Grow it in your 'frontyard' and put up a sign, "Keep Off the 'Grass'." Grin
I will, when I finally get a more accommodating compound because I recently got more seeds  Smiley, Can't grow it in the front yard at the moment because of a lot of activity there. Who would love to get their precious herb get destroyed by car parking or parties?  Grin
1062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: February 17, 2023, 09:18:00 PM
I think there is suddenly a lot more interest in the competition in Saudi Arabia from all over the world, but the level by Ronaldo alone will not go up very much. I think the general level is still really too low for that. But who knows, there were also rumors that Modric and Ramos might go to this country. I wonder if they feel like it, those 2 have earned so much money playing football that a few million more or less doesn't matter much anymore, I think. It would be nice for Ronaldo and then he will easily become champion with his team.
Old star players signing up for the clubs in the league isn't enough. Look at MLS, they have been doing this for years but still remain in the shadows. The only reason Premier League beats other league in terms of looking so popular is because of the TV rights so they have a lot of exposure and publicity to the world population.

Once the level of publicity is up and running, the rest of the things come in to order such as great players and coaches signing up for the league clubs.
1063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Momentum Falters as Bitcoin Retreats to $23.6K on: February 17, 2023, 08:57:34 PM
And now it's back up at 24,800 USD

It's obvious the $25K region is a resistance level, but it's just a maker of time, and it will break up past it. The bitcoin price just keeps knocking on it. The fact that it did go below  $20k after the previous rejection makes me think there is still a lot of momentum in the uptrend. The next resistance level might be around $30k when it goes past $25k
1064  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Marijuana in the United States on: February 16, 2023, 09:55:35 PM
I haven't heard of any news, nor any criminal cases, for consuming cannabis. in fact, cannabis can be used for health, if it is functioned correctly, especially for dealing with psychiatric problems. I agree more, if marijuana is legalized than making it a prohibited item. in this case, for in my country.
I grow Marijuana in my backyard and have never experienced any of the stupid bullshit the governments want us to believe, nor have my close ones faced in problems (Health wise or behavioral)

Marijuana is just like alcohol. If you abuse it, you are fucked. If you don't, you will be all fine and unlike alcohol, it has health benefits. The Health benefit and money part is what makes big Pharma and Governments try to restrict it because they want to rip big out of it.
1065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: February 16, 2023, 09:46:35 PM
The game was as thrilling and tense as a Champions League final. To make the game more interesting, many people wished it had been played in a later round rather than now. I wasn't underrating any of the teams in the game, but I never had complete faith in Manchester United to make it difficult for Barcelona to get a draw or a win.
I was absolutely devasted that i missed the match after seeing the full-time results. I thought it was going to be a late kick-off

I was completely blown away by Manchester United's performance today; they far exceeded my expectations. They will now be considered one of the favorites to win the Premier League title.
But they have been performing well in the recent times (after the new year began) except for a few matches like Arsenal's but still you could see that there was an effort. I think Next season, Manchester United will be one of the touch teams to beat.
1066  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to trade your Bitcoin on: February 16, 2023, 02:53:20 PM
I hope that you won't learn your hard lessons (with loss, forced liquidations) from Margin and Future tradings as well as at less cost from Spot trading.
He has to, it's part of the path to learning trading and mastering one's trading strategy  Grin

If he fears losses, then he will never learn how to trade, let alone keep his emotions in check. Even the most seasoned and experienced traders make losses once in a while. The best thing to do is look at trading as a long term thing and not a one-off get-rich-quick kind of thing because the latter is like winning a lottery.
1067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 16, 2023, 02:14:35 PM
Quite an expected move - last year there was information that Chelsea would buy either Ronaldo or Neymar purely for marketing reasons. Ronaldo chose another money option, so only Neymar remained. But in fact, I very much doubt that the Neymar brand is strong now. The start of the season seemed to show him returning to normal, but the World Cup broke him.
In terms of "showbiz" He can still benefit Chelsea and on pitch too if he turns up well. The Media usually like chasing after a specific type of players and Neymar of them. The biggest problem is he seems to be so injury prone lately. I am not sure if he will manage the hard tackles in the EPL.

