2041  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Stop saying War War War and Pray. on: February 25, 2022, 06:18:25 PM
So it doesn't mean you skip prayer. May anyone who ask. And the God listen. So the Both countries settle down. And many lives get save..
What difference does it make if you pray right now?

People will still get killed night and day. Am just trying to be realistic here. If you see a lion coming to eat you, do you kneel down to pray to God or try to save yourself?
It's only us humans who can save ourselves by both sides agreeing to peace through laying down the arms
2042  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be banned in the EU starting from 2025 if ... on: February 24, 2022, 09:45:44 PM
Many be banning trading Bitcoin on regulated centralized exchanges operating in the EU, but not  banning Bitcoin. You can't just "ban" a very decentralized network like that. How will they ban me from using Bitcoin network to make transactions?
2043  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Stop saying War War War and Pray. on: February 24, 2022, 09:17:04 PM
You think the people in Ukraine haven't been praying?

You think before the start of World War I and World War II, people weren't praying for the wars not to start?
Despite all their prayers, the wars started and went on anyway. Millions of people died.

So prayer or not, the war will take place. Humans have to style up and start thinking in a straight line by loving each other.
2044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CEX] Catena X (Catenax.org) | Bridging Blockchains! on: February 24, 2022, 08:51:31 PM
If you’re a Catena X bounty participant just forget about Bounty payment, because this project already SCAM, So there are no chances to get hunters rewards. If you will go to check out CEX smart contract address then will see even 1 hour ago team (luuk) mint over 2 billion coins. It’s still showing in CMC, hopefully it will be removed for got several reports.
Looks like CMC has got several reports but they haven't yet decided to delist the token except put a warning banner at the top

I am just wondering what someone has to do in order to report such projects to CMC and coingecko. I am not seeing and report project option on both sites
2045  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CatenaX SCAM on: February 24, 2022, 08:34:58 PM
... and surprise! They minted even more coins yesterday : https://bscscan.com/token/0x59f2c86cfaa2ec1b07b3d032708220506657c479?a=0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000
There are now 2,551,300,000.315 CEX as per today.

And they minted 2,000,000,000 more today. Just how desperate are these scammers, even when the trading volume is that low?  Grin

Soon coingecko will put a warning too.
The good news is coingecko hasn't updated data about the coin for the last 13 days so when someone looks it up on coingecko, it all looks like a dead coin.

2046  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Warning With Bitrue Exchange. on: February 24, 2022, 07:49:19 PM
Thanks, for warning us about Bitrue exchange, this month my local crypto exchange listed new coins, one of them is BTR, i checked on Marketcap, it looks interesting to invest in, because the price is cheap and anyway they have an exchange site.

Wait a minute, I'm not in a hurry to jump to conclusions about investing, that's what the Bitcointalk Forum is for, i tried to check about BTR and i found this accusation and many others, about Bitrue exchange accusation i will think 100x for BTR.
It is good to know that you did some due diligence, jumping into the boat and investing in the token. This is why such a scam accusation threads are so Important.

I just checked out one of the review sites and their ratings are so poor with most of the negative reviews coming in lately https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bitrue.com
2047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 22, 2022, 09:39:19 PM
Just watching this game between Villarreal and Juventus, i really expected this match to be low scoring but to my surprise Villarreal lost their concentration for a second and Juventus quickly countered and punished the hosts of their mistake allowing a goal to be registered in under a minute.....
Well it still might remain a low scoring match  if it stays this way at 1-1  Wink
Villarreal are having much of the possession, but are getting low opportunities against the Juventus Keeper.

I am still disappointed by how VAR has not intervened on the high boot foul on Samuel Chukwueze, yet it really looked like a red card offense. This is one of the times I feel VAR is useless.
2048  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to use report to moderator? on: February 20, 2022, 09:22:03 PM
Report to moderator is basically used if you see a post (Like spam or off-topic) or member who is breaking forum rules. You report the post or member so that action is taken by moderators. If you make a report, you won't get into trouble.

This could help - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=help

2049  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: All in one learning about binance, KYC, wallets pls guide me on: February 20, 2022, 08:59:51 PM
1. How to do wallet transactions, and how it feels like.

This is just for practical purposes to have a better idea about how to make the transaction works but I do have a question, is KYC that important to have coins under your guide? I see that Binance exchange makes this a must and I heard that Binance exchange is one of the most trusted exchange isn't that means that KYC is a serious thing? I have no problem going through verification but I just want to know more.
Binance made KYC verification mandatory not so long ago, so you might want to look at exchanges where KYC isn't mandatory for now, but it isn't a guarantee that this will be the same forever.

If you want to try how a decentralized exchange works, give Bisq a try. With Bisq, you will remain in control of your coins, not the exchange.
Bisq needs an initial deposit of coins as security, so I don't think it would work for a first timer like OP.
2050  Other / Meta / Re: Recover hacked account. on: February 20, 2022, 08:48:36 PM
I can still hope the admin can help me with this. I don't want to lose my legitimate account and so far the only proof is the registration email I have.

