1041  Other / Meta / Re: Bounty spammer meets AI Chat generator. Can they be banned on the spot? on: February 26, 2023, 08:54:17 PM
My 6th sense tells me that this user - Rarakun is using ChatGPT to generate his content

Guys have a look

Nowadays i can summerize 4 main cons of polygon

Lack of differentiation: Some people might argue that Polygon doesn't offer enough unique features or benefits compared to other cryptocurrencies or blockchain platforms. They might see it as just another digital currency in a crowded market.

Lack of mainstream adoption: While Polygon has gained a following among the Ethereum community, some critics might argue that it hasn't yet gained enough widespread adoption to justify investing in it. They might argue that it's too risky to invest in a relatively new and unproven technology.

Concerns about decentralization: Some critics might argue that Polygon's reliance on Ethereum as its underlying technology means that it's not truly decentralized. They might argue that there are other blockchain platforms that offer greater levels of decentralization and security.

Technical issues: Like any technology, Polygon is not without its flaws. Some critics might point to technical issues or vulnerabilities in the system as a reason to be cautious about investing in it. They might argue that it's too early to know whether these issues will be resolved or if they will have a long-term impact on the technology's viability.

If you are not afraid of these minds, you can obviously try to invest and make money from it.

If proven that someone just copied content directly from a chatbot, I think they should permanently be banned. It's no different from copy google results and pasting them here without citing the sources.
1042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 25, 2023, 08:58:22 PM
You overestimated Manchester City's current strength. They are not in particularly good form and Leipzig have actually been playing well for weeks, so it was foreseeable that it would be difficult for City. In the second leg, however, Pep will definitely use proper tactics and City will advance, but Leipzig is not without a chance!
This has always been the case, that most people always overestimate Manchester City. Maybe because of the influence of English media, but when it comes to the European league, they are just a bunch of brilliant individual players with no proper coordination. Any team with good coordination can beat them on an average day.

I will boldly predict that Manchester City will not Lift the Champions's League trophy again this season.
1043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 25, 2023, 08:51:17 PM
The game was entertaining with 5 goals. Haalands statistics are getting better. 24 games and 27 goals is about one goal every „70“ minutes. He also scored all 4 penalties. There is no one better at the moment. Even Victor Osimhen in Italy, Robert Lewandowski in Spain, Kylian Mbappe in France are no so good. City and Arsenal continue with nice Entertainment in the Premier League, even i would like to see City on first place.
In terms of Goal starts and Goal poaching, yep, you would say Haaland is better, but I don't think he's better than a player like Mbappé overall. I don't know if you have watched Manchester City and PSG matches, but Mbappé is more industrious.

Shutdown supplies to Haaland, he will completely be dead the whole game. This is not the case withe Mbappé, as he does not spend most of the time waiting in the box.
1044  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] MillenniaToken - SCAM project promoting bounty on: February 25, 2023, 07:58:02 PM
Not sure why the bounty manager does not have a flag already, given that he has been caught in the past as a bounty cheater. It looks like he doesn't value his trust ratings at all. A newbie/guest flag would deter genuine newbies or guests from joining or believing in the scam project

For this matter, I have created a type 1 flag on his profile - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3116
1045  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Warning CrownChange.net is likely scam. Fake bestchange partnership on: February 25, 2023, 02:59:54 PM
Great service, fast payment, support will always help. I recommend this exchanger for exchanging https://crownchange.net//ru/exchange-pmusd-to-xrp/
This is a stupid attempt on your part to polish this scam platform, a newbie account without any posts and suddenly he wants us to believe that what he is trying to say is true.