One of the reasons Ronaldo always kept at the top was it was so hard to find him injured or being laid off for a couple of months.
1068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 15, 2023, 09:43:50 PM
Real Madrid will not take Neymar even if he is the last attacker on earth tho. First he is an annoyance for the team and has kiddish behaviour.
You don't say! Really?

Quote
Third, he played with the eternal enemy, Barcelona.
Are you trying to say Real Madrid has never signed players that previously played for Barcelona? Can I mention a few? Some are even legends, mind you  Grin

The only reasons they could not sign him is because they don't need him. I mean, Vinicius plays on the Left Wing and is doing pretty well.
1069  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: February 15, 2023, 08:58:44 PM
The first half was almost over and Madrid had a comfortable lead through two goals scored by Asensio early in their first half followed by a Benzema penalty.
The conditions were as many people expected because the match would definitely be like this.
Finally, they were able to reduce their margins with Barcelona again, even though this is still a long way off, but I'm pretty sure with 3 points.
it's actually 3:0 in Favor of Real Madrid, and it's half-time. Benzema scored yet again. It's the much-needed goals for Real Madrid to edge them closer to winning this match. They will be trying to chase down their rivals Barcelona, who are at the summit of the La Liga.

I know that there are more matches to be played, but personally I think it's too late for Real Madrid.
1070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 15, 2023, 08:53:16 PM
Manchester City in the second half will have to try to be a little cleaner because now 3 of their players have received a yellow card and of course this is risky especially if it is a player who is always in the defensive area.
I think pep has to think about substituting one of the Yellow carded players, especially the one always facing Saka, Bernardo Silva. Walker seems to be managing his side well.

Arsenal just escaped a penalty against them because Haaland was slightly offside right before the foul.
1071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Moonshot: Is Cypherium (CPH) a good investment? on: February 12, 2023, 07:37:23 PM
There's this article about cypherium on cointelegraph, but I ready don't give so much shits about it ===> https://cointelegraph.com/news/federal-reserve-works-with-china-s-blockchain-ally-for-instant-payments

Why would every rush for a Federal Reserve leaning coin yet their major aim for using crypto in the first place is to avoid a central authority that acts as a third party?
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is everyone thinking about Bitcoin Cash (BCH)? on: February 12, 2023, 07:00:07 PM
Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is a cryptocurrency that was created in 2017 as a result of a hard fork of the original Bitcoin blockchain. It offers several benefits over its predecessor, Bitcoin (BTC), making it a more attractive option for users and businesses.
Whoops

So you had to even do a copy and paste from ChatGPT generated text just to describe BCH?

What a shame. That one has to use an Ai in order to get something to write about a shitcoin. Coin is dead. It's never ever going to the previous highs it achieved when the fork had just taken place.
1073  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What happens when USA KYc is used on Binance international? on: February 12, 2023, 06:34:00 PM
If a binance (non US) account becomes locked behind a KYC wall and the user provides US KYC docs what happens? Anyone tested? Thanks
Once they discover that you are a US citizen, you will never be able to use their platform again. From what I know, your account will be blocked but will be on only withdrawal mode. You won't be able to trade, covert, stake, deposits, etc

Terms can easily change. Who knows, that these days they could be completely blocking your account. I suggest you don't risk doing anything on Binance.com if you are a US Citizen.

