That's the foundations absolute priority - at least that's what they said last week. That and fixing the wallet so it downloads more than 500 blocks before stopping.
They have their whole team on it. Might be done in time to announce the fixes as new features for an April 1st pump
And Wait for it......

I wonder where all their developers are, still haven't fixed their old checkpoint problem?

PayCon its have to pay for get it.? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Only way to get PayCon is to buy it and you make PayCon for holding it, plus you get paid Fees from all transactions in the Blocks you Stake. You could get about 1% of the coins for about $100 on C-Cex (that would make the entire marketcap worth about 10k USD) Sooo cheap, lol

If you have Linux you can build it from source straight away.

Still looking to raise about 0.3 BTC for the latest update and recover a bit of costs of the build, there is still 28k available on C-Cex @ 680 Satoshis available for sale and this goes directly towards advancement of development and marketing of the most innovative CryptoCurrency on the planet.
If you would like to donate some Coins directly you can also send them to the Development Fund, so far we have raised 0.37 BTC of our goal of 0.7 BTC
PayCon: PRTwwhAWZuNemNYd72GY6wtFnA8CnJs82p BTC: 1jcXEw4v8DnMd9Ez6saYKxEpm1jXTTtEH
So far the entire costs of all Development and Marketing of PayCon ever has been a total of $400!
With so much interest and the lowest costs around, how could not want to be a part of the CON?

http://paycoinfoundation.org/2015/03/12/coin-development/PayCoin Foundation Takes Leadership of Coin Development March 12, 2015 Houston, TX The PayCoin Foundation would like to formally announce that it has taken responsibility of the development of PayCoin. All future updates of the source code for PayCoin will be released via the Paycoin Foundation Github. PayCoin has multiple tools at its disposal to help with market growth, stability, security and inflation control. It is very important that these tools are implemented correctly through coin development with flexibility to adapt as the coin grows. Coin development and paycoin.com are supported by Team PayCoin, a volunteer group formed from within the PayCoin community. In addition to Team PayCoin, the foundation is also actively seeking potential partners to aid in coin development. Though we are not currently disclosing development plans, we want to make it clear that a fix to the checkpoint error in the current wallet as well as a fix to the blockchain synchronization issue that stalls the updating of the wallet will be our first release. The PayCoin Foundation has a roadmap for coin development however we feel it is important to hear from the community prior to finalizing any plans. There are multiple items that were discussed with the community through the white paper produced by GAW Miners, LLC. This has formed the understanding of how the community expected PayCoin to work. If this is going to be a community coin, we need to hear from the community. So we are leaving this discussion open for response. Share your thoughts with us at talk.paycoin.com That last paragraph sounds exactly like GAWCEO circa November 2014. We have a plan. We won't tell you what it is. But please give us suggestions. This means they don't know what they need to do, you don't need input if you already know it would be unanimously accepted by the community.

@Crestington, Dear dev, this happened for the third time to me, I mean two times before I deleted everything in Roaming and re-downloaded everything from the start... ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FgaNURev.png&t=663&c=yURaUKNDLzuLyg) And even after clicking retry, it shows "Runtime Error". What should I do this time? Wish I could help more, but I can only tell you what I would do. I would go back into appdat/roaming and copy my wallet.dat into a safe place(usb or other storage device). Than delete everything in that folder except wallet.dat, like you did. Restart wallet. If it gives you the same error message, delete everything including wallet.dat(You have a copy, right?) Restart wallet, it will build a new wallet.dat, and let it sync. If that fresh wallet syncs, close wallet. Go back into that appdatroaming folder, and paste your original(saved) wallet.dat into it's home. If that works, then copy that whole folder into a safe place, just in case you run into this problem again. You can use it to sync from that point, at a later date if needed. Hope that helps, I haven't had any similar issues, but that's the steps I would take, if I did. I will look into this, what you can do is move your wallet.dat out of your appdata/roaming folder, delete the blockchain, and reopen your client and sync up to the highest chain. Once fully synced, close your client, replace the empty wallet.dat with the one containing your balance, and restart your client. You likely have a couple bad transactions as its been a while since you last used your wallet, also make sure you are using the latest client and you could further make sure you are syncing to the correct nodes by creating a PayCon.conf file using the guide in the second message of the thread.

