Betcoin, would you be able to build in a "bet max" button into the live sportsbook? I am limited so low that every time when I bet the bet does not get accepted when I try for example 100 mBTC (let alone 300) and then the bet gets processed, I need to wait approx 8 sec before I get a message amount is too high, and only then I get shown the max amount. Then when I try to bet that amount the odds often have dropped already.
So it would be much helpful if there is a button from the start where you can bet the max allowed and at least know for sure that amount will get accepted.
This is excellent feedback and we will get this to our programming staff immediately. On another note, for major markets and most mid level you should have a 300 mbtc max and if you do not have this we must address this immediately. My bad, I haven't used your book for about 2 years and when I did, you used UltraPlay. I did check again and it appears to be a different provider. I apologize for my error.
Regardless of provider, on NFL, your even lines at at -111 (1.9 decimal), which is below the industry standard and not at all competitive. That's a 5.26% margin, which is way above all books listed (minus mBitCasino for a few outcomes). Your EPL lines are at ~5.7% for ML, ~6.9% for Handicaps and ~7.1% for Totals (from one event that I checked). MLB margins are all around 6% or higher.
If you ever choose to make your sportsbook competitive, I'd be happy to include you. However, paying an extra 5% of my winnings to you is not something that would be a highly enjoyable experience. You also lack things such as bonuses or promotions that would otherwise make up for your poor margins.