I didn't suggest they refund me; they did.
You are lucky you got a refund. It looks like they have been in some sort of financial difficulties lately. Not so long ago, they filed for bankruptcy. Your problem that resulted in a long period without getting a refund could have stemmed from their financial issues. 1075  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scamming on USDT TRC20 Network with Proofs on: February 12, 2023, 05:58:53 PM
The tron network is filled with transaction spam. Revealing the transaction ID of the particular transaction could be helpful, as tracing the actual transaction is hard because of the spam.
If you are being honest, I think the person behind the address may be using a clipboard malware to steal the coins. This is not conclusive because we haven't heard the other side of the story.
1076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: February 10, 2023, 09:56:07 PM
That's true, and this doesn't just happen to Real Madrid; it happens to all the big clubs as well. Small clubs beating big clubs still make people wonder what the underlying principle is, but it seems to be that big clubs consistently underrate smaller teams and believe they can defeat them, only to be let down during the game. Elche, for example, is not at all a match for Real Madrid, but it's impossible to predict them before the game begins because Madrid might end up recieving attacks from every angle.
The fact is that Real Madrid has lost a lot of points to low table teams. This can not be ignored. I think at one point they were even leading by a good margin, only to drop the lead to Barcelona. What is funny is that Real Madrid most of the time managed to beat their major rivals (Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Seville) but then end up dropping points to the likes of Mallorca. This is similar to no work done! This season, Barça rarely loses points to such clubs.
1077  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best practices to prevent hackers from stealing our crypto assets on: February 10, 2023, 09:45:41 PM
If we are going that road then there's no place safe enough for your private key either. If someone really wants your money they might just do some long con clever social engineering.
Why would you be so dumb enough to let someone pull off a social engineering trick in order to access your private keys in the first place?

Thing with exchanges and banks is that they are more resistant and trained to protect their data for any of that kind of attact then any pleb with a hard wallet that can lost everything in a fire or an accident.

I am just saying that some people lose their house keys and important papers all the time. It's not that different with privatekeys
If you lose the private keys, then that's on you. It's more like losing a bundle of dollar bills. You have no one to blame except your carelessness. But don't ever let a third party lose the money on your behalf.

I have never lost or leaked a single private key and seed phrase since my newbie days in 2017. Should I call it a miracle?
1078  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Must Politics involves bloodshed? on: February 10, 2023, 08:53:41 PM
Africa politics is the most driedful and deadly practice, to they them is a normal thing to use tug's, guns and merchets for arrivals purpose and defends. Can't politics be play without shedding blood? Can politics be colourful like ceremonial celebrations? Do we have kill to succeed others from seating?

Its marvels me to see the youth at every political periods dividing in groups to fight themselves for the sake of one Man or woman who can not remember you after they won. I suggest politics should be a peaceful practice, what do you think?
I guess it's just human nature.

Humans are like animals. Have you noticed that even those innocent looking animals also often get involved in bloodshed in order to mark or overtake territories?
Yep, that's nature.

Politics has led to bloodshed allover the world, and not just Africa. Even in the US, "land of the free". The bombing of innocent beings in Libya, Japan, Vietnam, and a number of nations in the Middle East is a result of politics. Tell me am wrong.
1079  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Marijuana in the United States on: February 10, 2023, 08:25:13 PM
Legalizing it not just in the US but all over the world is the way to go, but of course Governments are stubborn and won't easily accept this because always about money. Banned growth and use of Marijuana by the public while the very same Government grows it for "medicinal purposes" should be able to raise eyebrows.

Alcohol has almost similar effects as marijuana, but guess what? It isn't banned in most nations because there is no money in it.

No one can deny that Ronaldo is one of the greatest players in the history of football, but if you check the opponent history, you will know that scoring 4 goals against them shouldn't be considered a big achievement. Ronaldo's performance with Al Nassr could convince me when he scores against great teams like Al Hilal and Al Ittihad. Indeed, Al Nassr was going to win with or without him, so he should prove his quality in other matches.
Come on man

Scoring 4 goals in one match is no joke, regardless of the opponent. Let's give credit where due. He's a 38-year-old, for Pete's sake. I am imagining if he scored 4 goals against Al Hilal or Al Ittihad, next you would say is let him prove his worth by scoring 4 past Real Madrid or Manchester United  Roll Eyes
