- Could you recommend, introduce or advise marketing agency or person to help with these activities in BGL project (or maybe even become the part of the team)
Please consider some candidates
- irfan_pak10
- Murat
- Hhampuz
They are good managers and regarding to marketing, I think they can help you.

P.S. Congrats on 2nd halving!
Congrats too!

It is more impressive to see Bitgesell holds its price quite well even latest days in red market. BGL price becomes more sustainable after the strong recovery weeks ago. If it continues, we will see a ride back to all time high soon.
1442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN NOW A LEGAL TENDER IN SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE OF HONDURAS. on: April 13, 2022, 04:22:10 PM
Legal tender is good but if a nation tries to force their citizens to use Bitcoin for daily payments, it would be wrong.

Bitcoin is more likely an asset for long term investment, a safe asset against inflation. However, it is volatile short term and business companies don't like it. People who have small business don't like it because they will not be able to control income and outcome for their business with Bitcoin. They would prefer to sell, buy, store their capital in fiat currency or in stable coins rather than in Bitcoin.

It is arguably but it is also a fact.
1443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Basic options trading course on: April 13, 2022, 04:17:04 PM
Let's learn options trading together! Options is arguably "safer" than leveraged trading and I believe IF, only IF, Bitcoin crashes like March 2020, taking a long term call option that expires more than one year might be profitable. It requires less capital, and doesn't require your full attention, like HODLing. Cool
I would like to use my money to buy Bitcoin, and HODL it. If I trade, I preferably use the Spot trading.

Honestly I lost money from margin and it is my painful experience. If there is risk of liquidation with option trading, I would like to say no with Option trading. Because I know that I can not manipulate the market and my prediction is not always accurate. If market moves negatively and down quickly and I don't control my position well enough, liquidation will knock me out.
1444  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some Errors We Make In Trading Crypto on: April 13, 2022, 01:55:48 PM
I had been badly hurt while trading without a stop loss and trading with high leverage of 10x, with high leverage a drop in the price of the traded amount to a huge loss of my portfolio, I had been able to manage that area by trading with maximum of 5x which is more reasonable with a lower risk
Stop loss or not, it is hurtful of you use leverage for trading. If you are bad in capital allocation and management for trading, and if you use too high leverage, you will be punished by the market in red days.

Bad capital allocation means you use 100% of your capital for leverage trading. Consequently, in red days, in massacre times, and if stop loss order fails to save you because of Cascade effects, you will lose 70% to 80% of your capital. It's terrible if you all in trading with leverage, and after one bad trade, you lose 80% of it. Terrible nightmare certainly!

Quote
I had also been hunted in with bad trading without a stop loss, I had a mindset of forex trading not knowing that cryptocurrencies tends to have a higher volatility thus tend to move faster than forex.
Finally I also worked my emotions especially avoid greediness after earning some profits.
You have to consider to use Stop loss order and Stop limit order too.

What is a stop limit order?
One of the best weapons in trading
1445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this also your strategy to avoid hitting your stop loss early? on: April 13, 2022, 01:48:12 PM
I know that lower margin and low leverage are also farther away from the liquidation price
If you are bad with spot trading, you should never touch leverage, margin trading or future trading.

Quote
so is it okay to set low margin and low leverage first to avoid losing if your strategy doesn't work, and then add if does the price follow your strategy? Is this also your strategy?
I don't understand what you mean. Avoid hitting your stop loss early, what does it mean? Stop loss is a tool to protect your capital in case of downward movement. It does not mean all times your stop loss order filled, price will fall deeper. Sometimes, price will turn oppositely after hitting stop loss price. It can be a dead cat bounce or a real recovery but don't worry about it. Because protect your capital is more important than gambling and see it goes away by market massacre.
1446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Understanding "When" to trade. on: April 08, 2022, 01:36:14 PM
Swing trade doesn't guarantee that there will be profit at the end of the trade. Trading as swinger is just a pattern that the trader choose and it can fail just like any other type of trade strategy. It is about knowing when to rightly enter the market despite the trading style used because a wrong order will result into loss.
Trading brings less profit than investment. Most of traders end with losses and more investors earn profit than traders. However, whatever you do in the market, it's a zero-sum game so it means that money will flow to smart traders or smart investors to non-smart ones.