It seems that you are too stupid to come up with creative ways, so no one will believe you and you add more proof that the platform is scam.
They think they can just create multiple accounts, make fake vouches and all of a sudden members will believe that they are not a scam. Scammers are dumb too, who knew  Grin

They have been creating shill account and posting in their ANN thread too. I am going to tag all of them

Here is another one
I really liked this exchanger, the speed and exchange rate are on top. Support adequate! Thank you!
1046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: February 24, 2023, 09:58:38 PM
Nice draw from the Europa League. No big names that are linked to each other, partly due to the fact that teams from the same country are not allowed to play against each other. Why was this rule introduced?
When was it introduced?, I Thought it has been like that for a very long time. Teams from the same country can not be drawn together until I think around semi-finals if my memory serves me right.

I don't see any added value or benefit to that rule. In the group stage I could still imagine it because then you could help another team in the last game, but that is certainly not the case in the quarter finals. Nice to see that a team from Ukraine is also there. Man United is the big favorite for me now.
It makes the Tournament more interesting. Would you rather Manchester United and Arsenal meet at this stage or have a chance of meeting in the finals?
1047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 24, 2023, 09:51:10 PM
The best thing to wait for is still Bayern-PSG which is indeed one that will be very interesting.
I think Bayern Munich will go through. There's no way they will let the away win go in vain. I just want PSG to learn a very huge lesson that pumping a lot of money into players and inflating the player prices does not bring success at a European level.

I also think it will a shock exit for Manchester City as well  Grin
1048  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the motto of bitcoin? on: February 23, 2023, 09:24:55 PM
I see many identities and logo of companies and business having a motto or phrase attached to their Logo. Does bitcoin have any official motto or phrase used or released by satoshi or the developers?
Bitcoin is not owned by any individual or company or organization (profitable or non-profitable) so a motto or vision isn't necessary as such. If you want to understand the purpose of Bitcoin, I suggest you take time to read the white paper. It's just 9 pages

Another bad result for Guardiola is on the way... Incredible how the 1Bilion worth team keeps failing.
Manchester City stutter just yet again and as things look, I would be surprised if Leipzig went ahead to eliminate them from this round.
After spending billions, the UCL trophy seems to keep evading them each season. I still wonder why the media keeps rating them so highly in the Champion's League each season.

You are a totally ignorant rude cunt.

Just ban me if this is your attitude all the time because this place is of no use to me if this is your attitude.
Look who's talking about himeslf. If all the mods had your kind of attitude here, you would have been permanently banned from here already with no questions asked

I asked a civil polite question.
Judging from this post, It's you who doesn't seem to be civil at all

1052  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tournament gave 25 bitcoins as prize to last places on: February 22, 2023, 08:47:43 PM
It's kind of amazing how people looked at Bitcoin back then to a point that the winners at the top places received dollars while the bottom ranked ones had to settle for Bitcoins
The actual winners are those who held the Bitcoins they won and sold at least after 6–7 years

1054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 21, 2023, 08:50:24 PM
The Uefa Champions league is full of surprises, Liverpool are currently ahead in their game against the defending champions, Liverpool and Real Madrid are facing off this evening.
It's full of surprises, isn't it?

It's now 2-2  Grin

The game is barely fifteen minutes in and Liverpool has taking the lead remember both teams reach the final of the last UEFA champions league where Liverpool lost to Real Madrid, this could be pay back time.
I think it's too early to talk about payback time. let wait for second leg full time to be sure about payback. This Real Madrid in the UCL we are talking about mate.
1055  Other / Politics & Society / Re: There is no government without citizens vice visa on: February 18, 2023, 09:57:26 PM
I think what's killing Nigerians is the issues of political parties, educated people, youths and aged parents who where supposed to stand up as one to fight, defend the peace and pride of the country, rather everyone is divided into one party group or the other. This no unified system of protest, no common interest. Nigeria is be used by those politician for a pea nuts people sell off their conscience, brother is ready to kill is followed brothers because he or she is be pay by those politician.

Yes Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa described as Giant of Africa but political division has never allowed unity, it has been political rivalries, ethnic wars, land disputes, resources allocation fight, power tuzzle and wicked occultic groups of cartels, cabbals and tugs of deadly people. That operates with this popular saying; if you can't beat them, you join them. Is really pathetic.
I would love to know what type of Governance is in the country?