I didn't expect it to be this complicated, I can't prove anything about the old wallet because my phone was broken for a long time and nothing of value was there. I forgot all my wallet credentials because I don't have anything of value there and having another wallet is easier than having to keep it for years.

Hope admin can solve my problem. That email is the only hope at this point.
It gets complicated if you can't prove that it's your account. The best way to do so is by signing  message, as you have already been told. If the emails you have sent haven't been replied, then you have to wait for a couple of weeks. If there is no response by then... Your luck in recovering the account might be so low.
2051  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitex.financial -- SCAM or TRUSTWORTHY ? on: February 20, 2022, 08:26:10 PM
There was a one bitex.com which turned out to be an exit scam. As we speak, the site is "under maintenance"
Bitex.financial can't be any different, especially by the fact that they acquired a very cheap domain name.

2052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What's wrong with Coinsbit exchange on: February 20, 2022, 07:49:17 PM
I also have the same problem, and already sent an email to their support. but the answer they gave was only told to wait because of manual checking. but it's been more than 2 weeks the KYC status on my account is still waiting for verification.
A scam or shady exchange doesn't care how aggrieved or inconveniences their users/customers are regarding their service because their purpose is to scam their customers. If it was a genuine exchange, you wouldn't have to wait that long without an explanation
2053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 20, 2022, 07:39:43 PM
Atletico Madrid and Barcelona still have a chance to qualify for the Champions League next season if they can maintain their good form for the rest of the season. Real Betis will soon discover the fact that they cannot stay in the top 4 any longer and qualify for the Champions League because now Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are the teams that will live up to their hopes of being in the top 4. I'm sure Atletico Madrid and Barcelona will move Real Betis into the top 4 of the Europa League next season, but there is always a different possibility if these two teams are unstable for the rest of the season.
And yet, Real Betis just won their match, again. 2:1
and this is how the table looks like;

The season has some 13 matches to go. It isn't a guarantee that the Barcelona and Atlético Madrid will take up the third and fourth places automatically by the end of the season.
2054  Economy / Gambling / Re: sportsbet.io lowers my odds !!!!! on: February 19, 2022, 10:17:52 PM
I'm sorry, but I naively thought that it was inappropriate to add another margin on the odds for those who win too much according to them.
I knew that we can't win against bookmakers, but I still find it a bit too much...
I know it's annoying, but sadly that's what some casinos or gambling platforms do. Maybe I would suggest you explore some other platforms to see if they don't impose such restrictions. A casino or gambling platform will use what they have in their terms and conditions, and you will almost not be able to win a case against them. That's what I have observed, at least.
2055  Economy / Gambling / Re: sportsbet.io lowers my odds !!!!! on: February 19, 2022, 09:59:33 PM
But they have already explained to you why your odds are different. What more do you want to know?

I believe everything is included, even in the terms and conditions  or game rules.

This is some part of the quote from their terms of service.
Quote
13.7. Sportsbet.io reserves the right to adopt special rules, applicable for particular matches or events that may be contradictory to the Sportsbook Rules. Such special rules may be published in conjunction with published odds for particular regions, customers, matches and/or events.

2056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 19, 2022, 08:43:20 PM
La Liga faithfuls or followers.

Do you think it was a good move by Ancelotti to start Asensio ahead of Gareth Bale?

IMHO, much as it's an unpopular opinion, Asensio doesn't seem to be at his best right now and is very predicable with his left foot on the right flank of Real Madrid's attack. Bale gives a new dimension in attack. Maybe he would do well coming in as a sub.
2057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 19, 2022, 08:31:55 PM
If there is a team that is more happy than Tottenham, I am sure it is Liverpool.  The point gap with Manchester City has narrowed even more.  If Liverpool wins the next game, they will only be 3 points apart.
As a neutral fan, I did enjoy the match and the drama the came along with it. I was happy that Tottenham managed to pull it off and win the three points even when the odds were against them
Kudos to Harry Kane and the group against the Blue army.

Those who think that Tottenham will lose and think that they will fall behind in the race for fourth place, now have to think again.  With this win, Tottenham showed that they are still one of the strong candidates for fourth place.
Don't be so carried away, though. It was just one match. If they are not consistent in the coming matches, then this win against Manchester City would have been all in vain.
2058  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Fintech based on mining - heliosfund.io on: February 19, 2022, 06:35:15 PM
Project is alive and about to launch.  Potential is huge, we run further profitability study which showed massive gains.
Help me understand. Sorry if someone else already asked about it.

How did you come up with these estimations since your project is still new?

When you say "based on past returns"... Which past returns are we looking at?

You say you have 45 trusted partners. Wouldn't it be a good idea to listed them?

The other part says you have 3 years experience, but your project is just less than 6 months old. Where do you get the three years from?
2059  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Simbaxe.com (multiple red flags)!!! on: February 17, 2022, 09:58:36 PM
Reading all the red flags posted. I would never trust Simbaxe.com even with a cent. If they can't even do any work on the "open source script" they claim to have acquired, then how would we expect them to handle people's funds and sensitive KYC documents?

Very lousy and clumsy exchange.

Red tagged and flag supported.
