Yeah, it doesn't really make sense to short during bull run as you will definitely get REKT.
I remember there was a thread somewhere advising to short BTC, LMAO, either he/she didn't know how the crypto market works, or just wanted traders to lose their money. As fas as the $6 billion worth about to expire or has expired already, this is just another blip if we see the price goes down, in the next 3 days after the expiration, the price could slowly increase again to maybe $60k or new all time high.
In bull run, especially if you are talking about the bull run of bitcoin, the is extraordinary asset, short is stupid. If taking into account the fact that shorters have no idea that what is the short position and how long they would keep their short positions open. They will be rekted, liquidated soon. In bull market, any big dips of bitcoin are chances to accumulate and wait for bounces or higher highs. Don't short. It's still good to short when bitcoin correction happens just like now. We should just know the strong supports of it so we can know where to set our target profit and set our stop loss if it does not plays out. Those who were liquidated did not set their stop loss that is why exchanges wiped out their balances. Exchanges are making a lot of money from those traders. Even if it is bull season, market should have a correction for a healthy rally. New buyers will be tempted to sell their holdings because of this.

Not many exchanges seem even familiar with the concept of a fair launch and seem 100% focused on ICOs.
Exchanges have to build up and maintain their technical infrastructures so that they can provide quality services to users and projects. With same infrastructures, if they list a bunch of new coins/ tokens, they will have to investigate on their platforms and delist useless coins/ tokens that consume their resources but does not bring not much benefit (from trading fees). As I know, most of exchanges that are friendly with new projects with cheap or free listings, are small exchanges. It means trading volume will be low.

The influence of stop during massive dump is so unappreciated, cause it helps a trader not to Lose all the money whenever there's a flash crash in price, only noob traders would trade without using a stop loss, after a few losses during my first time trading I started using stop loss and so far I no longer lose too much just maybe 1—4% of my initial capital would in that trading, it's always important to set a stop loss whether you are a day trader or a swing trader stop loss will help save your portfolio.
Sometimes stop loss orders will fail if the market crashes too fast and exchanges fall into superb lags. Stop market orders are helpful to trigger the stop loss orders and if you set that order type appropriately, your position will have more time to be filled in crash market. The gap between stop loss and stop market orders need to be not too small to have effects. I hear traders say price action is the best form of predicting the future trend of the market. Most traders claim it takes adcantage of previous events that has happened in the past to accurate decide the movement of the new trend.
A good trader won't see he can predict the market precisely. His mind changes with the chart movements. If you know a trader whom tells you that he trades based on predictions and totally believe that the market will move in one direction. He does not have any plans if price moves oppositely. Please wipe out his advice. He is a bad trader. Could past event decide how the market would move?
Past events are what you look back and try to learn from. The market moves for now and for the future with many things affect it: news, governments, laws, adoption, hacks, etc. As a new trader I have been exposed to several knowledge about how to study and analyze market present and future trends but am only asking for clearity.
Apply the rule "Buy the rumor, sell the news". You don't need to know too much about Technical analysis to do so. Fundemantal analysis is enough to help you and it strongly helpful to filter bad projects. Signals of the market are not only shown on the chart but also on the news that you can read everyday. |

The all time high in 2017 is less than $20,000 and consider it is at $20,000 and if the bitcoin bull run ends with a x20 multiplier as it was in 2017 from the previous all time high, bitcoin will ends with $20,000 x 20 = $400,000 that is higher than $288,000. It is math and based on history and hope that we don't know it will be repeated or rejected. I open to price below $400,000 or higher than $400,000 but I would the average from them that is $344,000. I will take profit when bitcoin tries to hit $100,000 and will wait for market actions after that. |

Bitcoin is not a universal digital currency for all. It is not a digital/ crypto currency that will take over fiat currencies over the world. When people love it and see short-sighted positive movements or future of bitcoin, they will believe in it more than they used to and over hope for unrealistic future of bitcoin.
The time when bitcoin can be used to pay for everything in our lives are very far and even such the time comes with us, altcoins have their positions for people daily payments. Bitcoin therefore won't be able to dominate the payment market that is and will always be a shared market.

It is my heads up for people who make their very first ERC-20 transactions or the Gold marketplace trades. Sometimes, your transactions will be stucked if you use low gas price and the Ethereum network suddenly becomes more full. You will need to cancel your transactions or replace them. [GUIDE] How to cancel or replace an ETH transaction (Metamask, MEW, MyCrypto)Remember that when you use the Gold marketplace, you will have to send your Gold tokens to the ETH address that is given by the Gold marketplace. That address is not the address you will receive your tokens. In other words, you can not move your GOLD ERC-20 tokens from your wallet to your ETH address in your trading exchange. Send them to address on GOLD marketplace, and the marketplace will send ETH or BTC to your exchange address. If you make that mistake and luckily enough if you use low fee, your transaction is still Pending, you can cancel it. When you cancel your wrong transaction, choose high Gas price as you need to cancel as fastest as possible. Exchanges don't give you support to claim your GOLD ERC-20 tokens that were sent to your ETH address by your mistakes. |

There are some small coins that were doing listing like corion and HAI but these coins were doing so well.
The JACS project has been developing and VPN products for Android, iOS were released. If no exchange to buy JACS, which place I can use to buy JACS if I want to invest into this token?