Is it a federal system of Governance with different states, like it is in the US?
Because if the Government cannot control and bring order to the country and allow cartels to operate, then things there are pretty messed up.

Secondly, I think it's time countries in Africa and other parts of the world resorted to their traditional and cultural types of leaderships along Ethnic and tribal lines and avoid the toxic modern politics based on colonial partitions and boundaries.
1056  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Localbitcoins.com] Is Closed. on: February 18, 2023, 09:25:31 PM
If you have your account on LocalBitcoins and want to have trading statistics imported to your Paxful account, this article tells you how.

Import your LocalBitcoins account stats to Paxful

You won't have to start your account from zero and can import your reputation from LocalBitcoins to Paxful account. Paxful has KYC.
Hell, I wasn't even able to transfer my reputation from Localbitcoins to Localcryptos (which is also now discontinued) because I have to first do KYC verification in order to access my account  Grin

In the end, I realized the reputation wasn't worth my KYC documents and abandoned them for good.
1057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 18, 2023, 09:03:24 PM
I wonder how Neymar can be persuaded to drop his contract with PSG (which is valid until 2027) and switch to a lower salary in a more difficult league? I think it's unrealistic. We have already seen that PSG were unhappy with Neymar, but this did not bother him much and he allowed his contract to be extended automatically from 2025 to 2027. I think Neymar is arrogant enough to even sit on the bench and still get his huge salary.
It doesn't take much, if the dressing room is very toxic, he can leave.

Also, such star players despite being "arrogant" do have very big egos to quench. Being benched for many matches would definitely not go well with Neymar. I think you remember when there was some chaos over who should be the main penalty taker in PSG. This was all happening with the big salaries in their contracts  Grin

Got a friend from Nigeria who spoke to me over the video call a couple of days about the situation ion Nigeria and it's absolutely crazy people not being able to get money to buy basic needs

I think people should stand up on their feet and overthrow politicians who make bad policies. If I got it right, Nigeria is the most populous Nation in Africa. From what I see in International news, they have suffered for way too long. Why don't they overthrow such stupid and greedy rulers?
1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 17, 2023, 09:58:55 PM
I'm surprised to know the response of Ancelotti about Asensio. Ancelotti must be aware that Real Madrid is in a crisis of attackers, they should extend Asensio's contract to make sure they have enough attackers. Asensio is a good player, he contributes quite well in some matches. If he can't play as well as Vinicius, it is because Asensio can't play regularly.

Anyway, I don't think moving to Man United is a good option. Man United has many attackers, they have enough wingers. Asensio will also sit on the bench at Man United. He must choose a club where he can play regularly.
The Crisis they have is of a center forward but on the wings where Asensio plays, they have sufficient cover, otherwise he wouldn't be a bench player most of them time if there was crisis on his positions.

I think it's time he moves on. He could probably do so well in the Premier League if he got regular football. He has a very lethal left foot as show by some of his goals in the la liga
1060  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are Taliban fighters good or bad? on: February 17, 2023, 09:49:36 PM
As Westerners we think of the Taliban as really bad people, terrorists, people who are not human. When you think about it though, the US robs & pillages their country. Bombs are sent by the US that kills innocent people. How do we know some of these Taliban didn’t lose family members to stray US missiles?

I do not like to judge people until I know the full details. There are two sides to every story. I know that if US soldiers killed my Mother or Father I would consider revenge if i was able. Maybe if the US stopped fighting for oil, gold & minerals there would be no terrorism.
I do agree with you. With the endless bombs and missiles the US and Western World has sent to the Middle East and countless Islamic leaning countries around the world for decades. I wouldn't be surprised if some bitter innocent kid or orphan grew up with only one aim, to avenge their dead parents and loved ones.

As A kid, the Western media made us think that the Talibans and Islamists were some really very bad people but, as I grew up, I noticed that something was amiss.
