What I do is with my winnings actually depends on my mood. One of my latest worst experiences is to continue gambling while waiting for the 2 deposit confirmations before withdrawing.
A couple of times now that has cost me some of my winnings.

I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc  Why is it so addictive? It all about the hope, adrenaline and being excited about winnings. It is kind of watching a horror movie. Yeah gambling is basically very entertaining and which is what brings us back to it every time. To ban online gambling get a list of gambling sites and ban them from your router or have the person who normally controls the router to ban the sites.
I think this is a great idea for a start and is easy to do. Just block all the gambling sites through your router and give router access to your roommate or partner. Well, the price is going to remain stable, wont increase wont decrease. Thats for sure. However, something major, like the bitcoin collapse might also happen, and gold/silver or just simple fiat might replace bitcoin. The industries that depend almost/fully on bitcoin will undergo a huge loss and shut down (most likely).

It's easy to get tax from Bitcoin. Just force busines that receives BTC to register their receiving BTC adresses to goverment, and collecting tax would be as easy as it gets. Businesses that would work with unregistered adresses would be punished as they were using illegal account anyway so...no big deal.