Losers in the market are not actually not wisely. Sometimes, losers are smart but they are lack of control on their emotion or lack of discipline. They are two most important characteristics must have for winners in the market.

Hey guys, long time no see!
A new version (0.1.8 ) of Bitgesell Core is released, please see GitHub releases page https://github.com/BitgesellOfficial/bitgesell/releases/tag/0.1.8
or the links are on the website https://bitgesell.ca/downloads/ as well (Downloads section). New icon and colors to match new branding included.
There were many fixes and changes ported from Bitcoin codebase (huge work done by https://github.com/janus !)
Feedback/testing is very welcome.
Are you core members of Bitgesell team? I did not know about you and only know about Emma.

It's worth noting that BGL is going to have it's 2nd halving in less than 24 hours.
Bitgesell rallies so impressive from bottom so I am not sure the rally is because of hype on this halving. If the hype was reflected on the rally, it will be hard for Bitgesell to climb to $0.1. If this halving effect has yet been reflected on price, we might see Bitgesell climbs to $0.1 or even makes a new all time high, from $0.05 today.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CME Group 'Looking At' Offering Solana, Cardano Futures on: April 02, 2022, 11:13:39 AM
For mainstream institutional investors, their choices are only Bitcoin and Ethereum because the volume of their investments needs higher liquidity that no other cryptocoin derivatives can offer. The CME might change this for Solana and Cardano.
FTX and Sam chose Solana blockchain as their strategic development and this news from CME will help Solana price on market.

Quote
However, why not offer Binance smartchain also? Solana experienced downtime and it might not be reliable. Cardano is unusable.
Binance Smart Chain is under attacks of other exchanges, other chains. Binance is a game-changer by launching their own chain that motivated other exchanges to do the same. Later other exchanges want to compete with Binance and Binance Smart Chain. To do this, they try to create as many barriers as possible to reduce the chance for further growth of BSC. They try to restrict exposure of their users to Binance Smart Chain.

If you are working with listing procedure, you will know exchanges are readily to approve tokens on ERC20 but not on BSC. If a token is only on BSC, exchanges will not accept it. They will require dual chain, with a mandatory one is ERC20
1449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel if satoshi back on: April 02, 2022, 11:02:06 AM
Where is a link of that topic?
Where is a link of that news feed?

I am sure satoshi did not back on April Fool and if there is no link to that topic, it's more obviously that it is an April Fool Joke.
1450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dodo token a good buy for long term hold? on: April 02, 2022, 06:46:28 AM
DODO is a good token to hold because it is a good DEX. Trading volume is good which is over $250,000. In addition, today price is 1/10 of its all time high. Even $DODO price today is over 18% increase from yesterday price.

x2 or x3 from today price is very possible, in mid term. Will $DODO return to its all time high, I believe it will but don't know when.
1451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is There any other country except El Salvador using BTC as legal tender?
 on: March 31, 2022, 08:25:10 AM
There are dozen of nation which are readily to launch their CBDCs. Follow up CBDC growth with https://cbdctracker.org/

I could be wrong but I do believe that those nations that have their CBDCs will have legal tender for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I know governments don't like Bitcoin and cryptocurrency but if they launch their CBDCs, they don't have convincing reasons to not give Bitcoin and cryptocurrency legal tender.
1452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Books on Bitcoin Drama on: March 31, 2022, 06:26:19 AM
You can collect many articles on Endthefud.org and make a Bitcoin FUD book. It is somewhat similar to Bitcoin Drama book you are asking for.

FUD means it is not true. Reading those articles and comprehensively understand it (not too easily to be honest) will help to increase your knowledge and believe in Bitcoin.

