to verify the integrity without risking the anonymity of their service/users.

We have quite large team of developers, including quality assurance specialists, our algorithm was developed based on best practices and was tested with both automatic and manual tests and every release made is covered with tests as well.
My point here is that user testing doesn't look necessary, but the more testing the better, so it is maybe a good idea, thank you.
I think the comment wasn't much about testing being neccessary for your platform to function, but for the users to accept/use it.
If you allow users to test your mixing for free, to verify it works and to leave small feedbacks, that would add a certain credibility to your site.
Nobody will trust a new service/newbie account with big sums of btc just out of the blue.

It's been moved to Meta, the correct section for it.
You can still find it there, just visit the direct link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1724236.0
Your topic was related to this forum ("Who founded bitcointalk.org"), and all discussion about the forum itself belongs into the Meta section.
2007  Other / Meta / Re: Girlbtc.com appeal for ban release on: December 21, 2016, 06:52:54 PM
You threatened to kill people[1], what do you expect?
Please leave this forum, forever.

[1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1708429.

So I think I should be punished, but not for ban forever.
I think the user should press criminal charges. That however is just my opinion and it doesn't seem like they want to.
I'm not sure about your juisdiction/the laws in it, but most countries got laws against what you did and in the UK for example,
death threats/threats to inflict bodily harm are punishable with up to 10 years.

I think he is one  of  Lutpin's alts or some alts of our competitors,But i don't have proof.
Then make sure you don't accuse without. "One of" implies I'm having severals, I don't.

WHY?  at least Lutpin is abusing his power.
I'm not, learn the definition.
2008  Economy / Services / Re: CGC project: Signature Campaign on: December 21, 2016, 05:44:27 PM
Those signatures are taken from 777Coin, without making any design changes to it (obviously the content was altered).
I don't think this is the proper way to set up your signature campaign/advertise for your service.
I would suggest to halt your campaign immediately and only continue once you have signatures in place that are not 100% copies of other peoples work.

(I realize this is a self moderated thread, don't delete my post or this will end up in more trouble for you.)

Copied 777coin signature campaign's signatures . Did lightlord or MedUSA allowed you to use them?
Just for comparison:

2009  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are 1000-random-character passwords good enough to be the same for all accounts? on: December 20, 2016, 09:10:02 PM

2010  Economy / Digital goods / Re: I would sell my bitcointalk account on: December 20, 2016, 07:44:24 PM
It's not against the rules so stop making your own rules and shut the fuck up
Scamming isn't against the forum rules either.
2011  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BUYING Genesis Series 2 coin #100 on: December 20, 2016, 06:22:08 PM
Well there are 3 and I own silver and the copper I would assume the last one is a gold color?
AFAIK there are 5, maybe 6. Did you get those 2 from the charity auction?
Killyou is right on this one, there are only 3 finishes with a run of 100.
The other ones are either 40, 50 or 60.
There are 7 in total, of which the polished silver, polished copper and antique brass have numbers up to 100
As killyou owns silver/copper, that leaves the antique brass up for search.

He's not a part of the campaign. You can send all future request to me via PM (that's a faster way). Appreciate your input, though.

Nope, upon rechecking, that looks like a mistake from my side, I've added the difference to your payout this round.

2015  Other / Meta / Re: [Marketplace] Inquiry about the forum rules on: December 19, 2016, 08:29:09 PM
That rule specifically says that it is the moderators' discretion if multiple items are reasonably similar or not.
And my OP clearly says I am aware of that fact, but want a clear statement to this case.

I think the "Collectables" section (along with special rules, including the specific approval to have auctions in this section) was created to appease a certain subset of people with a certain economic class, and to allow these people their own section in which they generally do not have to deal with signature spammers, and can discuss their collectable coins as they wish in that section.
I'm an active collector myself and regularly post in this section. I know what is happening there and I am aware what purpose it has.

None of bitmarket.io's threads appear to be bothering anyone, and there is more then enough room for his threads and the other threads with a recent post in the first two pages of that section.
Bullshit, most of us are annoyed by that.

3) Is there any significant backlog on reports in general and at the level of global moderators in specific? (I'm asking for a friend)
FYI it is very obvious that your friend that you are asking on behalf of is Lauda. The answer to this question is also very obvious, well it should be, or else there would be a lot of threads getting moved to differen
I'm asking for Quickseller, who does not think a backlog of this sort exists. I harshly disagree, I want a public statement to point them towards in order to support my standpoint (or weaken it if I was to be wrong).

I think this thread is a subtle attempt to nudge your friend's way into power, not unlike you nudged your way into power via getting a spot in the Default Trust network. Only you made those subtle attempts in private, but you cannot do that in this case because those who wield power will not respond to those types of personal messages from you.
Thanks, that's hilarious. Do you tell bedtime stories every day?
2016  Other / Meta / [Marketplace] Inquiry about the forum rules on: December 19, 2016, 03:39:36 PM
As of the latest addition to the marketplace rules by grue, "Reasonably similar items must be listed together".
Now I know this rule is up to the discretion of the moderator in charge, but I'd like to have clarification about a specific case.

The following three threads:
[WTS] 10BTC Casascius Silver Round /w Gold B - MINT - MOST DESIRED COIN!
[WTS] 1BTC Casascius Solid-Silver Round - MINT GRADE!
[WTS] 1BTC Casascius Silver Round /w Gold B - GOLD HEART ERROR COIN - VERY RARE!

All threads are for the sale of items I would call similar for several reasons
1) In every thread, a coin is being sold
2) All of those coins are made of silver
3) All of those coins are loaded with btc
4) All of those coins are graded by ANACS
5) All of those coins have been produced by casascius

Now to my questions:
1) Is this rule still acutal, and if yes, does it affect all childs of the marketplace, including collectibles?
2) Have reports about this simply not been handled, or an I wrong in my interpretation of the rules?
3) Is there any significant backlog on reports in general and at the level of global moderators in specific? (I'm asking for a friend)
4) What would be the most easy form for a report like this and how would the handling moderator prefer to get the information submitted?

(This thread served as a reference for reports of those listing in order to explain the report better and to allow the answering of the questions by a moderator in charge)
2017  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: MIXEM.IO – new cryptocurrency mixer ! on: December 19, 2016, 03:08:39 PM
looks like a pretty straight copy/highly inspired by [banned mixer]
That is up to the part of claiming 2000BTC in reserve funds.
I know [banned mixer] verified their reserve as I was part of that process, do you plan on doing something similar?

Your links are broken, fyi
2018  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: December 19, 2016, 02:49:15 PM
Is this allowed cause if it would be it would make no difference between a campaigner and other, say if someone forgets to remove and spams then the campaign will get a bad name.
It's usually fairly easy to find out who is a part of a campaign and who isn't. Most campaigns are keeping public lists of their users in some way.
Others don't (bitmixer for example), at which point a quick inquiry to the manager can give you that information (Lauda in this case).

Just asking so that a rule could be made that refrains people from wearing it before, but then upto you all to enforce it.
A lot of people are wearing signatures from my campaigns (or signatures I made) without being part of them. Some do it for referral purposes, others got different reasons.
There's no need to prohibit them from wearing a signature/advertising a service. The only case in which it gets problematic is when signatures are obviously copied/stolen (to a degree, signatures are always similar, I'm talking about direct c&p cases here) and utilized for the advertisement of other services/sites.

From what I know, if someone gets on this forum ban, it is also automatically removed his signature.
This only applies to newbie nukes and permanent bans.