i would help but Crestington was rther rude to me over me not filling his loan request
i wish u all the best with paycon
KC
Yeah because I gave you 20k CON, plus CV2 and COL for free and posted on the EXCL thread multiple times at your request and was willing to help you with development and asked to borrow 0.2 btc for 3 days and provide CON as collateral and then you didn't want to just because the volume was low so I felt insulted that I would go out of my way to help you so often and the first request I ask for some help, that it becomes fairweather friends ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

WTF ! 0.7 BTC ! ?? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) That works out to 100+ LTC ! What happened to your/mudder's, "updates are 5 LTC a pop", deal ? Hand on heart I can say that Crestington is not Mudda- for sure. @Crestington, the ColossusCoin Community can help you to offset the costs a bit . best sudo23 If you really know mudder that well, they why didn't you warn everyone when he was duping us into thinking IFC was not his clone ? Keep trying. lol No one is buying your sock/shill bag of shit. Proof of Stake isn't the same as it is now and if you have COL then it will be swappable for CV2. I went through nearly a dozen different tests and released it as X13 alongside the takeover of PayCon as both Coins can help offset development costs. I don't think you understand that Crypto is open source and can be developed by anyone so if you own it you should be actively trying to improve the code. My first post on bitcoin talk was after I joined the COL forums and I have already achieved everything I set out to do and am still actively developing it after nearly a year and a half. I have never even owned much COL, still only have 2 mil since Feb of last year.

I´m in with 10 LTC , which adress i should send to? I´m not rich, too but PayCon is much fun. Better invest in a good thing than in some scam or shitcoin i would say. Come on, only 10 people 10 LTC each and it´s ok ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Nice! Can you send it as BTC to the address in my signature 1jcXEw4v8DnMd9Ez6saYKxEpm1jXTTtEH We can even keep a tally for it, this will be a good amount of new functions, after this we can really push getting onto bittrex and Polo and get some multipools added, then people can mine other coins for CON and it would generate buy pressure and increase the rewards. OP updated as well

Only spent $200 on all of PayCon so far for the entire development, still under the goal of $1000 to build the world's best crypto currency. PayCon is literally 100 times more rewarding for the average user than paycoin and already has more commits. Hashtalkers keep hanging on letting Josh dump on them, the irony is that PayCon IS the answer. Where are Josh's features because PayCon is getting nearly a dozen new features within the week. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=937480.0 ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs11.postimg.org%2F61lnee9jn%2Ftruck3.png&t=663&c=ynfpyCAKwFdQeA)

WTF ! 0.7 BTC ! ?? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) That works out to 100+ LTC ! What happened to your/mudder's, "updates are 5 LTC a pop", deal ? I'm not mudda and this is more involved than simply changing a couple values. As I get further in and can do more on my own then it gets much cheaper. Quite a few updates for only having 3 hours a day to do any work on it, imagine what could be done if I could take this full time. The 0.7 btc is payment to presstab for helping me implement these features and getting wallets rebuilt. All these coins do icos of like 30k-200k. Only spent $200 so far, with this it would make it $400. I'm not rich, I work a regular job and do this in my spare time, $400 is a lot for me and holders should be financially supporting the people actively working on the project. If you were to go out and hire any developer to add features and improvements, first it would cost more than $200 because it's specialized work and still unlikely to get help because there are maybe 20-50 people in all of bitcointalk that actually understand proof of stake well enough to know what it needs. And if you'd like to purchase some PayCon I also put up 28k for sale @ 680, that's like 0.72% of the moneysupply at a total cost of $50 and you can gain some wicked staking along with some cool features. Never before could you get so much for so little
