True! Although, Ethereum just has a big upgrade that is a first domino of something big and better for Ethereum users, people were too hyped with the upgrade and they forgot what you said. The Merge by itself can not resolve the scalability issue and expensive transaction fee on Ethereum network. More upgrades are needed to resolves such issues. |

Initially Ethereum is a Proof of Work coin that is understandable back in years ago when Bitcoin is the biggest cryptocurrency and other altcoins copied its algorithm, code. Ethereum is a pioneer in altcoin space with smart contract but Vitalik and Ethereum team decided to stay with PoW.
You are right that many altcoins had Proof of Stake years ago, even in the 2017 bull run, not recently.
I guess Ethereum team believed in PoW in early years and when they decided to build and switch to PoS, their network simply was too big already. Consequently, they were fearful of mistake, bugs and delayed the upgrades for years.

If so then its not defi anymore. Defi means decentralized finance and if kyc/amla have been introduced then there is an authority already. Yes we hate the fact that defi has been a ground for scammers and a lot losses money with such breach and exploitation happening on defi. What isnt nice here are those creating platforms to openly scam users. Well the government cant tolerate those scammers and wanted to jail them and hunt them.
DeFi projects are not truly decentralized if you count them with strict conditions. If you start a project and you doxed your identity, that project is never a truly decentralized project. Whatever you do with that, you are powerful person that can be caught by police, receive request to halt your project and so on. Bitcoin is really decentralized because the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto is unknown and the founder already intentionally left the community. As much as we wanted to retain the defi, then there is always scam projects ahead, and if we pursue a centralized regulations to those then we also breaking the definition of defi.

It’s smart contract is the reason why it became successful and not it’s PoW consensus because Bitcoin starts the proof of work concept while Ethereum just copy it when they start there own Blockchain.
Even so, we should recognize the success of Ethereum as the greatest altcoin and Ethereum ecosystem contributes a lot to the success of crypto ecosystem so far. If only Bitcoin exists, it should not reach to the big adoption like nowadays. Ethereum smart contract is what makes them popular among other blockchain because they are the one who introduced it first. There’s no need to mark your words because you seems don’t understand what you are talking and what’s the real problem of Ethereum on how they pushed to this move.
If I am not wrong, the Taproot upgrade opens to smart contract deployment for Bitcoin but it is just in concept. Not sure Bitcoin developers will actually build it. Ethereum has a lot of dapps running on its Blockchain which means they are the busiest network among all existing blockchain that PoW can’t sustain in the long run that’s why they have the most expensive fee.
This causes network congestion and transaction fee that is too expensive for many people. When Ethereum is on fire, ERC20 tokens follow Ethereum to rise. Together, they result in abnormal higher demands on Ethereum network for transactions that in turn cause more expensive transaction fee. |

It won't be death. It does not need the existence and engagement of Do Kwon to exist. It's already a death trap for LUNA (1st Disaster Failed from First Coin + this mess arrested). IMO, better fully short rather than buying.
If you don't wait for lower price to buy it, don't short. The latest rise of LUNC is coming from forced liquidations against people shorted it. They are victims but also participants who fueled the rise of LUNC. |

Most altcoins rely on the price of Bitcoin and as we could notice, Bitcoin is still at its bearish price. Some altcoins might pump but will still go back to their low price because they follow the status of Bitcoin.
In the past months, altcoins have good rises because Bitcoin after its dump has been in an accumulation time. This accumulation of Bitcoin is a support for altcoins to rise because capital flow needs to change from Bitcoin to altcoins. Because they are not able to get profit in Bitcoin, they must choose altcoins alternatively. Market makers need time to complete their accumulation in Bitcoin. Meanwhile, they decide to pump altcoins. It's how the crypto market and capital flow in crypto market work. The altcoin rally is still quite far but it's a good sign that some altcoins are showing a little pump. I don't think the upcoming Ethereum merge has a huge effect on them.
In bear market, altcoins lose more than 90% of their price from all time high. Effects on altcoins are from Bitcoin, not Ethereum. |

It will but I can not say when.
If you hold it long enough, you will be able to see LUNC at not only $0.001 but maybe at $0.01. Time and patience are barriers for most of people. We don't have enough patience to hold it too long like that.
Only thing I can say is Terra Classic won't die, won't disappear. If it survives (that I believe it will), price will soar by one reason or another.
I think in near future, it will be pulled back to $0.00012 first. It is risky to buy it at today price which is doubled than my target entry price.

The bear market is not over so short break or not, it is how you call the latest bounce.
I could be wrong but I think the price we see in last few months is similar to $6k range in 2019. After that Bitcoin has another 50% drop to under $4k in March 2020. I expect to see a same one from $20k to $11k or $13k. In market psychology, it makes sense to wash out all weak hands.
It could occur or not occur but if you are investing into Bitcoin, with a good mind, long term, any price from $20k to $15k is very good to buy in already. Don't find the bottom.

Bitcoin is not a bullet point against inflation caused by governments and central banks.
As an asset, it has risk for anyone who owns it but without risk, no benefit, no profit. Big risk, big profit potentially. Bitcoin nowadays is safer considerably than in 2009, 2013 or 2017 and people can consider it as a safe investment if they plan to own it about 4 to 8 years.
If anyone want to jump in and get out within a few months, 1 or 2 years, risk would be bigger. Inflation, CPI, unemployment rates and other news can affect Bitcoin and drags it down. Now people can say Bitcoin is a failed product against high inflation but in future, after a long run, they will change and say, Bitcoin is a success. It is similar to wrong judgement about Bitcoin in the past.

Solana is one of the most worthy coins for us to buy right now, because Solana's price has decreased a lot compared to last year.
Falling a lot does not mean it won't fall more. In my opinion, Solana can plummet to $7 to $14 and I think I will consider to join around $12 to $14 and reserve a little for $7 to $9 to accumulate more if it drops to these price. Which in 2021 Solana managed to hit ATH at $260, and now Solana is at $34, so the decline in the price of Solana is quite far.
It's not guarantee that price is on bottom already. Bottom might be somewhere deeper. So we can imagine if Solana could return to the ATH price it would be very profitable. The problem is we don't know when Solana will recover and return to the ATH price,
what is certain is that getting to $60 doesn't seem too difficult for Solana.

Crex24 exchange is a very old one and they existed in the 2017 bull run. It is sad to see their closing but I think it is reasonable as their trading volume is so low. 11 BTC for trading volume in 24 hours is very low. The blossom of DeFi in 2020 caused lot of issues for small centralized exchanges. If they are small, people will not use their service and will pick decentralized exchanges for more convenience. |

This "Tax Burn" thing that they have initialized is just a countermeasure that is for the short-term right now. Let's see how it will react in the long run. The amount of money lost and involved in that issue was too much, and this burning mechanism can't hold it for sure.
Tax Burn is only one of way to burn and months ago, MEXC exchange is the first one supported burning Terra Classic from trading pairs for Terra Classic on their exchange. Later the proposal to use on chain transactions to buy back and burn Terra Classic is great. Previously, LUNC DAO is a staking pool initiated burning mechanism too. Although, there are efforts from different sides to support Terra Classic, they are just not enough and even more entities join the burning mechanism, it takes time. The latest soar of Terra Classic is simply because people were greed. It's the cause of the crypto crisis this year.

I know the disadvantage of not having a computer, laptop for more convenient and comfortable experience the forum. Using mobile to type text is not a good experience but still acceptable if you only reading.
If you have a desktop, laptop you will rely more on electricity resource but with mobile device, you can use it a few hours, charge it later. I don't think if you have jobs, you will spend 24 hours a day for the forum.