On the forum, there is Debunking the "Bitcoin is an environmental disaster" argument.
1453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A new bitcoin documentary on: March 31, 2022, 05:17:00 AM
I'm pretty sure most of you here remember what happened with Canada's largest exchange QuadrigaCX and the death of its owner but for those who don't, you can read this article
That case and the development, implementation of multi-signature wallet trigger a significant change on how exchanges, companies and group of people use wallets. They have changed from single-signature wallet to multi-signature wallet that means to approve one transaction, there are required co-signatures sign that one to make it done.

It is safer in terms of capital management in case of death and prevent compromise from hacks as well.
1454  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why there are no price war on exchanges! on: March 31, 2022, 05:12:35 AM
There are always price difference among exchanges but does it enough to help people get profit from difference by arbitrage trading or not, it is a different thing.

Transaction fees are different on exchanges as well as withdrawal fees. You can check it with https://withdrawalfees.com/

Type a coin or token you want to check, enter and get a list of withdrawal fees among available exchanges. Given fees are just standard fees because on exchanges, there are always VIP programs to give higher tier users less fees.
1455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Axie Infinity - A new Ethereum game similar to CryptoKitties [SPECIAL PRE-SALE] on: March 30, 2022, 01:13:03 PM
on the article they say they just learned about it on the 29th because an user tried to withdraw 5,000 ETH from the bridge but couldn't.

the main things that make me confuse are:
why the hacker didn't take the AXS and SLP from the bridge too?
No more details but it sounds like hackers stole funds in bridge pool and Axie Infinity even did not know about this until one user can not withdraw fund because hot wallet is empty after that hack. I guess it is what happened from news we have so far.

Quote
regarding taking more money, check the article
this is the biggest breach in crypto story, even bigger than poly, the hacker took 624 million dollars.
It's the worst ever hack in history in total value and it is worst because of long day from the hack until the day it was detected.
1456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian income tax 30% and opening bank account in other country on: March 30, 2022, 01:03:56 PM
If you want the society works, you can not ask for tax-free because it is how different components in a society support mutually. I know there are some discrepancies among people on how they work (laborious or lazy), what they earn, what they spend for tax or receive from social security.

However, I do think tax is necessary for society operation. There is nothing perfect and governments can use citizen tax in wrong way.
1457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: VIETNAM AGAIN CONSIDERS LEGALIZING BITCOIN on: March 30, 2022, 04:42:10 AM
From this news to really legal tender, it is a very long journey and in a nation like Vietnam, with centralized power in government, you don't know what they will do. If they want to make it legal tender, they can do it shortly. If they want to stop it, they can do it quickly too. Because the global trend is for adoption on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency and soon legal tender, Vietnam will not stay outside.

Blockchain brings wealth to people, companies and government will take advantage of it by tax.
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Axie Infinity - A new Ethereum game similar to CryptoKitties [SPECIAL PRE-SALE] on: March 30, 2022, 02:23:21 AM
Community Alert: Ronin Validators Compromised

173,600 Ethereum and 25.5M USDC
It's strange to know the hack happened last week and only be known this week, after more than 6 days since the hack.

I am not sure why the hacker(s) did not make more attempts because there are 6 more days to exploit more. Or Sky Mavis team known about it but did not want to publicly announce it 6 days or a few days ago?
1459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia to legalize Crypto Mining Soon on: March 29, 2022, 04:05:48 PM
True or not, I think this news is very positive, and I judge all the positive news that happened
that step by step crypto is very useful for countries experiencing problems and crypto has a solution.
More nations accept Bitcoin, it's better. More legal tender, it's better. More regulations on Bitcoin and crypto market, it's better.

I see adoption, legal tender, regulation are strongly correlated and they are components to bring Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to everyone on Earth. It's for a better future with more freedom financially.
1460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia to legalize Crypto Mining Soon on: March 29, 2022, 03:48:53 PM
Russia is just one of many nations in the world map of Bitcoin mining. The nation does not contribute dominant hashrate like China had before the China crackdown on mining.

Russia might use their fuel to mine Bitcoin and take it as their national reserve to gradually replace gold. The sanction globally put their reserves in USD, gold at risk and freeze but who can freeze their Bitcoin. So it would be not a bad option for them.
